$6.99 a WEEK for a remote app is absolutely ridiculous! It didn’t even have a power button, which is the whole reason I downloaded the app!

Stay away!! $6.99 per week auto renewal and do not work at all. There’s several way better options on the App Store
Stole my money
Downloaded this app over a year ago to try and connect to TV, and did not work. Deleted the app immediately, and just now found out they have been charging me $6.99 weekly for a subscription I never signed up for. That's almost $30 a month for an app I used once, and deleted off of my phone. A big giant scam, never download this app if you know what's best for you.
Unapproved payment
I downloaded this app to see what it did. I did not approve payment and never set up a tv to use it. Now I am having trouble figuring out how to cancel it.
Honest Review
I do not like this remote app. It claims to offer both free and paid features, but the "free" version is basically unusable. The only thing you can do without paying is use the up and down inside arrows, which is extremely limiting. Everything else is locked behind a paywall. Very misleading and disappointing.

If I can give 0, I would, it’s so horrible you can only move, that “balance between free and subscription” in your response to another rating is completely wrong and your app is UNBALANCED, you can’t even hit the return button??? Meaning I’m stuck to wherever I go and I can’t go back, the HOMEEE button is paywalled, it’s horrible and I hope this prevents others making the same mistake.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. Its nearly forced, having people pay for this app is utterly rude when it does not have any special capabilities. Amazon sells extra TV remotes for cheaper than $7 a month. Don’t be like me and subscribe to something that should be FREE.
Cash grab
I installed this cuz i needed the capability to change the source on the tv since the button isnt working, i thought “this is great, ill be able to play my xbox” i connected and its the simplest controls of all time, its like the same buttons on the tv but with a touch pad, and of course, no source button. Not only that, they want you to pay 6.99$ A WEEK for something you can do with your hands for free that takes 1 min, and if you’re expecting advanced settings then prepare for disappointment.

Every time I tried to press anything it always asks to pay for a free trial or premium my tv remote broke and I have no way to use my tv so I tried the app expecting it to be good and FREE like the last three I downloaded trying to connect to my tv but this one is the worst!! I can’t press anything buttons without having to pay! Absolutely pathetic!
Save your money, download the smart things app instead.
This app asks for $7 a week. Which is insane considering you can purchase a new Samsung remote from Walmart for $15. If you own a Samsung smart tv simply download the smart things app. It’s free and you can control every aspect of your tv with it. Don’t give any money to these thieves. They’re obviously preying on people who are less technically inclined.

DO NOT PURCHASE. worked at first now it disconnects after 5 min. Have to reconnect. So sick of this app but Apple won’t refund money as I was dumb enough to have purchased a yearly subscription.

0/10. I bought the subscription in hopes that it would work with my projector. Sadly, it did not work, and I was not able to make it past the “connect to projector” screen, and that’s okay. The problem lies within the fact that I quickly cancelled my subscription, AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME. There is no number to call to dispute the charge and get my money back. I’m beyond irritated.

This app will not function if you do not pay. A pop up asks you to pay for a subscription I opted out, but there is an option for free 3 day trial and it charged me $19.99. Do not download this app unless you are willing to pay.
