Great! But not free
This app used to be usable without a subscription but currently you can only make one routine and cannot edit that routine or replace it. It is super helpful for staying on task but unfortunately it is very much a subscription service despite being a free app.
Not impressed
The first weekend I came to my normal routine was supposed to not trigger but was triggered instead of the one that was supposed to be triggered. They force you into a subscription which for adhd people means they are very likely to get at least a month out of you because we are more likely to literally forget/put off canceling the subscription instead of just having a 7 day trial and then offering the subscription. It felt more like a todo list with an annoying reminder which now apple reminders have (urgent/alarms) so I see nothing here that is worth the subscription.
Can’t cancel free trial
I am having the worst time with cancelling this. I don’t use it and it charged me for the year. There is no way to cancel that I can tell and I’m upset I am paying for an app that I don’t really want. If you aren’t sure if it’ll work do not try it if you aren’t great at figuring out tech or apps.

They charged me even though the app wasn’t even on my phone when I was charged . And refuse to at least let me use the subscription I paid for .
Buggy
I have 3 devices (1 Work, 1 Personal, 1 leasure but I cant make calls on it) I have this app on an Android zfold device, an Iphone, and an S23... The iphone is constantly crashing before it will even open! The 2 android devices dont have a "save" button after I use the AI task breakdown feature! So it just sit there! Its a nice app when ig works but because it LITTERALLY WILL NOT WORK ON ANY OS...ITS A TERRIBLE EFFKNG APP!
Useless app
You can only make one routine without paying. Kinda useless for someone with ADHD who needs multiple different routines (me) and I refuse to pay a subscription for the basic function of the app
The worst and I paid for a year 😩
I’ve never regretted an annual purchase so much. Just a complete waste of money. Doesn’t even do the one thing it boasts about, the AI. Sure it will give you the AI steps but in a list that isn’t usable in any way. Like what is the point of that! Unless you want to copy and paste however many AI steps into the actual steps list for the routine… one-by-one.
On top of that, it’s simple functions over complicated for no reason. Like I have to assign days to tasks and reminders why? I make routines and I guess they auto delete because I can’t find them after 30 minutes of building them. I hate it so much. I have to find something else. Wish I could get my money back.

I was charged for a subscription I didn’t want with no warning for a very basic app. Customer service was zero help and I would recommend everyone to steer clear away.
Tricked into paying
I pressed the free trial button and ended up paying full price for the whole year right away accidentally. I could not get in touch with anyone. Stay away or at least be careful so you don’t lose your money

No way to get help
I loved this app, it helped me immensely, then illness upturned my life and routines no longer had their placer in it. I'm finally feeling better, able to return to a routine, reinstalled the app, but can't find my old routines, can't seem to log into my account, deleted and reinstalled the app again to no avail, and then discovered there's no way to get in touch with the developer. I'm hoping this 1-star review will get a response. I used to recommend this app to people in almost every neurodivergent online space I was in because I found it so immensely helpful without being overly complicated. Please help me change this to a 5-star review.
Don’t get this app
This is so bad my baby even got annoyed by this app for being too loud
Scammed out of $$
App claims to be ADHD friendly, to help with organizing, and says we can cancel whenever we want. Tried free trial, accidentally let it lapse into the year plan and emailed twice to see about a refund within the 30 days of purchase- they took my money and denied my refund requests.

No way to fix my subscription since I’m already subscribed on android
Absolutely love the app, but there’s no tech support.
I have been using this app for the last few months and it has been seriously life changing for me as an audhd-er. The reason for the one star review is because I paid for the year long membership on my android phone and when I traded that phone in and changed my phone number, it was impossible to sign into my old account or recover it. I need this app and will purchase another membership if I have to, but I’m very disappointed that support has never gotten back to me to resolve this. I would be happy to change this to 5 stars if they do.

Too expensive for what it offers
I understand the developer needs consistent revenue to keep developing the app, but $9 a month!? That's too much. There are free apps out there that provide similar services. Plus the fact that the 7 day free trial is locked to the yearly subscription, which is $60, combined with the fact that this app is geared towards people with ADHD who tend to forget about subscriptions, seems really scummy to me.

No free version available
Don’t waste your time going through their useless guided demo on how to make your “first” routine, it’s a scam. Once you get all the way through the flow and add all your tasks, and their little emojis, and adjusting the times, you get to the final step and…. You’re hit with a pay wall. Can’t continue with even this ONE routine that you just spent the time to make without paying for some subscription. Incredibly deceitful, incredibly annoying. To the team behind this app: ITS 2024 AND WE ARE ALL SICK OF SUBSCRIPTIONS. You guys could have been honest from the get go, but the shady trick to get me to go all the way through making a routine I can’t even save is just obnoxious.

Not helpful at all
I downloaded this app thinking it was gonna help me be productive. You have to pay for everything. Even for the notification telling you it’s time for you to move on to the next step which is stupid. The timer also does not work at all. It just keeps counting. No warning telling you to get ready for the next step or anything. It stays on one activity and keeps counting the time so the entire thing just becomes pointless. The app is supposed to help you more be on time and productive. How is it gonna do that when it can’t even automatically move on to the next step when the timer is done. ROUTINERY IS SO MUCH BETTER you can make multiple schedules w premium and only one schedule w free account but at least the basic functionalities are free on that app!
Super Creepy
Privacy policy indicates there are Google and Meta trackers in the app. Why? Also; the app has to be online to work, and the only reason for that is … tracking. Yuck. If I am paying for lifetime access to an app, I expect to be the consumer not the product.

Fantastic When Usable
I love this app. I use this app several times a day. I am a busy professional use it at work and home. Wednesday morning it was fine. Wednesday afternoon it concluded I was no longer signed in. This is not the first time this has happened and every time I have to contact support. But… I tried signing in. This is difficult because the place to sign in is hidden on most pages and you have to get thru multiple pages before it even shows up in a grayed out fashion-causing many I am sure to sign up for a new subscription. I finally got there. My password didn’t work. Ok, hit “forgot my password” no problem. Changed it. Still said it was wrong. Ok, maybe I had it wrong? Changed it again. NOPE!!! So waited 30 minutes afraid I would trigger a lockout. During the time I deleted the app altogether, and shutdown my phone. Tried again the new password didn’t not work. So changed it a final time… NOPE! At this point I contacted support. It is now Friday, I still haven’t heard back. Sent another message a few minutes ago hoping to wake them up. The prompt to sign in is now completely unfindable. I will not be paying again-I have an account old enough the lifetime option was available. I promote this app heavily to my 500+ clients. So… I am making you more than you are getting from me personally. If this is not resolved I will find a different app.
Stop with the upsell
It’s a good app but the number of times it begs you to upgrade to the paid version is WILD. A giant pop up begging you to upgrade pops up every time I open the app, every time I click a routine, and after a few minutes of looking at a routine. I suspect this is one of those apps built by a single developer and not a company.
Pretty bad
App has a huge fake setup survey when you first launch. Totally useless it’s just to convert more people to their subscription. Take a long time. Bad app.
Forever option please
I can’t find the forever purchase option and when I go to the app support I see a screen without a support contact which is frustrating. Can I buy forever?
Why is the time counting up ?
This is a similar app to Rountinery and it has a lot of the same problems like no in app alarm just notifications , view of just big clock for the timer so we can quickly see how much time is left. Routine flow has the timer going up instead of down which is weird and annoying. We are unable to rearrange the routine but can only skip.
App is okay
Decent app, but the premium subscription price is CRAZY for what this app actually does. Also, the app will PESTER you to leave a review, like every 30 seconds, until you come and leave a negative review as I have done. Little tip: if I have not even been using your app for 5 minutes to learn what it does, I’m probably not going to leave you a good review when you start pestering me immediately for one!
Should not be a subscription app
Potentially promising but should not be a subscription app and has no free tier. The price is too high. There should be a free tier and, if anything, a one-time cost price for the app
Overwhelming
At first, it feels like it’s going to work. The planning is important. But then after you’ve got it set up, you find yourself overwhelmed every time you open it and see all the categories of things you’re supposed to do that day. All the routines. Well, anyway, that’s been the case for me. I think most of the people who benefit from this type of app really need the least amount of overwhelm possible. While this app solves it inside of a routine, it doesn’t solve it when you’re selecting a routine.
About the Subscription
I absolutely hate using apps that only allow a very small portion of their app for free. I understand you want money for this sort of thing, but if it was really about helping people like me with ADHD, you’d offer more than one free routine. This is a perfect app and I love how detailed some of the preset tasks are, and it’s also very simple. But I am not paying for the full thing, instead, I’m gonna keep looking for other good apps until I find a good one for free or at least offers more than this for free.
Not actually free
I don’t like apps that are “free” to download, but then everything is behind a paywall. I was looking to set routines for my entire day. You can only have 1 routine…unless you pay. No thanks.
Bought lifetime and regret it - at least for now
- still major glitch where sometimes I have to redo tasks in my routine
- recent design changes didn’t really understand at least how some people are using the app
- no url support to make, for example, it quick to jump into an app (eg Duolingo)
