I am always leery of games like this. It’s too early to tell how badly p2w events will ruin the game, but if they can avoid the same pitfalls that other games like this trundle into, they may be okay. The survival of games like these is heavily dependent upon server health-and the easier it is for whales to whale, the worse it will be for everyone. So, as a f2p player who wants to enjoy the community and theme aspects of the game, I am BEGGING the developers to be mindful of how heavily you favor payers. Bloodthirsty paying players can and will kill the game. I have played these types of games for over a decade-do not abandon your free players for the sake of whales who only want an ego boost from being the biggest fish in the pond. Updated post-deletion: the game has become exactly what I worried it would. Whales and bullies run the servers, and toxicity runs unchecked. Even reporting through the obscenely clunky reporting system with screenshot evidence of ban-able behavior produces no results. Female players are openly harassed and subjected to verbal abuse (among other things) by people who take advantage of their attempts at integration into the community. There have already been instances of photos sent in discord being used to threaten them with deepfakes. Women should not be expected to isolate themselves or just put up with this, yet reporting these situations WITH PROOF. WITH SCREENSHOTS AND LEGITIMATE PROOF. Produced ZERO results. So sure, play another money sink time-waster if you want, but don’t get too attached. The moment you rub the wrong person the wrong way, expect to be left to handle it yourself and risk punishment for fighting back, because the company isn’t going to help you.

False Ban
I had a duplicate charge for upgrades and when I disputed it I was given the refund. Next day I went into the game was notified I was permanently banned. Given link to reach out but the kicker is that they need all the profile info but I can’t get that because of the ban. Loved the game until this happened.
Cash grab
Embarrassing game to release. Just a money grab clickbait game, locks heroes behind 10 dollar ads. Every 3 mins another “promo flash sale”
My account was forcibly signed into
After 2 1/2 weeks of playing this game and spending a fair amount on upgrades I tried logging in and a box popped up stating “Your account is being forcibly logged into” and then kicked me out. When trying to log back in there was a suspicious mandatory download all of the sudden that would not let me in unless downloaded, I checked the apple app updates and there were none! I did not download but started the unending quest to find help. After hours of searching I found a few email addresses I could send my issue to, after 4 days of emails and only automated responses I removed the link with my apple account to the game and shut off Apple Arcade (why spend money on unsecured game play). I finally received a response in Korean stating don’t worry about the forcible sign in and to go ahead and download the update from their server????? No way, this seems very suspicious since there was no update in Apple Arcade for this game. So more or less I lost money to a game that doesn’t provide security with their servers…. Thanks for the valuable lesson, trust nothing….
Was Good.
Something happened. Either a bug or a data wipe. I logged into the game on a new phone and my account didn’t show up. So I lost everything.
Tried contacting their support and two seconds later after the confirmation email I got one that said “you didn’t provide enough details” even tho I filled out all I could (I mean one of the details was acct number and name, but if I can’t log into it then how can I get it? ESP when it’s not showing up on my Apple Account?). Still waiting on them to respond.

Honestly
The game would be a way better game if it didn't have any issues with crashing nonstop and running so slow it almost makes you not want to play the game altogether because of how much lag there is and until that fixed I probably won't play any longer I know for a fact I sure as heck will never spend any money here
Another base building game
This feels like every zombie base building game where you eventually join an alliance and attack other players and get attacked. Just the UI looks exactly like another zombie game Ive played before. I dont remember the name because I also did not enjoy that one. The parts with the RE elements seem minimal compared to the mundane base building thats catered to base defenses and attacks.

Money hungry garbage game. There’s no reason to relocate my base when I join an alliance especially since it costs gems to move my damn base back

I was lowkenuinly looking forward to a more dungeon crawly horror experience and instead was met with base building bs, yall had something going and threw it out for this pay to win garbage, its sad at best and disgusting at worse.

Alright to start off, I love resident evil I just HATE gacha/gambling games though (like sure, if I was filthy rich I’d actually consider this mess but I can barely afford the new game lol.. and I know some people would say “don’t be broke, brokie.” I can’t help that) but continuing on, not saying it’s bad but it’s not free to play friendly but if you LOVE gambling and resident evil join this, comrades! 🫡

Too many threats
Was minding my own business and some other alliance started moving to my area of the map and attacked my members for no apparent reason. I can only assume that they were threatening us and saying they were going to attack us. They were chatting in “Japanese?” or some other language that uses symbols for words and I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Was fun up until this happened. I refuse to play a game that doesn’t have translation for different languages that I can’t understand.
RE:Tap and Wait
I love the RE IP but this game feels like there is no gameplay. It does not feel like my choices matter. I am constantly waiting for building and resources and the tower defense style is not engaging. I want to support RE games but it’s hard when I don’t feel like I’m doing anything.
Could be better
It’s a good game when it works, crashes way to often for reasons I dont know. When it works it’s a good game only issues I have are with the constant crashes and that certain characters are only obtained by spending hundreds of $ on them which is ridiculous.
New Update ?
I really can’t believe it, I’ve been playing this game for over a week now and I love this style of gaming so much. Resident Evil is one of my favourite game franchises, and I love the system of this game. It is truly addicting, so when I found out on the news of a 30 day update starting tomorrow, I was truly in shock. More over, the events I’ve been grinding for and planning strategically for has now gone to waste for this. This is really unexpected, I would like a response as to what this update will bring and if the Ace’s Proof event will continue after the update as I have spent so many resources and TIME trying to obtain Leon S Kennedy in the event and progressing ranks.
Too hint pushy and PvP???
The feel of the game is decent and I get that I just started the game, but the feel of “oh no, the player paused for 1.5 seconds, let’s give a hint!” is very annoying. I know how games work and I don’t need a locked in instruction like I’m a toddler. Like the bookshelf puzzle, as soon as you get the book, the game doesn’t want me to click on anything other than that bookshelf. I can’t get the quest reward yet, there’s a book to put away! So I do the puzzle as the game forces me to do and … still can’t do anything I want because the game obnoxiously wants me to explore the mansion. And if I wait one seconds while looking at the facility, the game will obnoxiously remind me I have a quest reward… yes, I know. I can read. If I’m in a level and walking the “wrong” direction or pause for a second, the game will blink at me to remind me where my objective is. It feels like uncle Carl jingle jingling his keys in front of the newborn to get its attention for the camera. And this is a resident evil game! You are supposed to search for survivors, not attack and pillage them! PvP completely goes against the idea of the game. Resident Evil is not the same premise as Walking Dead. If it was WD, PvP would make a little more sense because in that universe, all the survivors are competing for resources. WE DON’T NEED PVP IN EVERY GAME!!!!!! Stop forcing it.

Money Hungry and a False Promise
The same starts off pretty nicely with some classic Resident Evil style gameplay then you get surprised when all of a sudden it becomes a War Game and more of that classic gameplay gets locked behind War Game progression. What’s worse is you run out of content so fast if it’s the nostalgic gameplay you’re looking for and the game really just ends up trying to take your money with nonstop pop ups to spend more money to speed this up or that up. To even compete with anyone without spending money is next to impossible. I enjoy the game for the friends I made along the way but people are dropping like flies due to the greed of the developers.

Great Game if you Love Daycare!
Why can’t Capcom take the beginning part of the game and turn that into a procedurally generated dungeon crawler style game? If they did this and replaced the awful Plants Vs. Zombies combat for a RE1 DS style combat system this game would be incredible.
The game started sucking the second it became a typical Clash of Clans style mobile game. And the hand holding is insane. You thought yellow tape/ paint was condescending? Well this game will flash yellow circles everywhere if you take more than a few seconds to figure something out.
The aim for making this game was simple. They thought “how can we make the most generic, forgetful, POS game that appeals to lowest common denominator while slapping the RE logo on it?” Well congrats Capcom, you did it.

I was honestly surprised, sure poor graphics but idk brings a since of nostalgia especially the opening/ going through doors. Then there’s the mechanics from the actual games so I enjoy this

I was excited to play RE on my phone, then I downloaded this game and decided I’ll never fall for a nostalgic purchase, EVER AGAIN
Optimizing issue
The game is actually fun with content, another base builder with a little bit of everything. My main issue with the game as of this time is every patch that adds somethin or another event going on it makes the game run worse. Right now with their adds for RE9 it’s actually just making the game impossible to play.
