Finally quitting. Game has good story. Just the game being over 21gb to download is too big for a game like this 2d. Needed way to shrink or delete competed story and events or something. Game goes beyond with voice acting accents. Just games getting to big for phones. Got plenty of room, got better games to play and a new one coming out soon that look more fun.
Terrible translation ruins it
Gameplay is extremely simplistic so it relies on strength of narrative/characters to carry it, but the translation of the script is so bad (you can literally hear the VAs fighting the script when they speak) that it drags down the entire experience. Just watch a playthrough online if you really care.

So, I never got it to properly download, but maybe you’ll be more lucky than me and can actually download it to find out if it’s any good.
I cleared out 30GB of space for this silly game, to download what is claiming to be ~12GB of added data, roughly 15GB and change, only to have it say I did not have enough storage space? Looked and every time it has around +25GB of data? In my multiple attempts of clearing the data and trying to redownload everything (which takes an unusually long time, btw), it would seem to crash or disconnect or something and upon trying to finish the interrupted download it would start over without clearing the previous attempt. I suspect this is why the game that should be able to fit doesn’t have enough room.
That or the patch is more than twice as big as it claims.
Regardless, I, after four hours of trying, gave up and downloaded Chaos Zero Nightmare instead. Less than 6GB of data that actually downloaded! Huzzah!
It’s a real pity, this looks like a cool game, but it just can’t fit on my phone, or the download can glitch out and it goes wonky, no clue which.
I do wish game would say what the full amount of GB the game will actually use, instead of what the initial download file of base game data is, but maybe there is a reason, after all it’s true for every game on the App Store.
I wish everyone wanting to play this game better luck than me! Enjoy the spooky ambiance for me!👻

Where are the two star outfits?
My favorite character door is a two star character.
Two star characters are the only characters without alternative outifts. I think this is extremely unfair as door is a great and charasmatic mirror shard with a lot of potential. He deserves an outfit just as much as anyone else.
Door himself even has a voiceline asking the player to decorate him with different colors and glittering ribbons. He states he would love if we'd add a touch of warmth and festivity to his sharp edges.
I think this cruel on the devs part, to have him ask for an outfit himself only to coldly shove him to the side.

update story issue 🤕
it’s physically impossible for me to make it through stage 1 of chapter 11 (a long long way) without the whole game crashing and deleting my progress on the story. because i can’t make it through the whole thing, i can’t do any more on the main story. this occured during 1987 cosmic overture as well, which is why i decided to give up on grinding during that event. today alone i’ve had to reload the game about 15 times.

Google sign in unavailable for iOS
not being able to transfer from a android account to an iOS account is ridiculous… using sign in with google should be a thing on iOS instead too instead of a android and pc thing
I lost my account.
I grinded in R1999 for a month or two before deleting it to make space for another game which I would eventually delete aswell. But when I redownloaded R1999 to play again it said my account didn’t exist. Yes, I bound my account to an email. I’ve logged in with the e-mail button, not the Google instant login so that’s not the issue. Then, I tried contacting customer support. It was, alright the bot was helping me at first but here’s the road block. They started asking about first six star, when you joined, your name, your account id. And obviously as a casual player I didn’t know these things, and no it’s not my fault I didn’t remember these things mostly every other game when you bind your account can find your account with just an email. Oh the automated responses got annoying, I want a real person to talk to, but when I say “I can’t provide that information” the bot resends the same message expecting me to have the information. Like, no, I’m not gonna have that information even if you say it twice?? Really horrible, and I was pretty passionate about grinding for it aswell…
