Not getting reward points
Even after talking with support, I’m not getting rewards points for my orders.
Apple Pay?
What nationwide restaurant app doesn’t accept Apple Pay? Also the app timed out in the time it took to get my card out to pay and I had to completely restart my order.
Where is my free appetizer
Only reason I signed up was to get a free appetizer. I gave all of my personal information, signed up, verified. Where is my free app?

Literally won’t allow me to add a payment method so it’s completely worthless
Worst app I have ever used
Should rate it a 0. I can’t login. Even though I know my password is good as I use a password app to save it. Try to use forgot password feature anyway, and I never get recovery email they say they sent. So always order as guest. Then I have to specify my location and the location feature does not work at all. Does not work off address, does not work from zip, does not work from phone gps. This app just sucks. They need to fire their entire dev team.

App is messed up
I like the food but the app won’t allow me to set up my actual birthday. It only allows the months that have passed (January, February) but won’t let me go past those two. Please fix it.

App stopped working after last update
App no longer lets the order process at the end. Once you’ve entered everything, including the credit card information, a pop-up appears asking for a phone number. I enter my phone number and it keeps saying it can’t validate my phone number. My phone number is on my account with a green checkmark showing it has been validated. Anyway, you end up in a never ending loop with the pop-up screen and you cannot bypass it. I have rebooted my phone and I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times. The last two times I went to the website and was able to place my order there.
Buggiest app I’ve ever used
Every single time I try to use this app to order food, something goes wrong and it errors. Sometimes it works anyway but today, it’s saying my phone number is invalid, despite it being the same phone number I’ve used successfully every other time I’ve ordered.

Completely worthless app. It tells me that my own phone number is incorrect. The app is most up to date version, but cannot get the order to process.
Customer Support
Please respond to my attempts to contact customer support to fix my account. The only solution for changing an email address on an account should not be having to delete the account (unsuccessfully) and unable to create a new one because my phone number is associated with the old account you won’t delete because I don’t have access to the original email address.

There’s no easy way to report a problem with an order, like some psycho putting ice and soft serve in a float or adding enough salt that it could reasonably considered food tampering. It would also be nice if the default could be switched between pickup and delivery.

Has to be fake ratings
There’s no way that may people rate it 5 stars. This app barely functions. I have yet to be able to complete an order through here. Just delete it and use the website.
Yet another food chain with a garbage app
Can’t even log in. “Error” is all it says. Hurray for the garbage app economy.

Won’t allow me to change password input my current one or anything any and every time I’ve tried to do so results in it only ever saying “error”

Unusable App
Won’t process an order at all. You can’t save more than one form of payment. Also NO option to pay cash at the restaurant. Crashes constantly. Then you call to place an order instead and they STILL give you a computer ai to talk to but can’t complete an order properly either. Such a mess. No longer buying from Red Robin I guess.

The de to be good with birthdays
After many years use to get a Free burger on birthday Now it’s based on points so burger really not free at all I’m done with this broken reward system app terrible
It won’t let me add my credit card
It wouldn’t let me add my credit card it would be nice if it would take Apple Pay it also froze on me for estimated wait time for pickup

Seriously, how is your “add a credit card” UX this bad? It is the worst I have ever seen in an app. Just copy the UX from the million other apps that implemented it correctly. This isn’t rocket science.

It constantly logs me out and does not work well. Often has bugs and errors when I try to log in, asking for my bday and then saying there was an error (if I even get that far)
Buggy app, can cause big mistakes!
the app likes to crash and completely empty the cart when you're in the middle of ordering. this becomes a huge problem when you're ordering for delivery because it will default your order back to pickup! if you don't catch it, you'll be stuck having to drive out to pick up your order which can be a real pain when the location is far. not cool!
Needs improvement
This app is those most frustrating app I’ve ever used. It never saves my login, and I can’t reset the password. I have to order as guest. I have more than once given up and ordered food somewhere else.
Can’t order from the app
I’ve tried 3x on 3 different weeks and it freezes after I put in my payment info every time.

App and website doesn’t work. I sign in,can see welcome Christine! I can see my points and then it all reverts back to a log in screen and to add your birthday. The app is up to date as is my iOS software.
Don’t use to mobile order
You get all your food in your cart and get an error message so you spend all that time and you can’t even order.
What happened?
The app refuses to let me log in, only showing a vague “error” message with no explanation or solution. Previously, I got a more detailed API-related error, so it’s clear this issue has been around for a while. On top of that, your website’s online ordering isn’t working either. For a big national chain, this really shouldn’t be happening. I’d strongly suggest bringing in a more capable dev team to get your app and online systems back on track.

Buggy checkout
The checkout experience is terrible. Currently a bug that doesn’t let you order due to invalid phone number. Get some error logging! Add apple pay support too
Cant place Order
I cant place a order on the app. I enter my card info then press check out only to be met with a error message saying “Application.PCIProxyerror error1”
App ordering has progressively gotten worst
The app was once easy to use. You can’t edit the order because the food in the cart doesn’t come up, forcing me to frequently toggle back and forth between the cart button and check out button w/ the hope it will finally show. You can’t claim the reward button unless you are at the beginning of the order which is very disappointing when you have put food in the cart & made all the modifications. Then you have to start new just to claim it. Someone should look into the stability of this app. It just makes me want to go elsewhere.
Location finder broken
The app will not find the Red Robin closest to me, which has been an active restaurant for well over a decade now. The map feature refuses to show that there’s one in my town until you zoom in super close so the name pops up but even then you cannot select it on the map.
The lookup search bar does not pull up stores when entering addresses/zip codes.
Without the use of this function, I cannot order through the app which makes it worthless.
