Time wasted
I had a 30 minute phone consult scheduled for today at 6:30 AM (PT). I never received a confirmation email and no one called me.

So I am a Rocket Lawyer member (Legal+) and I downloaded the app to keep track of my trademark process and so that I have access to my membership perks. Well, since I downloaded it, I haven’t been able to use it. An error keeps popping up and nothing loads. I tried taking off my VON and redownloading the app - same error message. I also updated my password- same error. Please fix your app.
App stopped working
The app randomly stopped working. Blanks out to a white screen. The checkbox to query the ai has disappeared. Shortly after reloading the app appears to not even load the main services and hangs at a white screen.
Badly formatted on phone
In Document creation, the UI goes beyond the screen and is not scrollable. Needs to be correctly sized for newer iPhones.
No assistance
This company has become useless in assistance. Companies improve with time but this one deteriorated in customer service and assistance. There use to be a list of attorneys that you could reach out to under membership and will guide you or someone you could reach out to locally but not any more. Also, the trademark team never gets back to you. Free advice - Go with competitors.

I hired Rocket Lawyer last summer to register two trademarks in the U.S., trusting their advertised legal expertise. After paying all required fees - including their service charges and official filing costs - I began receiving emails in January warning that my documentation needed urgent review and that my trademark was at risk of being abandoned.
I made multiple attempts to contact them through different channels to understand what was happening and whether any additional fees were required for the review… but no one ever replied. It’s now June, and my trademark has been officially abandoned due to their inaction. They disappeared after taking my payment.
Rocket Lawyer failed to deliver on their responsibility, provided no follow-up, no legal guidance, and no transparency about potential extra costs. I didn’t just lose money - I lost valuable time and a key opportunity to protect my brand.
This isn’t just poor service - it’s systemic negligence. I feel scammed. I do not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable legal services.

Novice and menacing
The beginning and end of this process is atrocious. I canceled over a year ago and it keeps getting money from my account. You’ll have to pay an attorney to get rid of the issue.
Customer service agent I spoke to is terrible and not helpful
Really a downgrade of service after having Legalshield. Lawyers are much less helpful, very difficult to talk to anyone, and the customer service agent I spoke with was very unhelpful. I regret signing up for this service and won’t be renewing.
I guess it’s what you pay for
I signed up for the membership just to get an answer to my only question. In 2 days, I saw that my question’s status changed to “question answered”. And the answer was “I cannot answer this question”. Well, thank you for your great advice.

Nobody answer in chat.
Hard to navigate this site or App. No instructions
They will wait for the trial period to end before they respond plus charged you credit card full amount even if you’re in trial period for a week. It is impossible to request account deletion unless you contact your bank.
Terrible. Nothing works.
This app is completely useless. All I have been able to do is create an account and add a profile pic. None of the other features work. None of my projects or queries will open. It’s a waste of space and time.
Scam Practices
I had the app originally! You can log in on the computer as well. Either way your account is the one you created. I cancelled the subscription through Apple Pay and found out 6 months later I was still being charged. They claim my subscription from Apple and the “subscription” from the computer were two different subscriptions?? Hooowww?? My account on the app and the one on the computer are the same. That makes no sense. I have disputed all charges as I have proof I cancelled it. Definitely won’t be using them again and deleted my account.
NOT FREE/ EXPENSIVE
Not upfront about charges at all/misleading! I am disabled and being cyberbullied and harassed horribly. I needed help and nobody will help. Desperste I’m searching for advise or any help at all… nothing. I can’t afford legal help. I have no friends or family and my disability makes it impossible for me to convey what is going on and it’s now legal and I am being hurt and abused more to where I have given up hope and having to take my own l|feto get anyone to look into the torture and torment of this cruel wicked drug using and dealing group in Phoenix AZ in the “party” scene of the gay society.

Can't even use the app
Tried contacting support regularly for almost a month with no responses. If they can't even help me with a simple issue, how can I trust them with any legal issues? No thanks. Uninstalled and not ever going to use them. I'll gladly go to a competitor who actually will respond.

It's a Google Search...
I paid to ask a legal question on here about a situation, and an attorney replied with a few links I could have just gotten from google. (And it was a day after their stated response timeframe, too.) Stupid, don't pay for this garbage, your getting suckered. Money money money, all this app is about.
Scam to me!
I paid for a years subscription, am being billed for my second year shortly and they have not answered a single question of mine! Not one. I sent proof of my payment as well and they still don't have time to respond. Don't pay a dime to get your questions answered, you will be deeply disappointed!
