This app charged my card
This app charged my card for six months after I cancelled and removed the app from my phone. The app tracks when you use the app but they were unwilling to refund 239.94! Not the experience I was hoping for! Help with communication!
Cancellation flubbed
Cancelled this as soon as I saw it wouldn't meet my needs. Continued to be charged. Asked for a refund after emailing to confirm cancellation. Despite zero usage, no grace. Yes this is a retaliatory review. What power do we have anyway?
Cannot easily find past exercises
Could not practice Random Word Generator exercise yesterday and cannot find it now.

You pay 20$ for the first 28 days (not a whole month), then they quietly charge you $60 for the following month and continue changing until you notice it. Absolutely WORTHLESS app and STILLS your money! Stay away at all costs!

AI SLOP
Not a good app, cancelled after playing around in it because the paid version is all AI slop. Then was charged for multiple months after cancelling. Now that I’m still getting charged it won’t let me cancel it.
