Game won’t work after update
New update has made it impossible to play anymore. Regardless of how you sign in, it repeatedly says network problem. Even when using WiFi or data only, it continues to say the same thing. I guess the developers don’t want people to use their app anymore… shame

I was in love with this game, but then all today I’ve been unable to log in. I reach out on the Facebook page with everyone else having the same issue and they are not communicating a fix. I’ve spent way more money than I should have on this game and this is super frustrating.

Login error makes game unplayable
I was logged out of the game unexpectedly and I’ve been unable to log back into the game. It won’t let me access guest mode or sign in with Apple, and I keep getting “network reminder sign-in failed (error code 2).” I’ve already restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and checked my connection, but nothing works. The game is completely stuck on the loading/login screen, so I can’t even play. This needs to be fixed because it’s not an issue on my end. I already had progress in the game, so being unable to log back in is a very frustrating experience and I hope the developers address the server/login problems soon.

Logs you out permanently
I don’t spend money on apps but i recommend if you do not to spend money on this particular app. It will claim you have network issues (i have really good internet and I’m the only one on it currently, so definitely not the case) and then log you out permanently with only an error code, claiming you cannot sign back in due to network issues. It’s obviously an intentional design flaw to get you to continue spending money on the app over and over again on the same few things to retrieve progress they erase. All they respond with is their support email, but i don’t see how that could even help you when you cannot even sign in lol. It’s fun but it’s just an idle tap game. Not worth falling into the micro transaction trap.
deceptive ads
they hide the exit button so u cant hide ads. they are very long ads and very often so thats annoying. doesnt make me wanna spend any money either. the devs clearly dont care so neither do i. u also cant skip all the pesty lil tutorials. its obnoxious. dont bother. why do i get stuck with an ad i cannot close then im forced to close the app then wow guess what?? NO REWARD. uninstalled. just buy a game. skip these free ad invested ones

Then if you get into details you will notice how much personal data they are collecting, your IP address, phone, IMEI, personal messages, emails, contact information and anything that you have stored on your phone will be released so that you are scammed :)
I would highly recommend to not sell out your personal information and data in order to play this cheap graphics “game”

Used to be my favorite
The gems used to actually be worth it but now the stuff you could use to buy gems you have to watch ads for like you used to be able to double your rent when you were away by paying 10-20 gems now you gotta watch an ad

The game is great but I’ve encountered an error message every time I’ve tried to play after the first day playing. Have deleted, restarted and nothing works.
It won’t let me sign back in
If I delete the app it will automatically restart me but if I try to sign back in it keeps saying error for connection and to try again later. I played it last night and earlier this morning but I literally got off of the game for a couple of minutes to pay a different game so that I could bring up my money and when I tried getting back on the game it signed me out and won’t let me sign back in.
