This app is a scam. There is a free Amazon Firestick remote app. My husband fell victim to this and I realized when I got an email that I was charged $6.99 for the first week. Cancelled right away. These reviews are fake. You can by a new firestick with remote for $24.99 on amazon or you could replace the remote for $9.99 to $20 depending on your type of firestick.

This app is terrible, I don’t know if it’s the fire stick or the apps but this is the second one I’ve downloaded and it never connects, I have to open and close the app,reset my phone, and turn my WiFi on and off at least 10 times before it maybe connects. My Roku would never do me like this

It’s a scam. They charge you $43 immediately even if you sign up for the free 3 day trail. It says you can cancel at anytime but you can’t. They also say you can contact customer support but do not give you any info on how to. No email or number was provided to contact support to cancel subscription. They intend to keep charging $43 a month.

Got brand new firesticks within the last year or so and all 3’s remotes have already gone out. Didn’t know why until I found out everyone was using these app remotes which charge you buttloads to use. Disgusting don’t waste your money on a firestick or these apps

It says 3 days free and I was immediately charged. I also cancelled before the 3 day trial period ended, I was still charged and have yet to receive any sort of refund. Absolutely terrible experience, false advertising and misleading service. I will be disputing the charge constantly until I get my full refund!
