I am extremely disappointed in this app, as it was the best iOS flight simulator available at one point in time. I bought a subscription expecting to have access to the same quality features as I had before. Instead, I ended up with a bunch of subscription error messages, no access to the pro version I paid for, and ZERO customer service support. Judging by all of the other negative reviews on here that also pertain to pro subscription errors, it is clear the developers do not care about their customers. They may reply with an apology and act like they care that we lost our money, but they never do anything to fix the issue. I will never buy another subscription through you guys again. And I hope potential customers reading this will be spared from losing their money to your services too.
Major issue with new update
The new update is awesome, but seems like every plane I get just 5000 ft in the air all power is cut off and I crash. I’ve made sure several times that random crash’s etc is turned off and nothing can malfunction when I’m flying, and all of my planes are still crashing, don’t know if this is bug with me or with everyone but it did not do this until the latest update.

This game sucks
You have to pay for literally everything, you only start with 3 planes and unless you buy more you’re only getting 3 planes. The chat is annoying bc people spam n word in it and the autopilot approach for landing always makes me land in some field, a mile from any airport. This game sucks

App Is Not Loading
I love playing this game but for some reason its not loading on my Iphone 17 pro, Ive uninstalled it reinstalled it and the app still does not work.

The game has been completely broken for over one month.
It gets stuck forever on “Pack #1491 - Loading” and never opens.
I tried everything:
- reinstalling the game many times
- restarting my iPhone 14 Pro
- switching Wi-Fi and mobile data
- waiting more than 20 minutes
- signing out of Game Center
Nothing works.
This issue started after the recent update, and the game worked perfectly before.
Email support only sends automatic replies and closes tickets within minutes, while the in-game support cannot be accessed because the game never opens.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
The game has been completely broken for over one month.

I’ve been paying for the premium subscription for over 5 years now and this is the first time I’ve had the games crash in less than 3 hours into a flight and it all started after the update overall it’s a good game but please fix the crashing problem sooner than later…

I’ve been playing Real Flight Simulator for about 4-5 years, and overall I love the game. It’s one of the best mobile flight simulators out there, but there are a few major issues that have been frustrating me for a long time.
My biggest complaint is multiplayer. Players can taxi straight through or into your aircraft with no collision avoidance. It completely ruins the realism and immersion. This has been an issue for years, and I really think it should be addressed in a future update.
Another feature the game desperately needs is a fully functional AI ATC system with voice communication. Being able to talk to Ground, Tower, Departure, Approach, and Center would make the simulator feel far more realistic instead of relying on basic menus.
Emergency operations also need a major overhaul. If I declare an emergency, emergency vehicles should automatically respond and be waiting after I land. I shouldn’t have to press five or ten different buttons just to get emergency services. That takes away from the realism, especially during critical situations.
I’d also love to see many more aircraft failures added, such as:
* Cabin fires
* Cargo fires
* Smoke in the cockpit
* Electrical fires
* Hydraulic failures
* Fuel leaks
* Engine fires that spread
* Pressurization failures and other realistic emergency scenarios
I’ve supported this game for years because I genuinely enjoy it, but it feels like some of these important features have been ignored for too long. I only have the free version THERE ARE ONLY THREE PLANES TO CHOOSE FROM IN THE FREE VERSION. NOT EVEN FREE BECAUSE THE ONE DOLLAR I SPENT ON IT. INFINITE FLIGHT IS BETTER….. and we need a joystick mode…
