I would like to submit a complaint regarding what has been happening in the KSA servers, especially KSA-2, where there is a clear feeling of inequality and biased treatment between players, particularly toward North African players (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, etc.).
Unfortunately, we have noticed that important leadership positions such as Government, Police, Army, and other major factions are repeatedly given to specific people or to certain nationalities from the Middle East, while North African players are often limited to criminal organizations or FBI roles only, as if their opportunities are restricted from the beginning regardless of their activity, experience, or qualifications within the server.
In many cases, obstacles are also placed in front of North African players, including accusations of cheating or attempts to discredit them simply to prevent them from obtaining leadership positions. Meanwhile, other players are granted leadership roles despite lacking the same level of competence or experience. This creates a strong impression of favoritism and lack of neutrality in leadership selections.
In addition, there is noticeable neglect toward complaints and forum topics, where many reports are ignored or left without response. This negatively affects the server’s quality and creates a feeling of discrimination and unfair treatment within the community.
I would also like to mention that certain administrators, such as Adham pluxury, as well as similar behavior from Ryan Black on other servers, give the impression that decisions are not being made fairly or equally toward all players.
We are only asking for equality, fairness, and equal opportunities for every player based on activity and competence, regardless of nationality or personal relationships. Continuing this situation may negatively affect the reputation of the server and the overall player experience.
I sincerely hope the higher administration will seriously review this matter and take clear actions to ensure fairness and neutrality for all players across KSA servers.

Racism against Moroccan players on KSA1 and KSA2 is being ignored by the server administration. Applications and complaints are handled unfairly, and Moroccan players do not receive the same respect as others.
If this abuse and biased management continue, thousands of Moroccan players will leave the game. The administration needs to fix this issue instead of ignoring it.

The game scams you people scam you had bought a packet double charged me for this game trash

I supported this game heavily and spent over $20,000 USD and buy something through the in-game store. The items were available for purchase directly inside the game, yet I was permanently banned and accused of abusing a bug.
If the purchase was not intended, it should not have been available for players to buy with real money. Punishing a paying customer for using the official store is unfair. I respectfully request a proper review of this situation or a refund for the purchases.

Franchement, ce jeu est une vraie déception. L’application ne marche même pas, les serveurs sont toujours hors service. J’ai perdu presque 4 Go d’Internet pour le télécharger, puis encore 3,7 Go pour une mise à jour juste après l’installation. En plus, elle prend énormément de place sur l’appareil, et au final, impossible d’y jouer. J’ai gaspillé mes données mobiles et mon temps pour rien.

How can one word be my greatest demise… to sum this up I play grand rp on GTAV seen this was released and the fake mobile grand rp was changed. I am now trying to play rp grand (which it had worked once before) but now when selecting and trying to join the English server I’m told to wait. Well I’ve waiting 2 days. No more waiting. When/if it works again I’ll give better!

This game has no servers as so ever. English server coming soon, Japanese coming soon. If you want to RP just play FiveM GTA 5 don’t waste your time on this game. You won’t find anything on this game.

To be honest, I really don’t like to go without playing for atleast an hour. Trying to talk with the devs to get there game to run great. They only talked about how much money there making off “dumb people” (03/20/2025. In the court house)
I understand you want to make money off a game you’ve created. But starting out you need to spend a minimum of $20 real money just to get started. I wish I could take back everything that I’ve said but the game is just a disappointment. I hope in the future. The game devs would have an enjoyable time for the player.

Needs work.. it looks like a good game but only problem is that its impossible to play because it crashes every single time before even starting up on iPhone. so unfortunately i am uninstalling it and looking for similar game

Fix the problem every time I log on the game force closes and then I can’t log back on for an hr what is wrong with the game and the update what was it for making the game crash faster?

I can’t play or download it it crashes or don’t load right please fix it for me etc.

My hair color never change when I selected dark brown it still stay at black

I fell like after hours of work I shouldnt have only made 10000 from all of the normal jobs they don't pay enough and I can't find any really good ways to make money and also if it's so hard to make money why are things so high in price??

I’ve been looking to get into mobile gaming and RP Grand is the perfect game to be my launch pad into mobile gaming. The only issue i have and why im going to uninstall the game is the lack of controller support. RP Grand would easily become the biggest mobile game in the market, similar to what GTA6 is going to be, if RP Grand adds Backbone/Controller support. I’ll be back in a couple months to check for updates for it
