I was scammed out of $59.99. It said it was a 3-day free trial, only to be immediately charged upon acceptance of free trial. Apple would not reverse the charge despite my proof of the promised free trial. ReelsApp deferred to apple and wouldn’t help me either. Beware you WILL BE CHARGED. UPDATE- developer responded and said this was caused by a glitch (the fault of the company) wouldn’t that mean you owe me a refund since your app failed?

Take a look at the other recent negative feedback. They had a “fake” 3 day trial only to hit you with a $65 fee right after. They will respond to this message “if you don't like the app please contact xyz…. And thats it. You contact them and they never respond. I been hitting them with an email 1 or 2x per week. No response. I even filed a scam claim with apple. If there is one thing I absolutely hate is poor business practices. You will continue to get a weekly email from me until I get a refund.

I downloaded the “free” app and subscribed to the 3 days free trial, it tried to charge my account 64.99 I cancelled the subscription not even 5 mins later and it is saying plan active till 2025.

in the application there is a button “try free for 3 days” but when you press it it asks you to make a payment!!! I spent two hours editing the video so that when I saved it, I was told to pay. don't waste your time

App Issue
This app doesn’t let me unsubscribe. When I go to “contact us” option it directs me to create and email on my device settings. If I didn’t already have an email and paid a fee to download this app then how was it possible?

I like this app & would love to use it, buuuttt… it was accidentally deleted from my phone, and now won’t restore my purchase. There is a giant contact us button with ambiguous instructions to “set up an email account in my phone’s settings.” 🫤 Super wish I had my money back.

Not up to date
This app is cool for the first week as you learn it. But the selection is very limited. And they don’t update the reels with trends or honestly often at all. Not happy I spent $25 for this.

Some suggestions to meet the needs of people and in order for the application to be used comfortably and not to have negative comments, frankly now with this policy the application is similar to garbage and it is not recommended to use it at all…
Please add lifetime purchase and 1 hour free daily use(pro) no watermark and after 1 hour the premium futures will be locked . Once we open the app, the time starts and all the contracts in the free hour are unlocked so we can use the app comfortably. I'd like to buy the app, but it's nowhere near the ridiculous subscription prices I've seen in the app, so I’ll be glad if you gave us the perpetual purchase option.cant save even with watermark, hate those apps 😡

No way to save your work .. No way to come back to it. I want my money back!!!

They ask for subscription for each video ! And not good at all . You can easily edit them by giving few minutes on other apps . Do not waste your time

Good concept but not worth it
Once you create the video , there isn’t an option to go back & edit. You need to redo the video again if you want to make changes. No search bar to find certain templates and there are only a few templates available with old trends. Wasn’t worth the purchase.
What i hate about it.
There’s nothing more that I hate then when a company lets you waste your time, to try out their nifty little app… Only 20 minutes later to realize you have to pay $20 to even save it to your phone, basically any company that will treat customers like that and not tell them upfront,, they’re not honest, so I have zero interest in companies when there’s 5000 more apps that will do the same thing.Because once you hit that stupid button no matter what they say 10 years later they’re wanting to take your money even if you use it one time… If you really got the goods that just tell people before they waste of time hey we’re going to charge you money, I always feel like these things are a scam in any company that starts out like that I have zero interest and giving them a dime

Unfortunately everything on this app needs the pro version!which makes it impossible to use in countries that doesn’t use paypal or any other international payment methods! Edits looks nice and sinced with audio but its a shame that i cant use it

Very limited and complicated usage of free templates . So, I am not ready to pay for this app.
Reels App
Seems like a good app for reels, but it never uploads all my pictures to create a reel. This is so frustrating, and only used a couple of times due to this issue. I’ve tried reloading the app, please advise… thank you!
No free trial
I don’t like how the app doesn’t have a free trial. Not even for at least 3 days. Theres only a select few free templates which makes sense why they are free because no one will be using them. Don’t know if it’s worth getting a subscription when there are other options out there.
Doesn’t work
Good app! I would love to use it more but unfortunately, I have the same issues as people explained before me. This mistakes in application to serious to sell it for this money.

I wish this app was more organized on how to find one of many reels that they offer. I feel like there could be more categories & nicer interface to help people find their way around. I will not recommend to anyone unless desperate! Gave a 2 star because it’s quicker than setting up in IG but just takes a while to find the right reel so in the end, may as well use Instagram.
