No support for paid version

No support
Don’t buy. Once they get your credit card they keep charging year after year and you can’t cancel and will not respond to anything. Beware. Purchase at your own risk!!!! Took my money this year and I don’t even have access to the pro version.
Using RV Parky forever

Has been hacked I think
My app had been on my phone for years and worked well. It started to act odd so i deleted it and then put it back on. During that activity i was asked for a credit card number (didn’t think that was unusual since you can book stays using the app). Suddenly a charge for a video game app appeared on my credit card and I got an email regarding my new membership.
Keep getting payment due emails after canceling
Can’t get them to stop sending emails for payment after the account has been canceled.
RV PARK FREE is better
I don’t know. This app seems a bit outdated. RV-PARK-FREE is a nicer app. I prefer it.
How the H311 Do You Show list view for results?
Ok, I absolutely give up. I don’t want to wade through a f$&4$?! Video to maybe find an answer. And several different google searches turned up nothing. No amount of messing around in the iPhone app helps either.

What’s happing! Why am I being billed twice
I was billed twice on different cards for 19.99 and I don’t want to subscribe anymore. There is no place to cancel this subscription. There’s no contact person to talk to in my account. I am so upset right now that all I can do is search out places to leave this message. If RV Parky. People are listening please return my money and stop my subscription which is supposed to end July 31, 2024. So I’m telling you in time !
RV Parky App
I have spent the last 14 days texting and emailing “RV Parking” with my current issue. Not being able to sign-on and receive the 4 digit code to sign-on. There has been no response from them. It’s as if no one reads their messages. Time to move on to another RV Planning App.
Campgrounds
Even though I filter out campgrounds it continues to push it on me. Useless app if it won’t do what I want.
Deleted over privacy concerns
Their latest TOS allows them to track you across other apps. I deleted the app over privacy concerns as there is no option to decline tracking.
Very outdated

Needs work.
Application crashes just seconds after you open it. Deleted it and downloaded again, same issue.
Where is My Paid Acct
This began as a great app. I even bought into the annual $19.99 plan. My bank account was debited in August 2023 and now we are ready to go on our trips that we had logged into this app and everything is gone. Three years of travel, notes, places, and all my account information is gone. They took their money, but have not resolved this issue. They have zero contact information. If you’re going to pay for a travel app, pick a different one.
Forced upgrade
Used to be a great app. Now there’s a forced upgrade to the “pro” version to make more than a 3 stop trip plan. App just became useless unless you buy the PRO version.
Upgrading to paid app
When I upgraded and paid for the yearly subscription it gave me a whole new identifier and now I have no way to continue on a previous trip I had already started. There should be a way to merge accounts.
HATE APP
I don’t know what happened but a very nice app is now totally crap and no one is there in magical computer land to help or fix. At this point i would recommend NOT USING RV PARKY until they figure out customer service and support when they totally screw up a very nice app
Now must pay OR limit of 3 stops AND ads
I’ve used this app 3yrs but recently ads have appeared, which I understand and have tolerated as that is great way for developer to earn $$. However, now developer locked app features and warned (with big red ugly banner located at top of each trip) that app will not work for more than 3 stops in addition to ads for non-payers. WTH. I would gladly pay a one time fee to eliminate ads like other apps offer, but it’s irritating developer is severely locking down the app, therefore forcing people to upgrade if more than 3 stops are needed. What a hassle to limit to 3 stops on trip! That might work for weekend warriors but probably not for longer trips. In addition, there is NO way to save trips and notes as PDF. The only option is to log into website (not app) and PRINT to a printer. How many RVers travel with a printer? AND you may only pay the fee on the website, not through the app via Apple. That is so developer can avoid the fee Apple charges for in app subscriptions. Really disappointing.
Changed to pay app
They have made a change of trips with more than three stops. Have to be with a paid membership. I already had a long trip set up. When I went to modify that trip, it said I had to pay, but I couldn’t figure out how to pay. Extremely frustrated.
What have you done?
Have used this app for years and love it! Recently, it was locked down to 5 stops and now it’s locked down to 3 stops for non-members. Ads have increased too. Checked the app for membership and costs and nothing to be found. This was a 5 star app and now a one star app. Please reconsider this change!!! 3-5 stops is ridiculous for an RV’er.
New developer?
I used to love this app but it appears someone has bought it and added restrictions and a bunch of ads.

I’ve had this app for several years, and it used to be a great app to research and plan RV trips! Recently they added ads (which is fine), but now have switched to locking down the app even further and hiding all the necessary features behind a pay wall.
I’m all for app developers making money through ads or premium subscriptions that grant you BONUS features, not lock down necessary features that are integral to using the app in the first place.
Locking features like over 5 stops per trip to only be for paid users makes the app pretty much unusable for free (ad supporting) users.

Goodbye RVParky
It was a good app but no more. I read the reviews before thinking of upgrading. I get adding advertising to support the app infrastructure and develop(s). But now you are tracking all its user data too. Your approach to upgrading this app is callous to the faithfully dedicated users. With that said goodbye. Apps are like fashion…they come and they go.
Latest update broke a great app
After the latest update you can’t type in a location in the “add a stop” dialog box on iOS.

I can’t seem to get this app to show up on my screen. I have to go into the App Store each time and open it from there. I don’t know why this is happening.

The app indicates a code will be sent to login. Been trying for days and code is received. Not an email issue. Frustrating and annoying.

No Map
My app shows rv parks but no other references on the map. No roads, no water, no cities?

App won’t open and work on my iPhone
This app no longer works on my iPhone. No location services. When I try to open the app it just flashes and goes away. What is wrong?

Rv Parky app not working, no support
I’ve used RV Parky for years and since they introduced the pro version, I purchased that immediately. Unfortunately, because I purchased the pro version, the app no longer work on my iPhone. Every time I click on the app, it just kicked me out. The only way to sign in to my pro account is through Google. When i have no network, I cannot turn on my pro. And there’s no support from RV Parky pro team. Hope they’ll contact me and help me out with this.
Travel companions
My friend is planning a westward trip this summer. Your app is great for one person planning. I have found that the only place I can open this trip is from his emails to me. I cannot save this in my own app. This is very inconvenient for me. We both have the pro version.
Used to be great
This used to be a useful free app for logging trips and calculating fuel expenses. It still serves those purposes but now you pay a premium for it. The app is a little antiquated to be charging so buyer be warned

Loved this app, however no longer works with my iPhone. I have uninstalled and installed no luck! It comes up but cannot tap and open any campground. Have to look at other apps🥲
Disappointed
Twice yesterday, app took us to low bridges. Had to unhook and turn around. Parameters are in. Unacceptable.
Bad changes
What have you gone and done with the app? I can’t even get things to pull up, it’s so unresponsive to my fingers touching on sites and the map in general. It used to work great. I could lightly touch a tiny sign on the map and it would open it even when I couldn’t see the site. Now, even repeatedly over and over touching on a place won’t open, won’t do anything. And the map itself won’t stretch out half the time, pretty much ignores basically anything my hands do. I’m so disappointed, I use this as I travel all over. I’m on an iPhone. Please try to get your iPhone app system so it works again. :( I’m so grouchy about this.
Missing key features that make it hard to use
Keep going back to RV Trip Wizard because of 2 very annoying misses with this app. 1) Can't search for parks by name. You have to find the city, search for the city and then find the campground in a list or on the map. 2) When creating a trip you cannot lock the dates when planning campsites so if you reserve site for a set of dates the dates keep moving around when you can any other date, change the start date or even add other stops. As much as we recommend this on our channel, @VanTrekkingLifestyle, we just can't recommend it any longer with these key omissions that make planning even harder than just doing it on a calendar. It's close to being perfect. Why not add the features even if there's a fee to get them?
Needs improvement
The reviews are helpful but trip planning with this is too much. Tap in a field to type and no keyboard appears iPhone 11
Wrong dates
Days of the week for this year are wrong. For example July 25 shows as a Saturday. It is a Friday. Throws everything off.
Nice BUT
I was really enjoying the app but then I went to open it up to see the next leg of our trip and it asked me to sign in again. I entered my email and it said it would send a code. Well I am waiting and waiting then asked it to send again and waiting and waiting. As I write this I still don’t have access to my trip very frustrating
Needs updating
Great app but seriously needs more current reviews. Info on many campgrounds is outdated.
CAUTION
This is a good app on IPads, but it continually crashes the user logon on my M1 Mac mini.
