Illegal Activity on My Account
Someone had access to my settings on my account, genius and actually changed all the photo and create a rule on there to make all my photos auto export to JPEG when I had higher quality on Apple and I shot all my photos on Apple without genius so I want this app shut down immediately for doing that to me illegally.

Email problems
I have upgraded to their better service. I am having a problem where I cannot export files to my email and I don't know how to fix it. That makes this worthless to me.
Scan window. Not consistent
The orange scan window is no not consistent and doesn’t pop up all the time

I’m in the middle of scanning and you interrupted my scanning to give you a review.
Not good anymore.
Used to be good. But the last several months, even with the updates; its auto scan sucks, it’s slow. You end up having to rescan several pages.

I have a new phone and I'm trying to restore my purchase and I click on restore purchase and it clicks and it goes nowhere, can someone help me restore my purchase? ( it's on an old Apple account. It would be awesome if you could switch it to my new Apple account.) you guys have always been great over the years thank you. PS I only put a one star to grab your attention. I'm going to change it. Of course once you respond as I expect thank you.

Quality Issues
I’ve used this app for years, but I think it’s time for a change. It scans well and the file system is good. But it takes way too much time to actually scan documents. The auto edit setting is not auto, nor can it be as far as I can tell. Curvature correction has to turned on individually for each page of each scan. It also cannot find the outline of a doc to crop even on a black background. If you scan a group of pages each one has to opened and edited. Also, the add scan button is on the far left bottom of the screen making it difficult to use with one hand. I’m sad to report all of this, but I’ve put up with it long enough.
