Can’t go anywhere without paying
Luckily I only spent $4 before I learned it was always going to require more money. If you don’t mind spending money needlessly, this may be the game for you

Pay to play runs me the wrong way
Fun game, but if you’re looking for a game that’s free don’t bother with this one. They ask at the set up to “track your information so they can keep the app free” yet you do t get enough coins for ANY upgrades, and good luck beating levels without upgrades. The worst part is you don’t even get a percentage of coins when attempting those levels. So unless you like watching ads on ads on ads, or you like spending money this is the game for you!
Extreme AI Use & Nonstop Ads
The AI art is extremely off-putting, like some of the characters don’t match others so the art style is all over the place and makes the game visually off-putting. ALSO they literally force you to watch an ad after EVERY SINGLE LEVEL. Oh you don’t want to watch ads?? Please pay $0.99!!! Like that is so greedy and really takes away from the game. I get that the developers would prioritize profit but like this is some next level greed. If it was like every 5 levels I wouldn’t be this annoyed. But NO! EVERY. SINGLE. LEVEL. PlUS THE AI SLOP? Ridiculous.
Deceptive Marketing
I love games and don’t mind paying here and there. 1) this isn’t the game from the ad. The deceit starts in the App Store.
It’s also become painfully obvious to me that the game cheats results to cause you to lose streaks and bonuses (already hard enough to grind it out). I can literally play a level back to back, all three hearts and I will lose the first play through if I have a significant enough streak.
AND once you make a purchase, it will begin to advertise deals to you that increase exponentially in cost. Like $2.99 today but say you buy a bigger pack for $9.99. You can hang up those small deals, you will only see deals based on if you’ve purchased before and sometimes it’s not even a bigger deal 😂
This game has done a number on my mental health, sucking me in just to get nowhere!! It was something I was fine to pay money on since I thought it was a cool and FAIR GAME. Today I’ve been so frustrated I came to check out the reviews in detail. I’m on like level 300 something and now that I think about it I’ve paid to complete every single restaurant besides the first. Up until the last three restaurants I felt like I was choosing the small spends here and there. But I’m currently 20/30 and have played a level 10+ times and cannot beat it. All three hearts and like 3-5 coins short. Please make the unfairness in that make actual sense.
It’s so clear this is just a money hungry company that created a money hungry play experience. I currently cannot pass the level I’m on without paying to upgrade the kitchen or use power ups. And I won’t be doing either ever again.
I will be filling a repot and getting my money back since this is not what I paid for. Paying should always be by choice and not because the game is designed to be so hard you can’t progress in it if you don’t. I even paid for no ads and didn’t realize that would result in losing the opportunities to watch ads for coins (only comes up ONCE A DAY instead of choosing after each level) and again, it’s marketed as if you are only getting rid of ads in between levels WHILE MAINTAINING THAT CHOICE. These practices are so silly and I will work with my bank to ensure I’m not a victim to this company’s deceptive marketing.

Fun game, lasts a good amount of time. But you’re probably going to have to buy coins. Unless you’re super patient, and wait for your lives to come back and play the same level like 20 times until you get it by luck. Can’t stand how money hungry games are these days. I don’t mind spending money here and there on a game. But every day??? Come on. Update: the more I play the worse it gets. You literally have to go at mega speed and don’t have enough coins to even have like 3/15 upgrades you NEED. And like I said, I have spent money on this. So I can’t even get far with spending actual money! Literally can’t enjoy anything these days. Such a terrible world we live in.
the Ai art is obvious and makes me want to quit playing
It’s kinda fun but once you realize how much Ai is infused into the game it makes it a whole lot less fun, especially when the art is so bad and obviously just some weird polished version they think is appealing. I think I will stop playing specifically because I think they use Ai to get their art.

Can’t even pay to win
I love this game but it’s unplayable, upgrades cost 7-12k, most of the time you barely get 800 coins per level. I bought a pack thinking that would help kinda get me to a decent spot…. No even pay to win is INSANE. I bought a pack and it helped me get through only one shop and BARELY. The upgrades need to drop in cost or we need to earn more from levels it’s so unbalanced

It's really fun at first and you make enough for all the upgrades then comes the second level and you just get stuck and can't move forward because the upgrades are unaffordable and you're forced to buy coins or points in order to pass the level. Don't get this app.
Outrageous ads
The ads are annoying, after every game there is an ad, which is annoying and disgusting. Not every one can afford to pay for no ads, no matter how cheap. Some people just want to play a game and not have to think about paying anything. Dont get me wrong ads in a game these days is common, but after every level is very much over bearing.!
Fun Until….
Game was loads of fun but I got tired of watching endless ads to receive higher points. Then when you decide to pay to remove the ads, they COMPLETELY REMOVE ALL ADS with no warning despite saying that they won’t take away ALL ads!! So yes, this is a DECPTION!!This makes it impossible to advance to next levels. So like other reviews said, you’re pretty much stuck with watching ads in order to advance. This totally sucks!! I’m boycotting, removing, and leaving this game, unfortunately. I’d rather have fun playing other games that don’t deceive you!! Sorry, BYE!!
Don’t spend your money
Once you get to a certain level it’s impossible to continue unless you spend real money.. you don’t keep the money you make per round unless you pass the level but you can’t pass the level unless you buy upgrades.. in order to buy upgrades you need coins.. but if you’re not making coins on levels (unless you pass the level) you can’t afford the upgrades therefore you need real money. Dumb

Too many ads. Way too many. You watch an ad for a boost you have to watch another ad right after. I get it make your money but be reasonable.
In Game Purchases
The game is fun, but customer support is not helpful if you have an issue making a decision purchase. I’ve been trying to buy the no add pack and reached out to the support team. All I was told was to “sign into game”. I’m signed in everywhere the game will let me sign in.

This game is really fun but you have to spend a lot of money to be able to get the full experience. You only make $300-$400 dollars each level, each restaurant is 30 levels and one upgrade alone is $7000, some are more. When the upgrades don’t transfer to the next restaurant, thats impossible to get on your own. Ridiculous!
Unfair Play
Levels are designed to be unbeatable without purchasing boosters. Progress is artificially blocked to force spending. This feels misleading and not skill-based
Not worth it
This game is completely useless, you can’t even play the game without having to use real life money to continue playing. Unless, you want to wait a month to keep watching ads for 250 coins. It’s pointless. The game is fun when you’re able to beat one level. And the next level knowing you have to spend money. It will be deleted most definitely.

ZERO STARS for not delivering rewards
This game sucks. To get coins, you have to complete offers by downloading games or buying something on certain website. The problem is that once you complete the offer, most of the times there is a issue so they don’t deliver the rewards. Support will ask for proof and then a day later they will close the case without rewarding you. It’s been days that I’m waiting for a solution and nothing is done. Uninstalling this game as is a waste of time. My friends who downloaded it are having the same issue and have removed the game as well. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I would not play this game. It is a lot of fun but you need at least 100k per every restaurant which is 30 levels to be able to win. I also did the rewards so I could get extra money to play without spending my own. Well they gave me some of my rewards and not the others. Say I violated something and could not collect but I’ve always done my rewards the same - not worth downloading or even starting
Fun game, horrible pay structure!
This is a fun game, that’s the sad part. You’ll have some fun, then they use obnoxious ads to get you to pay to ad free. Then you have fun to level 50 (each level is only a couple mins). At this point, it becomes impossible to pass the level without paying for cheats…which only last a few rounds until you have to pay again. They ruined an otherwise good game.
Financial Struggle W/ This Game
If I could give 0 stars I would!! If you’re stuck you’re just stuck unless you pay real $ for in game $! You have to wait 8 hours to get a free daily item which is not worth a d*mn to wait for! Only other way to make $ is to watch adds which also isn’t worth a d*mn when everything is thousands of dollars plus. It’s frustrating & ridiculous this GAME would be amazing if it wasn’t such a financial struggle! Today I was fed up enough to finally delete it! Don’t waste your time on this game it sucks.

I’ve been playing the same level for… idk a week or more? Love the game but when you’re not allowed to win it without buying more, kind of loses the joy in it.

I keep accumulating axes but I can’t use them. I’ve gotten thousands of them and I haven’t been able to use them in months. I contacted someone about it and they never responded. And I spend money on the game to win!
Dirty kitchen
Honestly, I really liked this game. Now I literally hate it. I played 630 rounds and won all of them. Once you get far enough along the game starts to make you lose, and you have to pay to get more customers. Just play another game.
Irritating ads
I never spend money to get rid of ads because they never actually bothered me. But this game is different. I can choose to watch an ad and they won’t even give me the reward sometimes. Then they play another add right after the one I choose. Usually on games, if I chose to watch the ad, they don’t play another RIGHT after. And they’re very long ads. That plus not getting the reward sometimes is very irritating. The game is fun but not worth all the ad time and I will not be spending money just to get rid of them because it’s basically trying to give me no other choice 😐

Money trap
This game starts out fun, but once you get to a certain point there is no way to progress without spending way too much money or watching countless ads. I understand a game needs to make some money but this is a scam.
Requires payment to continue through levels
As you progress you quickly become unable to upgrade the equipment enough to beat levels with the coins earned in levels, you have to pay for additional coins and bonuses in order for the levels to be achievable. The game is fun, but it’s a Frustrating experience to be unable to continue without continually paying for coins. I bought 2 coin packs and finally gave up as not worth it.
Where did the ADs go??
I bought the ad free version but now there are no ways for me to get more coins. Before I bought the AD free version I was able to watch ads in order to get more coins to help me through the purchases but now I dont get that luxury which will make it impossible for me to do any kitchen upgrades. Is this a new development or is it because I bought the AD free version???

If you buy ad free you are basically agreeing to pay to play for the rest of your game play. I’m uninstalling the game because I can’t see myself spending 3 dollars a day to play the game. The game is really fun but I definitely wish I would have read the reviews before buying as free of the game. Save your money on ad free

It was fun until…a forced app advertisement (a particular trivia app game) causes lost coins due to having to get off the app then getting back on just to shut the ad off from consistently going straight to the App Store. Deleting it.
Great game but pay to play algorithm will break you
I really enjoy this game but the more you pay for coins, the higher the in game costs seem to go. Really sad because I would be willing to occasionally pay for coins, but the algorithm must be set to raise if you pay. Truly sad because it is a great game. Just too expensive. Paying $10 to pass two levels is not worth it since a level is only about a minute long. On the hunt for a better option. Too bad…
Insane amount of ads
The game starts off fun but the amount of ads is insane. You also need to update your kitchen but you can’t do that unless you watch ads to get money in order to afford anything.
