umm so i kinda got scammed for like 30$ i got a gift card and entered it to my account and it worked but the 3rd time i got robux it didnt and ive been trying for about 8months-1 year ive contacted the support but they literally did nothing and i suspected it was because my account is located in china… i live in usa and ive read there is like an ip tracker so they can see where i am so i contacted them about that filed a reported nothing.

Nightmare
This game, its effect on kids, the customer service procedures, the back and forth over the cancellation/verification/deletion process, all of it is just one giant nightmare.
Its pretty obvious…
Now, i love Roblox. Ive played it for years. Its helped me connect with people i couldn't when i didn't have a phone, and helped me reconnect with people i hadn't seen in a long time. But now? Its going downhill. Its safety rules are out the window, theres ways to bypass them, and theyre trying to rewrite the platform.

I rated it five star so I could be at the top. Roblox is bad. I am only nine years old and already predators is trying to contact me all the security systems didn’t work at all. One predator already found my address and me and my parents have to move. The face scan is fake. I’m only nine years old and when I scanned my face, it said I was 16 or 17. This is all fake. Roblox is bad.

Roblox is not fun anymore.
Roblox used to be a fun game but now it’s not fun anymore because soon I can’t play with my friends , brother , sister and my mom anymore because these stupid updates.I hate this game if they make a bad update again I’m going to quit Roblox forever.

I tried writing a review earlier, but I think it may have been taken down. I really miss the older version of Roblox.
I don’t like many of the recent updates, especially things like makeup and more realistic-looking avatars. It doesn’t feel like something the majority of the community asked for. For example, in games like Natural Disaster Survival, I’m seeing avatars that feel very exaggerated and overly stylized, which takes away from the experience in some age-appropriate games. The avatars just look like they’re from something like gta or everskies (don’t get me wrong i love that game, just using it as an example for the kind of revealing avatars i see).
And speaking from experience, I’m also worried that these kinds of avatars could influence younger players by promoting unrealistic appearance standards.
Another issue is the restriction on Robux trading between friends unless users are 18+. It feels overly strict, especially since accidental transfers seem unlikely. I think some of the recent restrictions on chatting and trading feel unnecessary compared to other issues that still exist.
In general, I feel like moderation and safety systems could be improved in areas like preventing inappropriate behavior and better protecting younger users in games. I would rather see more focus on improving those systems than adding restrictions that affect normal player interactions.
Overall, I hope future updates focus more on fixing existing issues and improving the player experience, because right now it feels like the direction of the game is moving away from what made it enjoyable.
