Disappointed
I was there on Saturday about 3 o’clock. I think I already wrote a review but even my seven year-old granddaughter say the next day she said grandma that place was disgusting. A seven year-old now I went to red lobster in Broward on 411 place was nice and clean food was great. The one it was Palm my granddaughter seven years old wanted to go there so we went what a disappointment. It was a black lady as a manager first of all she was not dress appropriate to be a manager I mean it’s a certain way you need to look I couldn’t tell she was a manager. That’s what I’m saying from the employees a difference. We hardly got to eat the food because they were nuts nuts all over the place like what the hell is going on and you really didn’t say you didn’t see it until you brought your food and that’s when you see the Nat started coming from everywhere when I walked in I even told the guy who was seating us I said wow something smells funny in here. It almost made me did not want to sit down and every table he took us to was dirty so he end up cleaning the tables so we can sit down then they brought us a drink. I love the Bahama mamas that’s what I go for the Bahama mama did not look like the one and if you wanna know the difference, I do have photos from the one on 4-11 Broward then the one in palmbeach, maybe it was something dead around that table and the bug started coming out when I brought the when they brought the food out I don’t know, but the manager not one time did she offer to ref fix our food and send us take us another table or can I prepare your food and you take it home and I apologize nothing she said nothing she’s inexperienced. She doesn’t need to be a manager. They need to close that place down. I am. I am gonna call inspectors to inspect the place so be prepared.

We went to Red Lobster last night and I signed up for their app because it said you would get 10% off your meal. Nope. I signed up and when the check came I still didn't have my 10% off coupon. I asked the waitress and she said "Oh, that's for your NEXT visit..." Why would they have you sign up for an app in the restaurant and then tell you that you can't use the 10% off until next time????? I don't know of any other restaurant that does this. Not one. The app is terrible as well. You have to sign in every single time as the app never remembers your sign in information. It only remembers your email and that's it. I probably won't be returning to this restaurant ever again because of their "Come NEXT time and use the 10% off coupon" policy. This is just a shady business practice to get you to keep returning. I will be deleting the app since I won't be returning to Red Lobster ever again. I even checked my app, which I never downloaded before last night, and my 10% off coupon is not even there! Service was subpar as well. We were missing meals, sauces, they took forever to come check on us, it was just an all around horrible visit. For a restaurant with such high prices, you would think they would hire better employees. I guess if you have a pulse then you have a job at Red Lobster. No experience or speedy service necessary. So, if you sign up for the app, beware, they only get you to do that and they will never honor their own policies. Worst restaurant experience ever.
Birthday girl
Trying to scan receipt to get reward points and it says camera not available. When I try to do manually, it says it’s expired. Lost a lot of points because Red Lobster is expensive so not happy!

This app is complete trash. Sign in with Facebook doesn’t work. Contact us page doesn’t work, half the links are “bad gateways” and won’t load. Signed up in May and never received the sign up rewards. Completely useless currently.

Used to love Red Lobster and the app. After their financial troubles looks like the app and your rewards are a thing of the past. Don’t bother installing, it won’t work. Been a year since I could access my rewards. They are just pretending the app is fine.

Complicated steps to login
When ordering, you are taken out to a web browser to login and to order! I tried to include a reward item on the order but I can’t do it there. I had to go back to the app to redeem my reward. This is a stupid ordering system compared to say, Olive Garden or Texas Risdhouse.
Doesn’t work!
I’ve tried to use it numerous times in the restaurant and I get an error message when I try to redeem rewards. Waste of time and storage. Deleting the app.
Won’t signin to Facebook or login points
Whenever I try to login to Facebook it won’t let me and whenever I try to login with apple and add points with my apple account it won’t do it. Please fix.
It used to be reliable
This app has really gone downhill. It logs me out and won’t let me log back in. Now when I finally log in it shows zero points no rewards and no use of previous points. It frequently tells me my account is locked and an email was sent to me, but no email was ever sent. I have sent a message using the contact tab but have gotten no response.
New app
I hate your new app. It is very hard to get around it. There is no way for me to download my receipt. I have to remember to get the waiter or waitress to do it for me. It’s a real pain. Please take it back so it is easier to get around in.

I have been unable to sign into my account without getting any assistance from the restaurant manager. I have quite a bit of rewards and I am frustrated that I am unable to use them with no help. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this restaurant again.

Cannot sign up because it keeps saying something about the captcha. I’ve done it ten times. I know darn well I’m not getting it wrong that many times.

I just signed up and I’m not able to get the points from the receipts that I scanned. The app shows that the receipts are scanned every time I try to rescan them but the points still haven’t shown up a week after all initially scanning them.

Add my points and rewards back in my account. I should not have to change my password every time that I try to log in. I never had this issue before. Not only do I have to change my information every time I log in, but where are the points and rewards that I had? Everything was taken away, I want my points and rewards added back to my account.

At first this app worked fine. But for the last few weeks I cannot log in anymore. Email and password are correct, but the stupid Captcha keeps resetting itself after verifying. I also cannot use either of the alternative methods (Facebook or Apple) because the dumb app throws an error message. High school dropouts shouldn’t be coding apps for “professional” businesses. I’ve deleted the app and won’t be earning points anymore. Stupid app developers.
APP IS NOW DEPLORABLE!
Never had a problem until the recent crab fest promotion. I was in my local Red Lobster on Saturday, July 6, and when I tried to login, I was jerked around and take it in circles! Ultimately ended up getting locked out of my account! By the way, my server in the restaurant that day said that the same issue has happened to other customers since this crab fest started. I reached out to Red Lobster Customer relations who gave me instructions to uninstall and reinstall the app (yada, yada, yada) and then request the link to reset my password which I did. STILL GOT JERKED AROUND IN CIRCLES! I still cannot access my account if my life depended on it! At this point, I am totally convinced I could walk into Fort Knox wearing a clown suit easier! Whoever designed their app was apparently having a hold my crack pipe and beer moment when doing so! I have been a loyal Red Lobster Customer for over 30 years, soon to be ex-customer! I reached out to the customer relations team for what it’s worth once again to explain the situation and told them if someone doesn’t contact me, I’m going to spread the word all over social media regarding my experience, and go up to their CEO! I’ve had enough! Respect is earned, it’s not given! And at this point, I have lost all respect for Red Lobster! And judging by some of the other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one who has been jerked around and taken in circles. BEYOND DISGUSTED NOW!!!😡😡😡😡

I really don’t like that the rewards points will be redeemed to rewards automatically when they reach 250 points. I wasted all my rewards points because it the expiration date of the rewards they automatically redeemed for me is very short.

Forces me to create a new account every time.
Can’t even log in or enroll.
Downloaded the app for the first time and trying to login or enroll gives a 403 forbidden error so it’s basically useless.

It's not intuitive at all how it's made. Why have an app in the first place if it redirects you out of the app for every order? Also the codes for the rewards don't work half the time when you try to apply them.

Tried for 30 mins. to receive forgotten password for an account I didn’t even know I had … followed instructions but no password reset email ever received. Tried to open new account using multiple different email addresses and it kept stating user names (highlighted email address) were already in use even though I had never used them for Shopping / Restaurant accounts. I finally gave up, was really craving crab legs but I guess they won’t be from Red Lobster!
What is the point
I don’t really get why this app exist. All it does is allows you to manage your rewards from red lobster you can’t order you can’t place a carryout. You have to then go to their website to order. The UI is also very terrible. If you wanna look at the menu, you have to go through three different tabs in order to find the menu and that menu isn’t even updated with your current location. You need to go onto the website to order like I mentioned before.

The app is constantly logging me out, there’s really no perks to using it honestly. It’s to the point where I pretty much don’t even need it.

Of course every update is “bug fixes” but now the app will not work for me. Fix it.

The food was good, the service is another story, my husband wait 10 for his beer and the water. I had a 50 dollars gift card and the waiter say that was just 25 dollars he also did not take the 10 % off that they advertised in the app.
