Money hungry
I’ve been playing this game for months in that time I’ve seen it go from I game I play everyday to a game that only cares about money. That used to have:
-daily log in equipment
-weekly missions
-and easy ways to move forward without a cap
Now they took that all away and now they are forcing you to watch involuntary ads after you fail each time. Do you understand how frustrating that is especially since there’s missions that take weeks for me to figure out (which is fine that’s the game) but theres no way to move past a mission since the only way to get equipment now is to buy it. And even if you buy the battle pass you’ll never get even half the equipment because of the road blocks.
Give us back the free daily equipment for logging in and make ads optional to get one equipment. Instead of forcing us. You’re money hungry and you guys officially lost one of your most loyal players. I gave you guys many chances to fix your game. But it’s time to go find a game that cares about their players.

Do you understand how frustrating that is especially since there’s missions that take weeks for me to figure out (which is fine that’s the game) but theres no way to move past a mission since the only way to get equipment now is to buy it. I really enjoy the game however you literally cannot pass the game without purchasing extra tools. I already paid to have no ads, in addition I have to pay to pass the level?!? No thanks.
Can’t win w/o cash
They want all your money. Impossible to play past certain levels without shelling out. Unplayable if you’re willing to watch ads to game.

Update: changed to 1 star. Just completed a level and got enough keys to get 15 minutes of life. Doesn’t matter because it still makes me watch an ad after every attempt anyway!! Pointless reward!

Difficulty raise to try to get you to spend money
They’ve recently raised the difficulty. Not just a little, but a LOT… like to the point some levels border impossible without powerups… which of course cost when every level starts to be that hard. I came to this game to relax before, but no… im playing less now, and may end up stopping playing altogether. This strategy to get us to pay for power-ups is so annoying!

this game is buggy so you will be stuck on the same level for days. you only win like 10-20 coins per win but all powers ups cost 1800 coins so you can basically never use them. there is no strategy, it’s all luck.
They messed things up so bad!

I paid 900 coins for an extra slot. The fame took my coons but didn’t give me the additional slot. Delete the game. It was fun until that happened.

Had to uninstall the app because some levels are just not beatable unless paying money for upgrades to help you pass it!!! On top of already having so many ads to keep the game “free” for you but it’s pointless when some levels just require you to actually pay for upgrades! Ridiculous!!!
Be prepared to pay
While the gameplay is fun and interesting, the developers insist on bugging you with an ad every every board, whether you succeeded or failed. After the first 40 or so levels every single time you either advance to the next level or fail that current level and retry the app forces you to take a break and watch an ad. The only way around that is to spend money and get the ad free. I do not recommend downloading unless you’re willing to pay the eight or $10 to get rid of the ad.

They say it’s a free game right? No at level 107 they literally made it impossible to pass unless you spend money. I tried passing it for a week before I ended up paying never had any issues until then. And no it’s not just super difficult it’s genuinely impossible. You have to buy 5 extra spaces and they don’t let you watch an ad to get the free space or anything. Idk but feels scammy to me. Highly disappointed DO NOT DOWNLOAD UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND MONEY!

Rude Customer Service
I received an expected charge for $29.99 and reached out to customer service for assistance. Their initial response was accusatory telling me my story didn’t make sense, so I provided evidence of the charge and asked for help figuring out what it was. I thought perhaps there was a recurring charge that I wasn’t aware of. They told me they don’t have any recurring charges. I followed up in my next email to say that I don’t see anything in app that accounts for these charges (extra coins or power ups). In response, they told me I was being misleading since I hadn’t mentioned that sooner. I was simply dealing with the issue in real time as I realized it wasn’t a recurring charge and had no intention of being misleading. Instead of helping me, customer service has been insulting, so I’ll be deleting the app after this review

This is a good game but the amount of ads gets insane, I understand ads if I want a free life or something but to run ads no matter what is overboard
Loved it, then the glitches came
Please fix the issues where sand will still be going into the buckets (in great number, might I add), and the conveyor will stop. So relieved I didn’t pay money for this.

I actually love the concept of this game and it could be really fun, but some levels are literally 100% impossible to beat unless you spend money. Not hard, not challenging, I mean completely impossible. They design levels to trap players so you either buy boosts or stay stuck and can’t continue. It’s predatory. A good game should reward strategy and effort with the option to buy boosts or whatever if people choose to, not force people to pay just to continue. Really disappointing because the game itself could have been great.
Just a giant advertisement
If you enjoy watching ads every time you click on anything your in luck, can’t even tell when I’m playing the game or trying to get through an advertisement. This would be a fun game if it wasn’t a sellout like the billboards on a turnpike freeway.

This is the worst ad game I’ve ever played. They get you hooked playing the first 50 levels and then it seems like there is an ad between every single level and every time you lose.
Don’t Bother
I enjoy puzzle games, and I don’t mind losing, provided that it’s because I failed to figure out the solution. In this game, however, there are many “Hard” and “Super-Hard” levels that you will fail right out of the gate unless you watch an ad or spend money because the things you need are all either buried or not even on the board yet. Increased difficulty is not a cover for poor design or greed.

At the beginning, it was a really cool game. But after a very short time you are bombarded with ads. And not just a few, a lot. After every thing you do ads, ads, ads. So if you want to play the game for the first 10 rounds or so, yes, it’s fun, after that just delete it.
Well designed, except morals
I love this game, well made, visually appealing, strategic. There are levels that are easy and those that are hard. You can earn and stockpile coins and powerups. You can also unlock a competition with others at some point. The only problem is they do not have standards for their ads, so random and inappropriate things will pop up. This is why I deleted the game.
