Great products not a very user friendly app
It is so difficult to order gifts when it is for someone’s else address on the app and even on the site. You have to add every address as personal.
I will not shop on the app again
I really like Rituals and I used their products when I was living in Europe. I shopped a lot of items on the Rituals app and every time the app was telling me if you buy $16 dollars more you will have another gift. I got three gifts that I could choose. Just before my order is shipped I receive an email saying that I will not receive some of the items that were in my cart. I tried to call the customer service, the tel number is not in service. I sent an email to the customer service but I have not received an answer from them. When finally my items are shipped, I saw that what they took out is 2 of the gifts. I am very disappointed and it seems like a scam. Not buying on your app anymore.

July 5th and app not working! Prices different from when I open the page through a web browser. Unable to add on items to cart! Very frustrating and disappointing!
App needs improvement
When ordering for someone other than the default user, the address book doesn’t work. You must manually type the receiver and billing each time.
