App not working
It’s been a month since the app stopped working. It’s giving the message, Resource access restricted for user. I’ve tried to uninstall & reinstall it but it still doesn’t work.

The app does work anymore. It doesn’t login. I’ve deleted and installed fresh but still it’s not going ahead.

Pathetic banking experience
I have been customer for SBI card for 4 years now, I got the card promising few perks and cash back vouchers. And with an annual fee of 3.5k+ INR. I never got the promised perks, it is impossible to reach to customer care. Last December I raised card closure request 8 times before the annual fee is applicable, every time they cancelled closure request and finally in January they charged 4.6k INR for annual card renewal fee. I wonder where did I go wrong and how SBI is able to keep customer engaged. I am still trying to close all the relations with SBI as of today.

Not able to login into the application because of SIM based authentication
I am currently facing an issue logging into the SBI Credit Card application on my iPhone while I am in the United States. During login, the app asks to send an automated SMS for verification to Indian mobile number.
The SMS is successfully delivered to the India number, but the verification process in the app does not get completed, and I am unable to log in. This makes it very difficult to access my credit card account from outside India.
I request the SBI Card team to please provide a solution or an alternative way to complete SMS verification from the US (such as OTP, email verification, or international login support). This would be very helpful for NRI customers.
Kindly look into this issue and improve the app experience for users accessing it from abroad.
