Freezes up iPad when watching a preview game
Fraudulent Scammers
No customer support. I have made several purchases of this game and everything was fine until Apple decided to update its iOS and it knocked me offline with this game only. I have made several attempts with customer support to try and restore my game, and they flat out refuse to respond. Apple is also no help as they blame the app developers.

Ads for coins
Fun game, as long as you don’t get stumped. I like how challenging the game is, and I’m too cheap to pay for anything in a game app…so I watch ads to get the free coins. However, you can watch the ad and wait 5+ minutes to be able to exit the add and it never comes. So I’m watching ads over and over for nothing. So frustrating. This would be a great app if it didn’t do that
Not happy
It’s nearly impossible to get through the mazes and puzzles without a cheat system to guide you.
3 Hours and 45 Minutes wait to recharge enough to play each level!!!!
Hints are expensive (125 coins each hint and you earn 50 for each level you pass) and you gain 1 energy every 15 minutes and need 15 energy to play one game. Classic micro transactions trash. Good luck waiting!

Disappointed
I got to the guest bedroom. I needed to solve last puzzle to get the key. Game just quit

This game took money from my debit card and I asked them for it back they told me to contact apple which I did and apple declined my refund be careful of this game

You have to pay for energy it refills really slow
Scam
You can’t finish level 3 without paying point blank period. I’ve entered multiple solutions and the game won’t unlock the next step.
VPN restrictions
App doesn’t work with VPNs. Hard pass.
Not playable
Playing on a phone is impossible. You need a microscope to see some of the clues, the fuse box clue is ridiculously small even with a magnifying glass.
MUST p2p or watch extremely long ads to play
I thought this game was above par because it’s not easy. That said, I’m a whiz at these and when I arrived at a really difficult spot, I requested a clue. It cost 150 coins. A few rooms later, I needed another clue only to find I either had to pay to play or watch an ad. After watching 2minutes of ads, I received 20 coins. I needed 80 more, i.e. watch 10minutes worth of ads. I closed the game. It’s been weeks and today I decided to try again only to find the price for the same hint is now 300 coins!! I’m NOT paying and it is not fun enough to watch an hour of ads for a small clue that may or may not get you through the room. Good luck to these developers; I’m deleting permanently. Good riddance!!

Interesting, but lots of Problems
I liked the game at first; it was challenging but not too hard. I liked the variety of puzzles. However, the puzzles got more bizarre with many things not making sense. Collecting things that don’t appear in the backpack. Collecting other items that are never used (red herrings?). Clues being so vague as to not be helpful at all (“Are you good with numbers?”)

Stuck have to give up
Love the game but I have been stuck on a dinosaur pic scrabble for days and there is no option so I have to give up bummer I really like the game but there is no way to move on .
Fun but scam
This game is super fun but some of the clues are just to take your money. They will say the same thing multiple time and never help. Its a waste of money
Puzzle doesn’t remember
This puzzle is ok but I really hate that that it doesn’t keep what you have already solved on a puzzle. Basically if you only solved a puzzle half way (like the boat puzzle) it won’t remember what you solved now you have to resolve the puzzle again!!!! I’m getting to the point where I am going to Delton off of my phone!
Stuck because of a glitch.
I love the game but I’m currently stuck on level 5 of the dance club mystery. I even used coins for hints because I couldn’t figure out what I missing. The hint said that the pillow revealed a box, and suggested finding a way to open it but I can’t get the pillow to move to reveal said box. And since that’s where the next clue will come from, I can’t do anything. I’m just stuck. I guess I’ll delete the app because I’m just wasting coins some of which I even paid for.
Stupid time limit
I was so enjoying this game and had spent some money on it in the first two series. Then I got to the haunted one, and there is a stupid time limit. What was a relaxing, fun game became a pressure field nightmare. Nope. Uninstalling and done. Get rid of the time limit and I’ll spend money again.
heavy ai use
i don’t really like ai generated art so this is definitely a biased review but i found the heavy ai use very offputting. didn’t stick with the game long enough for more of a review
