eSIM载入后明明一直卡在 Activating ，客服却说已经激活了，不可退款。现在没激活也没法 Delete eSIM。还好就十多块，当花钱买教训了。

This company and its agents collude to deceive consumers. The eSIM has no signal and can't be used. Their internal operations are extremely disorganized, and no one takes responsibility.

I bought it for 20gb for mainland china and I did everything it told me like activating and installing it. When I was in china it didn’t work and I had no data

Honest evaluation: The product did not work. Extremely unclear directions in my opinion. I purchased and I downloaded it while I had Internet connectivity before I arrived at the location, but when I got there it did not work. I tried to follow the poorly written instructions, but nothing connected. When I returned to the states, I asked if they could make this right and give a refund, but they said no. (!)
Support not help when not working esim
I purchased global plan. Tajikisthan network not connecting. I talked with their support. They not solved my problem. Even not refund provided. Ignored all my email. Never recommend this.
estk等第三方esim卡用户千万不要用app
app购买的esim不提供任何手动安装方案，包括二维码什么的统统不提供，在网站上也看不到。客服回复要手动安装就必须通过网站购买，这是“特性”不是“bug”。
Scam, no service, no customer support
Really 33 euros for nothing. I spent hours on it still no connection in Munich downtown or Salzburg downtown. How is that possible? I urgently need connection and customer support is off now. Really frustrating.
