Well, I’m going to try to keep my cool. I am a cord cutter. I like to save money, especially since I can’t get good. Use out of the TV anyway because I work way too much. I didn’t even get a chance to try using the app because I was shocked at the price. I don’t see paying nine dollars a week for anything ever that is completely ridiculous especially since there are free alternatives. I probably need to get up off the couch more anyway. It was a big shock to me to go from android to Apple and they charge you for a lot of the apps that you don’t get on android some of those are like two dollars for a lifetime so I’m sorry. I thought look at this one.

I used this app before if I’m not mistaken so I don’t understand what happened between then in now. But the app isn’t connecting to the fire stick. The tv shows up on the list. It even detected the fire stick, loaded and took me to the remote just for it to disconnect and say it can’t be found. Mind you the description of my Tv is on the list. But it keeps asking me to find it. Very frustrating and unfortunate.

I never had an account with fire tv yet it’s been billing me 6.99 at first I didn’t notice but saw Apple kept taking it then when I tried to unsubscribe it said I never had an account and never got reimbursed for what did get taking out

I downloaded this and thought I immediately canceled but apparently had been paying 6.99 a week for at least a month. Apple would not refund me and I feel completely ripped off. Do not recommend. It’s cheaper to just buy a remote and Amazon makes a free version in app too.

I used a phone remote a few years ago and thought it was pretty convenient so I downloaded this app while I waited for a new remote to arrive and used the 3 day free trial before cancelling. There is now a subscription cost to use this app and it’s $6.99 PER WEEK. That is absolutely criminal. Truly, that fee should be illegal. I feel sorry for anyone who has forgotten to cancel their free trial. $363 per year to use your phone as a remote?!? Unbelievable.

$6.99 a WEEK for this app is ridiculous. Look out for what you’re agreeing to here. I did not expect a weekly subscription, and 7 weeks later realized I had been billed almost $50. Apple would not refund me either. Such a scam. You’re better off just buying a new remote from Amazon, and can even have it delivered the same day.
