Hard to Unsubscribe
You can’t unsubscribe from your subscription in the app at all. You have to email/ call them. I emailed them to unsubscribe me and they only unsubscribed me from the email/ news letter. I even emailed them a day before the deadline to be safe. Anyways I got charged $24 and they only refunded me back $11. Haven’t replied to my complaint emails yet. AND I GOT NO JOB CALL BACKS!!!!

Not happy
Not easy to use i have to keep customizing the account every time I want to apply. I have not got a single email back from applying here not even one and I have maybe done over hundred applications and I’m not even exaggerating it.

Why would I pay to see job companies. You shouldn’t have to pay to apply for a job, if this isn’t a money laundering scheme I don’t know what is. Will absolutely not be using this company, and 95% of the reviews are people saying they got screwed out of money or it was a waste of time, I’m good!

If you are paying for a job search application, then it should not be handing you over dead listings as though they are brand new. There has not been a single listing that I have looked through this app for that has been younger than a month old. All of them are completely old and dead. It is cataloging old dead listings enforcing you to pay to see them when they’re literally is not a single listing that actually meets your needs and is still viable. You will waste your money. It is a complete waste of money. I can’t believe that in 2026 that this is still a working application that people are paying for and that I was bamboozled for this amount of time. Google does better, Glassdoor does better, indeed does better, LinkedIn does better, literally every single Service does better and they’re free. You would think that for paying for it, they would actually check to see if the listings are still alive, but they are not! Because FlexJobs does not give a single F. You paid them and you’re dumb enough to pay them so stop using this app do not under any circumstances use this app. It is completely useless. You will save much more time by not doing so and save money.

Flexjobs is not easy to use and is not worth paying for. I have more success with other platforms.

No success
Not only was I unable to receive one email or call back during the trial period i cancelled on the day of renewal. Customer service was very adamant about letting me know I should be grateful for the partial refund I received. Just stay away.
Garbage app
I couldn’t even get past the paying for a subscription part. It wants more verification than face recognition via Apple Pay. Keeps taking me to a screen showing my payment methods. Anything I do just takes me back to previous screens. Deleting this app.

Posted with loads of questionable jobs that are so obnoxiously niche, hard to believe they’re even real. Waste of money, waste of accessibility to most job seekers, just more mindless Big Tech spin saturated in worthless content so the talentless hustlers at the top get that elitist brag money. No one wastes time and distorts progress like millionaire and billionaire Tech Trash.
Google does a better job
Nothing easy about using this app. Most of the job postings that were being shown to me were irrelevant, no real way to filter out jobs. Went to cancel my subscription, there is no spot to cancel only to delete my account, this kind of makes me feel like I’m being scammed. It should never be difficult to cancel a subscription. I hope that that means I’m not being charged now that I deleted my account But I have no idea. So sorry that I recommended this to my daughter also.

Their new AI autofill feature is clunky-it takes several steps to use, and applications often get stuck in a “pending” status. It’s honestly faster to type everything out manually.
After paying for a subscription, I feel scammed. There’s very little value here compared to free job boards that offer more up-to-date listings and a smoother experience. Save your money. FlexJobs isn’t worth it to me.

The jobs won’t show until you pay and then after you pay they have a whole bunch of remote jobs that is SUPPOSABLY recently posted , click on the link it leads to the “company” website. Click’s application, they have a billion questions for you to answer on top of several questions you have to type in to answer. SCAM. You’ll never finish the application

Don’t waste your time/money
I got this app and I paid the 2 week access. No jobs called me back. I then paid a couple of monthly payments to keep it. No jobs called me back. I then paid the annual fee of $71 and still I didn’t receive any employer responses but ALSO, 2 months after I paid the annual fee, my access was revoked and I was no longer able to use the features I paid for. I reached out to customer service and received a pointless email. I reached out to them AGAIN more aggressively asking they either restore my access or give me a refund and they responded with instructions to cancel the subscription and request a refund through Apple. But Apple does not let me request a refund so I paid over $70 for absolutely nothing and they just took my fee and ran with it.
Can't close
I have made several attempts online to close my FlexJobs account through the app on the computer. I did close it in July and it says it expired and closed in July. I got charged a month later now is the end of August and I got another charge and they won't refund it. So don't open a FlexJobs account!
Don’t waste your time
Most of the postings are old, expired or they have already hired someone but you wont know that until you’ve gone through the long process of applying. It is not worth it.

The perks are not worth the inability to cancel. It’s almost impossible! Depending on how and where you purchased the subscription makes it that much harder. I can’t even sign into my account online without paying at least $2 for a 14-day limitless access that I don’t want bc I want to stop paying $25 a month for a sub I don’t need!!! I’m a tech-savvy 45-year-old. It’s obviously made to be difficult so you keep paying. I’m not a fan of keeping customers through methods like this. Just not a pleasant experience.
Only for Engineer
If you’re not an Engineer don’t even bother to try this app. There is only IT jobs posted and anything else is worthless as a remote job. Also I tried to get a refund and it’s impossible, so I gave up on this app.
Great jobs, but needs fixed asap
This app has the best and most vetted jobs out there. Giving 1 star as a last ditch effort to get a response from them. Over the last 3 weeks something has gone wonky on both the app and the site. My search gives me 10 day old postings, then two days later there’s a dump of jobs that posted 5 days before. The sort by date doesn’t work on the app anymore, and it’s not an option on the web version. I reached out twice by email, no response. Finally cancelled my subscription, and outlined the problem in my cancellation, and clearly a bot answered because in no way did it address this problem. Also, my “suggested jobs” don’t match my profile at all. They suggest jobs that require an RN (I’m not a nurse) or a Bachelors (I have an Associates). That seems like such an easy program fix, I can’t wrap my head around it. I hate to leave the app, but something has messed up and I can’t get a response. Once it’s fixed, I highly recommend it.

I’m trying to apply for a job but I have to pay a subscription in order to look for and apply for those jobs like I’m looking for a job for a reason.

App login issue
I cannot log into the app using the username and password I have set. I have tried it on multiple browsers and it works but it does not work on the app. Please fix this massive bug.
Consumer Beware, did not meet customer guarantee and refused full refund
Consider beware. I initially signed up for a free trial that would trigger a subscription, if the subscription was not cancelled in 14 days. Despite using the sites offered features they did not offer job opportunity within the specifications I require. I cancelled my subscription on day 14. I contacted FlexJobs two days later because I was still charged for a full subscription. I explained the situation to the representative, that I had cancelled my subscription on day 14 and way reaching out for a refund. I was then informed they would only offer a partial refund, less than half of charged amount, because of their 14 day policy and I was contacting them one day after being charged. Despite the fact I cancelled my subscription within their policy and they were unable to provide the advertised service for me. As far as I am concerned, this is predatory business practices.

If I’m looking for a job, obviously money is already tight. This app is useless unless you pay money for the upgrade. Without the upgrade, you cannot apply to the job or even see what company is posting the position/job you’re interested in.

STOLE MY MONEH
This app took 23.95 from my account TWICE within the same month and then wants to say there’s a “billing issue” There’s no billing issue because clearly they’re taking my money without me even wanting this stupid app. There’s no legitimate jobs and it’s absolutely no help at all. I’d give it a negative 5 stars if I could. And I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE
I signed up and paid the subscription. I had the account for 10 hours. First, if you’re management or higher there is not anything listed here that isn’t on Indeed. Secondly, after 10 hours I canceled. They sent me an automated email telling me that I would receive a refund for a PRORATED AMOUNT of approximately $12 or so dollars which is only half of the subscription fee! 10 hours! Their math is not math’ing. I have emailed customer service two times and no reply. Horrible customer service, and poor consumer practices. DO NOT TRUST. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
