Awesome game but one glitch

have had the game on my old phone and I loved it sooo much! When I got a new phone though it won’t work! I’ve reinstalled countless times, I’ve restarted my phone, contacted PikPok support, and I’ve cleared cache on game! I’ve tried EVERYTHING AND IT STILL WONT WORK!!! so annoying because it was once my favorite game!
