If you try to make a purchase, they will try to charge you seven dollars a week and there’s no way to cancel this subscription. I have emailed them multiple times and they still have not canceled my subscription which is keeping me from downloading any other apps on my App Store this has been going on for over a year with no resolve. I refuse to pay the six dollars so I just continue to go on without any new apps or updates on my phone this is a nightmare. Do not download this app.

Ever since the last upgrade the app crashes it will not open. Not sure what to do at this point. It might be best for me to go to other usable apps.

I have a year subscription, but yet now that I was signed out. And I clicked on restore. It says I do not have any type of storage and that there was no payment made yet when I go to my subscriptions on the App Store it shows that I have a year subscription and it expires next year. I would like this to be fixed, but unfortunately, there’s no way to contact the users.

App doesn't work
I paid for a yearly trail with this app. Then the app stops working. The Robo Ai won't answer any of my questions and we'll ask the question they put app. Why doesn't the app want to work? I've been trying to see if I could contact the developer but their is no contact information or help tool.
What’s going on ???
I’ve had this app for a few months and it was working great. However, the app has not been working for the past week. When I ask any questions, the 3 dots keep moving but never gives a response. I have to exit out of my question and for some strange reason go to the “history” section to get a response. Also there used to be an option to tap to get a different response which is no longer available. This is very frustrating especially when I’ve already paid for the yearly subscription. How can I get a reply or help from customer service or a refund ASAP ?!?!

Hi there! I really love this app, however I do have one complaint. I tried asking the AI if it could give me an overview of the movie Saltburn, which came out last year, but the AI said that it didn’t know any information about such a film. I’m just curious as to why the ai didn’t know the answer and how often the app is updated.

I paid for the yearly plan, and now every time I try to input a question into Robo, the app tells me I've reached my maximum usage for the period. It won't allow me to use the app even though I paid for the yearly plan service. I don't understand what they mean by monthly usage. Please advise or help, but I would recommend not using this app.

Developers are looking for people to help to develop this app, but they are charging you with $40.00 bucks yearly it's awkward considering that they need you to helping them out to finishing his app I’m not agree with that.

A total waste.
I paid $69 for a annual membership because it said it can identify plants from pictures. It identified my avocado tree as some South American weed. Now I try to id plants and it just sits there hung up, probably the last 10 times.

The Facebook adds are incredibly misleading. There’s no image generation or personality settings.
