They’ll offer you a month free trial when you go to cancel your subscription and then they’ll still charge you $16 for that free trial. Insanely unethical.
Fails to deliver
If you’re after photo preservation, do not download this app. It is unable to restore older photos. I’ve tried images from the 1980s-early 2000s and the results are hardly discernible from the original. You’ll typically notice an adjustment to the exposure and/or saturation but that’s the extent of it. Any so-called retouches to human faces are so ridiculously cartoonish that grandma will suddenly look like she’s has Botox and veneers. The app hallucinates details and makes everyone look like the same person or renders halos and plastic textures. Like I said, if you want your vintage photos to look as though they were taken on a better camera and not by a different person, then steer away from this app.

Extremely disappointed. The app has not been working for hours, and I can’t use any of the features I’m paying for. It constantly fails to load or process photos. Please resolve this issue immediately and improve the app’s stabilit.
Update Runied Takes hours now!
He used to be OK but now there’s better versions you can use for free online.. the new version just constantly get stuck and you can leave your phone for hours trying to process with just one picture that’s ridiculous. I closed the app twice. I powered off my phone. I’ve updated the app. Nothing helps. It just doesn’t work anymore.
Worst app
I honestly wouldn’t give them a star at all. App is always freezing, as soon as I open the app, I’m overwhelmed with all of the ads. The ads are very long. They say watch 3 ads to unlock free enhancements. I don’t use the app often so no need to pay for subscription… after watching the ads, you won’t be granted your free enhancement. Honestly, don’t waste your time

This app and their support team is utterly atrocious. It makes me sick to my stomach that I’ve been subscribed for the last 2 1/2 years. I am waiting for Support to get back to me because this app never works. Literally I’m in consistent loops when the photos are generated.

You guys need to work on this app and interface. There’s no reason why photos are made worse when this app is suppose to improve the quality. Skip this one!
If you don’t pay, it’s atrocious 🫣
The moment you open the app, it makes you watch an add, you watch an ad additionally so that you could attempt to adjust the picture, then if you want to go further and adjust another aspect of the picture, it’s another ad , after you’ve done about four ads and you finally adjusted the picture, then you have to watch the final ad to download the picture. Some of these ads are almost 30 seconds long. When I was paying for the membership, I didn’t even realize just how horrific the free version is. It’s so bad that I want the fence about deleting the whole app honestly. If you’re gonna work professionally and you want to pay for the membership, then yeah totally worth it. But for the free version, it is a nightmare you might as well put it. ChatGPT or something. 😒

Do not buy a free trial because it is not easy to cancel. In my case I was only able to cancel after the took money from my account. Stay away from this application
Look fake
It turns image artificial & fake, I realized it just improves face, but change background, blur jewelry on you.
Bad Results
The image is becoming completely unrealistic and the facial features are not the same, because every time I try to change the color or background enhancements, it automatically changes the facial features for the worse!

FIX THE APP
Yall keep saying yall have made updates to fix the bugs, take the app back to a month ago. It used to edit / clear photos perfectly, now when it edits the face it distorts the color and makes it cartoon like. I didn’t pay for a year subscription for it to end up like this, when it used to be perfect. Fix it soon please.

This app is amazing at doing its job of editing photos. But, the annoying part is that before you even click on the photo you want to edit, it has an ad ready for you to watch. It’s annoying. They also just want your money so you can purchase their subscription. Boo.

Bug fix
I used this app for a while to enhance my selfies, but suddenly when I used it to enhance my blurry pictures its show my face pruning all up like a plum within seconds and it looked like I have wrinkles.. Looked like a cartoon quality filter was on me. I swear this app wasnt like this before. Especially paying for free trial to get the pack it still does that to my face. Fix the app.
New update - not the best
The new update changed something with the enchant feature. Before it would do beautiful enhancements but not for some reason it no longer provides that. When using the enhance feature it for some reason keeps adding more & more details ruining the image completely, even when taking the particular enchantment off. Please fix this.

But the background. It does ***NOT*** enhance ***AT ALL***. The background looks ***TRASH*** compared to the faces. That immediately docks **2 stars**.

Used to be amazing
This app was so good! It was my go to. But something ruined it. Idk if it’s AI or a glitch. Makes your photo look crazy. I would have put 1 star but it was great in the past so I put 2
It’s glitching a lot
I really wish you could dial down some of the settings. They get really extreme and it’s either you don’t edit it all or you wind up with cartoonish images. Also, it’s glitching recently. You try to save it as a normal image and then all of a sudden it winds up super extreme when it’s saved.

I don’t know what happened but the changes on this app are awful I use to use this for years! But the enhance option is a little too much now! Please go back to the way it was! The brightness and face enhancing does not look good.
Ya no es como antes las fotos se ven muy faje
Ahora las fotos quedan son efectos muy exagerados uno parece un muñeco de plástico, desenfoca mucho el fondo y a veces uno necesita mostrar elementos del fondo y no puede, los colores se ven muy falsos llevo dos años con la suscripción pero creo que ya no voy a pagar más porque no puedo usar ninguna de las imágenes que edito se ve muy fake
