Just another subscription service at this point that paywalled EVERYTHING. Way to stand out. Loved being able to use this app to learn names/making sure it was spelled correctly or confirm I was at the right house matching with the persons name. But now, I legitimately have zero use for this app.
Why would you use this?

Thanks for nothing
Nothing about this app is free any more. Used to get owners' names and lot sizes at the very least. Need subscription now at substantial cost to just the curious. Now I will use the town's municipal website for free. Deleting Regeedy.

Ruined the app
They made it so that you can no longer even view the NAME of the property owner. All as part of their “tweaks to start the new year.” This was the last app to maintain that information for free and I used to swear by it. Not anymore - officially lost a user.

Do not update this app or you will lose the ability to see the owners name when selecting the property. That is literally the only reason to have this app and they took it away with the update. Now Regrid is just a low resolution aerial map with inaccurate property lines. Too bad. I used this app all the time even just to remember peoples names.

Recent update removed ownership data so now the app isn’t usable

No of the info is accurate. It take for ever just to even get in the app. Horrible app don’t recommend to anyone.

This app when it works is so slow. I’ve typed in addresses and it repeatedly tells me the address or City doesn’t exist.
What happened to Columbus OH? I’ve tried numerous addresses and it repeatedly tells me Columbus OH doesn’t exist.

Inaccurate by 24%
Checked 5 acre property against a survey makers and app was inaccurate. Has property line running up against neighbor house.
New update
Used to be a 5 star app, the most recent update no longer gives ownership data.
Information is out of date
Most of the information/data I have looked up is at least 10+ years old. I’m not sure what good this kind of info is useful for?
