They also say they protect the rest of us from cheat codes or cheating. This is not true most of the big players use cheat codes or buy things online to give them an advantage again you gotta spend tons of money to play this game. Don’t waste your time.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Developers are not responsive, they request SS then can’t even be bothered to look at them. The reply and close out your issue without even giving you a chance to reply to them. If you chose to play this game be prepared to screen shot every aspect. Don’t hold your breath waiting for the developers to correct anything. They do not care but will take your money and do nothing to fix glitches

5 years wasted time
Loved at first but became money pit. Played many years, what others are saying is true, you don’t spend, you’re left in the dust. I finally woke up and sucked up the money lost and deleted my accounts..
Same boring game
It is the same that hi several others gave out with almost the same storyline. The ad for it is completely different than the play. I don’t like being misled. And game developers should really try come up with some original games.

This “game,” subjective labeling is probably the worst game I’ve ever seen. The game functions rarely work and the heroes are completely broken. Honestly, not sure how Apple has allowed this to stay in the App Store. I’m convinced the 5 star reviews are completely made up by company employees. This is a warning to people who haven’t started or thinking about playing this game. Unless you want to waste massive amounts of money, just walk away. Everything in this is insanely expensive, and the longer you play, the more you’ll have to spend. Heroes cost between $3-4,000, castle skins, around the same, wings for your castle are about $6-10,000. These are not typos. Then the battles rarely make sense. You’ll lose against weaker opponents. I think the devs believe this makes you want to spend more. It’s better to not start this. Even the big spenders are thinking of walking away at this point. This is how badly made this game is

Nothing but bots even the guild leaders they will ask you to download discord and if you don’t they kick you out and if you do all they do is promote you to download another game

This game is just a huge money grab. Just like every game, the beginning is very easy and once you learn how to play they start spamming you with packages to buy and the gap between free to play and pay to win is INCREDIBLY big. Literally a waste of time if you can’t spend thousands of dollars. Save yourself the time.

The WORST customer service
I have multiple castles, my main castle deals with bugs I can’t collect daily event rewards. Provided screenshots & clips to customer service they claim “tech saying game is normal”.
After years of playing spent over $50K this is how you are treated? Now AI is “processing” my report but am blocked from replying.
FYI: I am the R5 of the main alliance in my kingdom. Pretty much Eden & kingdom is ruled by me.

Idk why or how they are getting bot accounts to even vote 5 star on this game because it’s genuinely a 1 star game the ad I downloaded it was didn’t match the game at all the pictures in the description aren’t the game at all the tutorial first had me build a road and after the first chapter “rags to riches” is completed it has u build the same road as a part of the tutorial so it just completely hard locks you after 4 minutes of game play because u can’t build a road on top of a road and won’t allow u to do anything else so ur just hard locked on following a tutorial that u can’t complete because the next road they want u to build is the same road u already built waist of time I wouldnt install if I was you and my review is probably the only real review the rest are just bot reviews considering you cant progress after 4 minutes due to a bug with the road in the tutorial download the game if u want but u will see exactly what I mean

Be very very careful here. This place is filled with scammers. The moment you join an alliance you get hit with dozens of people saying they are the leader of your alliance.
After I finally got in touch with the leader of my alliance, she threatened me with being kicked out if I didn’t download discord and talk to her there. She then tried to get me to download another game. I ended the conversation. The next day she called me. Actual phone call. I didn’t pickup. The next day she called again. I didn’t pick up. The next day she sends me a message asking “what’s wrong with you?” Then she kicked me out of the alliance.
Mind you I was contributing and helping.
I was new to this entire type of game play and told her clearly I was just testing things out.

Does not load. Gets hung up. Game repeatedly adds layers of pay to play that makes competition a joke. Despite paying money into the game, the devs don’t invest it into solving the crashes, bugs, and unscheduled downtime. Fix the game performance issues developers!
“Unknown Errors”
These “unknown errors” happen all the time. And you lose the resources you were trying to collect. I’ve sent numerous messages, but still not fixed. No one seems to care. Could be a way to get you buy the resources, because you do need them in the game. I have no idea. But it really sucks that this happens.

I bought in game items for the wish event. Tried to use them and can’t find them in bag. What I found was other vouchers which state it can only be used during wish event. Can’t use them there either. It’s upsetting to be told you have to wait for the event to run to use items while the event is running. IF THIS GOES UNSOLVED I will now be a F2P player and will no longer support this game moving forward
Was fun
Game was fun until they started creating wars every weekend as if people have every weekend off. It gets old having to heal troops and rebuild every week. Makes it impossible to grow and compete.
Playing for 6 years
I have been playing this game for 6 years and I am thinking about quitting it. The developers have no respect for the community that plays this game. They come up with things that keep us from being able to enjoy the game because it feels more like a job than a game. I have to wake up at 4:30 am to get the game caught up before I can get to work, my lunch break is consumed by the game, and my evening is spent setting up for the night. And I still can’t keep up with the money spending players. The developers don’t care about the loyalty of players like me, they just want the money spenders. I put money into my game, but I have responsibilities to meet and bills to pay. I don’t advise anyone to play this game unless they want to spend a lot of money, and still be disrespected by the developers of this game.
Let me make my own choices
Brief tutorials are one thing. The entire first chapter and at least part of the second doesn’t allow you to do or look at ANYTHING other than what you’re allowed. I came to play a game, not have it play me. Uninstalled.

Where to even start? Not as pictured/ implied. Ridiculous growth imbalance between spenders (aka scammers) and F2P. Normally you can c16 in a week without spending (maybe a bit faster if you have no RL) but there are dozens of c19 on day 2, all bots and scammers trying to shame you into buying pixels but you will NEVER catch up even if you spend tens of thousands of $. (True story, I know people who have…) The chat is pathetic, zero actual interaction or collaboration although you are supposed to be in an “alliance.” Maybe they stopped trying to keep players engaged because I heard some people say it used to be very interactive and fun?? I’m truly wondering if the entire game is just a few scammers lying in wait for anyone with a PayPal account to log in. Don’t do it, you will regret.
I’m gonna delete this app if you don’t fix the problem ASAP There seems to be a glitch in the game
I can’t get past the tutorial because it tells me to do something and then it doesn’t let me do it so I can’t actually play the game. I’m stuck in the tutorial.
Expensive
Need money to compete and a lot of stolen accounts and spam/scam emails don’t use loaders. Need more benefits for buying on web not game that will go beyond the “loaders”

Developers must be overwhelmed. Game is constantly glitchy. Game chat is a hot mess. Customer service is AI driven and the real humans, if they are real, do not address loss of earned rewards. Do yourself a favor and find another game to play.

This app was fun but the advertisements were better than the fun I had on the game. The ads are absolutely ridiculous and fake. In the picture or ad, it shows a pic or vid of a random person idk who building their own territory. But when I try, nope nothing like it. Please stop doing your fake advertising.
Development team is so stupid
They arranged the Eden map like a child about to fill the map, the 2 strongest alliances with the most powerful players clustered on the same side, leaving the other average alliances on the same side, the 2 powerful alliances just need to rush forward and no enemy can destroy it😌, so play to experience helplessness or spend a lot of money a large amount
Money hungry devs
Only the super rich can afford to get all the cool stuff. Basically pay to win. Free to play. Not impressed. Spent $10K over 5 years and am going to quit due to the constant money grabs. People have spent $250K on this game and not even blinked. It’s crazy.

Devs are to concerned with game expansion and making money. In game chat does not even work at all now. And Eden battle has been laggy and glitchy for the last 4 weeks. It has only gotten worse not better in last 4 weeks. Devs need to hot patch and reset servers for game to work instead of worrying about $$$

Last KE when this happened they just compensate it with 10hrs speed ups. Planning to quit this game…

I cannot start the game if I cannot leave the tutorial. The selection is glitched and I cannot claim something allowing me to move forward so I cannot play. The game seemed interesting I would like to play it but this is unfortunate
