Every time they are looking to get me through crypto and btc and telling me to do online trading through there account and that’s a red flag. So I am now deactivating my account. You get a like!? You must pay to see who’s liked you. 🤮 All muslim apps are like that. I keep using heathen app at least they allow to see who’s liked and even message them on free plan.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience.
I created a new account with the intention of purchasing a Platinum subscription again. However, approximately one month after creating the account, which I had not yet actively used, I found myself unable to access it.
Upon contacting Salams' customer support, I was advised to submit a ban appeal request. I promptly did so, yet I have not received any response since. Despite sending several follow up emails, my enquiries have remained unanswered.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that I had previously maintained a Platinum subscription with Salams for a year and experienced no issues with either the platform or its customer service during that time. When my subscription ended, I chose to delete my account and take a short break from the app. Having now returned with the intention of subscribing again, I have been met with a complete lack of communication and support.
I would appreciate a timely response and a resolution to this matter.

I subscribed for a period then i cancel my subscription. Few days ago i found that i was charged 99.99$ for service i did not request. I tried to contact them through the app then the website but did not get any response, so i contact my bank.

Very High Probability of Frustration
This app has significantly more men than women. I’ve been on it for years and have not had much luck. It has nothing to do with Islam. The women on here are just looking for attention - at least in my experience.

Scam, Poor Customer Service
Customer service was very rude, unprofessional, did not assist, and blocked my need for assistance. I was locked out because of a phone number and they refused to help whatsoever. Filed a lawsuit again this app. In 2 years time, they’ll have to disband, or pay legal fees, damages.

This app has removed a lot a features since I used it a few years ago. Not only the subscription prices significantly went up, but many features are locked by subscription. The preference filters do not work. I purchased the gold subscription and the only benefit I see from it is being able to see who liked you. All other features do not work for me. I have reached out to customer service and they are not helpful. This app feels like a crash grab and I would not recommend this to anyone.

Now, support refuses to give me any specific details about the ban due to "privacy concerns," leaving me completely locked out for doing exactly what they told me to do. It is completely unfair to penalize a user for trying to fix issues caused by the app's own technical failures.
Please review my support history, reconcile this contradiction, and reinstate my account. This is unacceptable customer service.

I joined hoping to meet serious, high-quality Muslim professionals interested in marriage. My experience was disappointing: many profiles felt inactive or low effort, matching quality was weak, and the overall experience didn’t feel aligned with people seeking serious long-term relationships. The platform may work for some, but for me it fell below expectations.

I installed this app a year ago and for a long time I stopped using it. I reinstalled it yesterday and let me tell you how much I hate this new version. It makes it so much more complicated. I used to be able to see their info from the first photo but now you have scroll all the way down that’s even if it’s there. I subscribed to the diamond and now I seriously regret it. Even the filters don’t work how they used to. Please salam bring the older version back.

They asked me for 7k told them they can keep it as I did nothing wrong and I was mocking them for it.

It worked well in the US, but in Kuwait it’s horrible! There should be a feature to limit profiles to a certain radius. Here because of lack of profiles I keep getting ones that are 800km plus!

Out of the dating sites I used this one is the worst. Even when you pay for membership that doesn’t unlock much they want you to pay more for diamond. Filters are pointless especially the distance filter it’s basically a decoration it doesn’t do anything. Find better apps and skip this one.

I used to really like this app, but it has completely gone downhill. If you are thinking about paying for Diamond Premium, save your money because the core features simply do not work anymore.
First off, the filters are completely broken. The main reason you pay for premium is to filter by ethnicity, distance, and language, but the app constantly shows you people way outside of your set preferences. And this isn't a case of "running out of people" in your area-the algorithm will just randomly throw in people from outside your filters, then go back to your actual preferences, making the whole system incredibly frustrating to navigate. Without working filters, the premium membership is completely worthless.
On top of that, they completely removed the anti-ghosting feature for Diamond members, which was one of the few benefits actually worth paying for. The new interface is terrible and a huge step backward. You can no longer keep track of people’s saved profiles to message them later, and there’s absolutely no record of who you liked or favorited. You just swipe into a void.
To make matters worse, customer service is non-existent. I’ve reached out with complaints about these bugs and missing features, and I've gotten zero response. It genuinely feels like the developers deliberately want their own app to suffer and fail. Until they fix the filters and bring back basic usability, I highly recommend staying away from their paid tiers.

I canceled my subscription a week before renewal date and deleted the app because I did not find it useful at all. You have to pay for everything even after buying a subscription. 90% of the users seems to be either bots or not looking for a serious marriage. Many of them seem to be here with a hookup mindset or seeking clout. The app does not offer a feature to see whom you’ve liked unless they like you back. They market diamond subscription to have unlimited rewinds but thats completely false. You hardly get one maybe two rewinds if you are lucky. I do not recommend this app. Its being operated my frauds who are looking to get money out of users even after canceling the subscription.

Most of the profiles are fake, 1. You will get a lot of likes before you subscribe and once you pay all those likes either disappears or they never respond. 2. When you like some profile they want you to send a super like that you have to pay extra and obviously those are bots just to make money on you.
