Customer support that doesn't support
Super buggy client support, no ongoing conversation possible so with every answer you have to start a new ticket. You can't see the files you've added and the agents sent me through loops and hoops for weeks for a 1 eur transaction all because their app had glitchy payment options. It's really sad to see that for 1 eur they're happy to lose customers in 21st century.
Terrible
This might be one of the buggiest apps I’ve ever used, of any kind. It’s literally nonfunctional.
Scam
Avoid. They charge you without notice when signing up! Customer service does not answer and won't return your money.
Worst scooter app
They have a bugged system that bans you from renting scooters if their system evaluates your parking picture incorrectly enough times. These scooters are supposed to create convenience for the user. I am finding myself spending more time appealing bans and unable to rent scooters than I am actually riding them.
It’s a shame too, I used to love this app, I have almost 1000 career rides. But I switched to Tier and have never looked back.
Fix this app. Otherwise it’s a 1 star and no more.

Scam on free credits
Adds money on top of credits and uses that first. Avoid
Only if you can find one.
Unreliable and unpredictable supply of scooters. Many scooters are low on power or otherwise unavailable (sometimes after indicating that the scooter is okay to use, making your walk to the scooter a waste of time.)
Also, why is this the only scooter company in Tromso? The company is clearly unable or unwilling to supply enough scooters to meet the demand.
