Purchased an Aura, removed from game with no refund
I purchased the mahjarrat aura approximately 1 year ago - come to find this aura is being removed from the game. You do not get a refund if it was not purchased after 12/2025, which mine was not - so no refund. When I had purchased this item, I expected to have it forever… or I wouldn’t have paid for it.

Osrs is better
Old school RuneScape is a better game. The rs3 app is very buggy and the click boxes are terrible. The old school app is super clean and easy to play

Dishonest and Deceptive marketing
22 year long subscriber. I quit on Tuesday. Jagex has and continues to removed paid for products and services meaning you will pay for things only to have them removed. Buyer Beware!
Not worth the constant price hikes
Do yourself a favor and play a single player game with unlimited gameplay with/without mods. You play how you want, not worrying about the developers being dictators or investment companies being greedy.

As you like to say to dedicated players, yes sometimes their internet can be slow definitely not all players have fast connection, I’m not mad, but sometimes people go to work and playing RuneScape on Mobile is a good idea just crashing game not so much, this is my experience I see I’m not the only one. Please also do Linux so much because lots of people are indeed playing on Linux now while Microsoft ruined their business, please look into it. I don’t exactly like one person’s review on this, but they’re indeed not wrong that you might get more money by new players, like kids, back then me as a child used to play RS and as a teenager too, there was even other twelve year olds on in the 2010’s too of PC days, most kids might be on IPads nowadays.
Fix login. Signing out should not be just as big as login wtf

Just won’t work
I use this app on my android phone and it works just fine. While using the app on my iPad it crashes after about 10 seconds every time I log in without fail. Completely unplayable.
Confusing January changes
Making chat harder for social players, friends having eye problems from new brown UI, even sitting on some benches is broken.

This has been ongoing for years. The game constantly crashes as soon as you load in or use a loadstone. I have been playing this game for 20+ years and really enjoy playing on my ipad. This issue is completely unaccetable and it needs to be addressed and fixed asap. At this point a public apology to paying members would be the inteligent thing to do. fix it or I will cancel my membership and delete the game..

I also updated my game on my iPhone and mine does the exact same thing it will load me into a world and as soon as I go to move it kicks me out back to Home Screen I’m mad I got an acc on there I invested a lot of time on and I am Orem member on there really got me mad

I have downloaded this game on 2 phones and my tablet trying to play this game. It won’t work on my new IPhone but on the tablet it does. I’m not able to report the issue because reporting is bugged out and the getting into the game itself is bugged out because it just shows a grid no land no anything.. I have been trying to months and today was my last straw. Is no one looking at this game anymore?
Ban Happy
Had a friend who was banned unfairly years ago. I played with him so I know that he was banned for no reason. Unfortunately, same thing happened to me recently. After playing for 20+ years with no infractions, suddenly I’ve been banned with no explanation after I woke up. Wrote to them looking for an explanation and received a message back saying “we could reinstate your account, but that wouldn’t be fair to others” to condense it down. Save yourself the time and money

Bad customer service
Not really an app review just a Jagex customer service review. Haven’t played in years and decided to try and play again but my account was hijacked and when I recovered it the account was banned permanently and was told it was me that committed whatever the offense was without even providing me with any proof that it was me. Needless to say my account is gone forever and I won’t be playing anymore.

I have a iPhone 16 pro and a good WiFi connection and every time I try to login it gives me a error message and says try again. And wants me to upgrade my account but when I try it gives the same error. Please help.
Locked in a loop
Game was great years ago now I can’t access my account because it wants me to log in to import my charcters but says I am using the wrong password so I rest the password so it’s still wrong and it just is an endless loop of either reset password or try to log in with correct password but told I’m wrong so I’m unable to import my charcter glad I waited to get my paid membership won’t be returning with this terrible experience

You didn't have to pay for RuneScape back in the day just trying to save everybody time it's $70 after you spend 30 minutes trying to set up a account and you need a computer mobile is wack
It was a decent game to play until this recent 30 day experiment
I did enjoy playing this game until this recent decision to run run a month long trial experiment to disable treasure hunter and oddments store. If you want to offer the option to offer monetization for those who chose that route, great. But forcing every player to isn’t. I’ve since canceled my membership and won’t renew it while this is going on. In fact my game play has come to a halt since this was introduced.

Treasure hunter removal
Having fun with the game but wish the treasure hunter feature wasn’t being removed. I’ve played this game for 20 years and I’m about to watch the second death of this game. I don’t have all the time to grind the skills so the xp lamps made it easier for me to get started so late. If I wanted slow xp rates I’d go back to osrs but you all ruined it with sailing. Should’ve been a real vote on removal of treasure hunter not just a yes vote that you all pushed for anyway just to avoid your gambling rulings in the uk.
No Mouse Support
My Bluetooth mouse simply will not work with this game.
iPad issue
App crashes after teleporting. And for some reason, get error message when trying to use the GE. Didn’t do this before. Yes app and iOS 26.1 are updated. Don’t have these issues on my iPhone just on my iPad.
Mute
There’s no sound once you start playing. Every time I go to settings to turn it back on, it just never comes back on. As well as the graphics will glitch out and the world will just be black but you can still walk around freely.
