Loan process is painful
The loan process is crazy. They make everything extremely difficult. All the numbers they said at the beginning are lies and change every day. There is no accountability.
Nothing works
Not able to do payment and everytime getting error. Had to contact customer care to do the payment which is very frustrating
Terrible customer service
By far the worst customer service ive ever experienced
