Generic mobile app game with an ad for every action
Longest adds ever.
The game is fun but the only way to progress after completing the first part of the game is with adds. It doesn’t help that each add takes four minutes of my life that I’ll never get back.

Normally I will pay for ad free if the price isn’t crazy. This game they have a $10.99 fee for ad free…for life? No, you pay $10.99 and get ad free gaming for 30 days only. Make it a one time fee, $10.99 monthly is greedy. I’m deleting this game for this sole purpose.

Meh
I like the game and want to keep playing, but the in-game economy is very unbalanced. Upgrades and rooms are so expensive that watching ads feels mandatory rather than optional. Adjusting prices or rewards would greatly improve player experience and retention.
Ok
In the beginning I found this game fun but it got old fast everything is super expensive and to move up in level you have to complete a million upgrades I also find the manager, outfits stickers to be confusing
Complete junk
I deleted it after 20 minutes. The ads override the game at every corner. It’s a bit ridiculous and unnecessary.
DELETED MY PROGRESS
I was on level 34 and on the third map but as I was switching between the concert event and back to the map and it literally took me back to the first map and showed that I was level 12 instead.
I have put in many hours, I’ve unlocked almost all of the managers so that’s proof that I’ve put in a lot of hours.
I am not redoing hours of progress. I was on LEVEL 34 AND NOW IM ON LEVEL 12 because of a stupid glitch!
I’ve contacted customer service and put a ticket in. I’m not playing this game until this gets fixed and if it doesn’t then I’m just deleting the app. This is crazy.

I was just on level 28 it glitched and started me over to level 12

uses ai so instant 0/5. even without, its just a bad game, overly complicated and hard to use. it also doesn't have a lot of the features in the AI ahh adds.
Glitches after lvl 25
If you spend money or even invested a lot of time into this game it glitches. Forgets your jewels, your money in each city and progress on your development. It needs work especially for a good game this isn’t far underdeveloped and not advanced enough to glitch out constantly.

Broken Game: Lost all progress
I have been playing this game for a while now. So far give enjoyed it, but today, while I was trying to get back on it had “logged me out” and asked me to sign back in. No problem, right? WRONG. I went to sign in with my apple ID and it gives me a sign in error. I’ve tried multiple times…

You know how some games move fast through the first few stages to get you hooked? Not this one. I spent money to get the startup pack and one more package to get the dollars to get me through the hump. I’m now on Stage 3 and it’s a grind. You can’t move on from this stage until you have upgraded everything to the max and it costs a lot of $$$$. There is really not much to do. You can watch 30 second ads to get some money. Since the reviews are good, I’m going to see what happens after Stage 3 - I have been on the same stage for close to a week now and only 60% there. If it’s still more of the same, I’m going to delete it and move on.
Events constantly disappear
I really want to like this game but the events constantly disappear. This is very frustrating because you can make progress one day and then the next day make zero progress. These are also timed events so by the time it finally comes back the event is almost or is over. Additionally, the “customer service” feature does not work either. This has been a continuous issue that never seems to improve. Very frustrating.

No matter what I do I can’t get an office worker and I don’t understand one of the quests like what!
Only playable for first three levels
This game does not let you play when you want. For the first three levels it’s fun and you can play as much or as little as you want while making progress. After that, all you do is wait. They have little rewards for things that you can do, but they only give you a few thousand when every upgrade asks for 100k and often more than that. The ads feel optional, but if you want to do anything on your own time, they’re not. I just got to level 8 and it’s asking for an upgrade that’s going to be in the millions for in game currency. That would take days just to make one purchase. Essentially you have no game to play for multiple days now. For this reason I am deleting it.
