Misleading auto renewal
Unfortunately the subscription was auto renewed. My son hardly used the trail for a day. I reached out to customer support for help and they mentioned that it’s clearly mentioned in their policy.
These apps know how to mislead a customer. It’s my mistake to sign up for this. Never again.

Beware being trapped!
I have been trying to cancel for 2 months now! Beware! No one is answering in support and cant log into account! Card continues to get charged $41.99!!! Scam

The content is not helpful at all. They also does care about customer satisfaction and charge for the service i did not use.
Generic advice, boring app interface.
Entire app looks like a generic set of advice created by AI. The videos even look like fake AI people. You’d be better off just asking Claude or ChatGPT questions about building confidence.
Memory?
This method is not focused on memory improvement which is why I bought the app. I am only on the 3rd lesson so I hope it gets better but the app asked for feedback so far, so I am giving it now.
