Terrible app. Most features are locked unless you pay a $5.99 weekly subscription free. You also get ads ever 3-5 clicks if you don’t pay for the subscription. Greedy money grab. I’d give 0 stars if possible

This app sucks. It’s horrible and I hate it. It doesn’t connect and it has lots of ads and it’s just useless. It makes me so so mad and yes, my TV is on and connected to the same Wi-Fi that app it’s just insane. Period.😠

Paying weekly just to use a remote
It's $6.99 a week just to be able to use a remote for basic functions that regular remotes have done for decades. Pure hot garbage. No shot this app has real 5 star reviews. They definitely paid for that.

I’m not going to lie this is a scam I’m not sure how I downloaded this maybe I thought it was the original??? Either way it’s deleted now. I don’t know any reason as to why anyone would honestly pick this app over the official one if I’m missing something please let me know. There’s no reason ads should be popping up for a remote like a remote are we serious!!! Not to mention some of the ads were completely inappropriate. Why would anyone ever pay for your services if you can just you the actual Roku app without having to pay for anything and best of yet no ads at all!

Money Grubby Creators
I have been a premium member for Rokie since early 2010’s. I paid way back in the day when it was a “one time payment”. In recent years, this app has switched to becoming a monthly subscription for premium users, which has left my app in limbo. Sometimes it acknowledges my membership, other times I receive a bunch of ads and I am not able to use my scroll feature. I will not be recommending this app until my issue is resvoled. You received my money, Stop Being Greedy!

I don’t usually mind the adds at the bottom of the screen, but while I’m using the remote, I mind. If it was a one time fee for the remote, I’d probably buy it. I think it’s a rip off to charge monthly for a remote. That’s just my opinion though.
