You can delete but you can’t get them to stop charging you
Trying to actually figure out how to get this company to stop charging you is impossible, cannot get in contact with anyone and I’ve been brought to 3 different sites. About to flag as fraud.
This app is bad.
When I went into the app, I used my bank card, but afterwards, it didn't give me the option to remove the card.
Scam- continues to charge after cancelling subscription
I cancelled my subscription 17 days ago and this app continues to charge me. I filed a dispute with my bank and luckily my credit card specialist had the same issue with this SAME app! Multiple Reddit reviews say the same thing. Buyers be wary.
Coins I EARNED “Expired”?????
Went to catch up and watch a few of the reel shorts I have been watching this week and noticed my coin balance was significantly lower than the day before, but had no memory of using them, I checked my balance and my coin history, they DEDUCTED 820 COINS FROM MY ACCOUNT and claimed they “expired”??? I’m sorry??? How have coins that I earned and paid for expire when I’m the one who watched and saved them to be used at a later date or for whenever the heck I feel like??? Makes NO sense and feels like a SCAM!!!

They say it’s free but it’s not free it $$$$ why not just tell the truth stop putting parts for free then you have to pay a lot to watch the rest it wrong just be honest

It won't show up on my purchases, but it keeps trying to charge. I don't want it anymore. You can't cancel it through the app either.

Reel short is okay to watch But
It make me rewatch the episodes that I already have seen and now I have wait the next day ReelShort needs to fix this!!!
