Impossible to unsubscribe
I can’t even remember subscribing to this app. But I’m getting charged for it, so must have done so. Given that I’m not using it, I’d like to unsubscribe. It’s not showing up in my App Store subscriptions, when you select “Login” on their website, that takes to you the app, and if you uninstall the app, it takes you to the screen to install the app. Once you’re in the app, it just started the mental exercises. No account menu, nothing.

I originally signed up using Apple ID, and the app worked well. However, after the login process changed, I was not longer able to access my account. There was not easy communication about the change or easy way to recover access. Really bad experience and no money was returned.
Lost interest quickly

Useless app that is unclear about charging close to $50/month and even after canceling, continued to charge. DO NOT Purchase.
This app charged my card
This app charged my card for six months after I cancelled and removed the app from my phone. The app tracks when you use the app but they were unwilling to refund 239.94! Not the experience I was hoping for! Help with communication!
Cancellation flubbed
Cancelled this as soon as I saw it wouldn't meet my needs. Continued to be charged. Asked for a refund after emailing to confirm cancellation. Despite zero usage, no grace. Yes this is a retaliatory review. What power do we have anyway?

Could not practice Random Word Generator exercise yesterday and cannot find it now.

Waste of Money
It was definitely not for me. I signed up for the trial for 19.99, and it was not clear that it will renew at $40 a month. They would not give me my money back. I never used it past the first couple of days. It was not at all my style of learning. A bunch of videos and reading. So the buildup was very slow. Maybe it gets better later but I completely lost interest.

I found I wasn't using this app very often so I canceled it and was still charged for the monthly renewal. When I reached out to customer Support, they told me that the payment for the next month processed 20 minutes before I canceled. Just find it a little shady.
