FEEL Ripped Off From DAY ONE
Decided to pay for a month of service because I want to get back to studying GTO…and this seemed perfect for what Im looking for! So I download app and sign in and go into the pre flop chart section of the app hoping to refresh my memory before I start doing some tests and scenario reviews. I then come to find out that they only provided me with one chart for a 6 max players- cash game. Cant change to 9 players or 8 players or HU, etc.. HUGE Red flag for a study app that makes outrageous promises!! Dont be fooled! Just charging you for incomplete study material find another source that provides you with ALL the study material you are looking for.

Forcing payment before users can determine whether an app is actually useful feels predatory. It’s disappointing because the app looks well-designed, but without a trial or meaningful preview, I wouldn’t feel comfortable investing in it.

Paid never got it!
So I paid for this app and it took it from my bank and I never got access and it kept from trying to charge me twice and forcing you to take a year subscription. I always don’t like it. I better get my money back because I don’t even want it now
Cancelling app
There is no way to cancel the app. I don’t like that I have to jump through hoops to cancel something. Cancel my subscription now please!!
Zero communication
I’ve emailed them five times over a two week Period and have not got a response. I’ve been never seen an app without a profile. I have zero visibility into my subscription and zero way to cancel it. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company.
Scam app
This app is an absolute scam! I paid for the monthly subscription and it doesn’t even give me an option to cancel. Reason I want to cancel is this app doesn’t remember you after logging in it makes me create a new account every time I login while taking my monthly subscription out of my bank account. Absolute scam if I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely with out a doubt scam! Whatever you do don’t get this app!

Horrible Design
The app intentionally makes the registration process long to increase user sunk cost to get subscription in. You will have to click through long survey that does not yield any value before it ask you for payment without offering anything yet.
No trial without payment
I install it because it was advertised as in-app purchase, but actually you have to pay just to try it. Not a good beginning. I’m not paying.
Scam - stay away
The app will try and get you to sign up make it impossible to cancel after you sign up for the free trial and then continue to charge you. The information that is given is also bad. Stay away.

Would love my money back. This is theoretical poker nonsense. I know I make plenty of mistakes when I play, this will only make it worse.
Incomplete Scenarios
The app creates situations with incomplete scenarios to make a smart decision. For instance, in the Preflop trainer, how do I know what the other positions ranges are? There’s not enough information. But the correct answer is based on this specific information.
No free trial
It has you go through entire setup prompts you to give review give permissions and then hits you with monthly or yearly subscription. You are not able to test drive or get a feel for software at all without paying. Super annoying to spend ten minutes setting up only to be forced to pay before seeing if it’s a fit. It might very well be something I would be interested in paying for but in our era it is only natural to be pessimistic and guarded before forking over real money based solely on reviews that are more than likely written by shills and bots. Should just have the amount posted to download instead of labeling in-game purchases. There are no in-game purchases. You either pay or aren’t able to access. No thanks. Deleted.

I hate apps that make you invest in a long setup process only to reveal that it has zero functionality without a monthly subscription.

Feels like a bait and switch

In the last section, the same question was asked twice and another question was completely wrong as 8-6 made a straight, but the app stated it was only an open end straight.

Why this stinks
So this is a poor trainer. One large negative is the app permits only a few trainings, then says better if I “come back tomorrow”, then offers to continue, but denies the ability to continue today. Addition issues subch as answers which are impoosible exist as well.
Endless bugs
Endless bugs. Every day there are at least 5 display/ hand errors that just make it unusable. Now I’m trying to get my refund and hopefully I get my money back.
Nasty fake app
Many mistakes in the poker strategy it is teaching. You only get ~20 questions per 24 hours, and you have to wait 24 hours to take the next training questions. Also, the ratings are fake too. Most of the people with review have bad ratings, while ratings themselves are greater than 4. Be mindful of the potentially fake ratings!
Misleading ripoff
For $19.99 the app gives you about 12 problems a day and then shuts off until the next day. They do not disclose that’s all they are giving you. Not worth it

Bought a bug for 22$
Paid for a subscription, but the app does not work. It shows no questions available even with all filters enabled. I reset filters, restarted the app, and reinstalled it. Still unusable. Please fix this or refund users.

Seems a bit over priced $(100 a year) for a chatGBT style AI to coach you for only 30 mins a day.
10 questions a day as your training
So stupid. You get 10 questions a day as your training and then you have to wait 24 hours to use it again. Idiotic.

I like the app in terms of look and feel, but there is too often incorrect information for this to be a reliable poker training app.
Sometimes the math is wrong, sometimes the strategy, and sometimes it misunderstands basic poker rules.
The profit tracking feature is really cool though!

Slick app with many inaccuracies
This is a slick looking app that unfortunately was not vetted for accuracy before publishing. It told me there were 65 combos of pocket pairs even though the correct number is 78. I would not recommend using something like this that is untested as it might be misinforming you. Perhaps when it is correct it will be better, but if you don’t know poker yet you won’t know when it’s wrong.
