IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND DELETE
I am now filing a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas and the Federal Trade Commission against this company over them hiding the delete option and making it hard to delete files. They responded to me and claimed they never look at our files we scan. If that's true then why did they make the delete function so difficult to get to? The delete was once in the top right 3 dot menu when looking at the document. Easy to get to. Now it's hidden so deep and requires so many clicks to find that it discourages people from using it.
Free version is useless now
This app used to be great. It scans well and the free version had a small watermark at the bottom of each page that didn’t interfere with being able to see the pages. Now there are tons of watermarks covering every single page, so it is completely worthless to download this app unless you want to pay for the premium version.

I have had nothing but issues with the app crashing and unable to scan. They have zero support for this. Waste of my money!
Bought Pro, Got Nothing
The moment this app was released, I purchased it because it seemed genuinely useful and promising. I paid for the Pro version in full.
After recent updates, the app has effectively stripped me of access to what I already paid for and now aggressively pushes a monthly subscription instead. The “restore purchase” function is completely broken and does absolutely nothing.
Customer support is a joke ,just a useless bot that provides generic, irrelevant responses that don’t solve the problem. The only way to contact a real person is through a premium support chat… which is locked behind the Pro version. The same Pro version I can no longer access due to the app’s own failure.
This is beyond frustrating, it feels like a deliberate scam designed to force users into paying again for something they already bought.
Absolutely do NOT install this app or trust these developers.

I've paid and now they took away what I bought
I've used this app for years! Love it, bought the pro version back in the day for the awesome features. Now they've loved the features I've already paid for behind a subscriptions... this should be illegal.

I’m offended that I have to keep clicking “Restore Purchases” every time I want to use this app
The free version is no longer useful
I don’t use it often, so I don’t want to pay their high price. Just recently they added an obnoxious watermark ALL OVER THE DOCUMENT which can only be removed by paying. A watermark in the margin is OK; obscuring the text is NOT. Unless they change this soon, I will be finding another app to use.
What happened to auto sync
This app had been working great for so many years. Now I can’t get it to sync with Dropbox or Google Drive.
Scanner Pro? More like Scanner Amateur
You can NOT manually adjust the borders of a scan. No matter where you put the borders, scanner pro adjusts/corrects to their choice. Good system for amateurs only.

Not reliable anymore
It crashes and lags and like if I try to swipe up and close apps Terese it my whole phone will freeze and that has never happened EVER. It crashes and lags so much. It never used to do that like 5 years+ ago when it was a lot simpler.. if there was a scanner LITE without all the bells and whistles that glitch this thing out now I’d use that.
Trying to Make Me Repurchase
A longtime user, I bought the full app over 10 years ago. It recently added the watermark and wants me to pay to remove and claims there is no account to restore. That's not fair. I bought it September 15, 2015. Low rating is for this reason. I was great until then.
The newest version is slow and crashes non stop
Please fix this as soon as you can. The app crashes all the time, and the interface is less intuitive than before. Far less so. I can’t even find or touch the buttons designed to take me to editing, etc. They are too high on the page, under the iPad window banner, so it is hit or miss. I am now really slow in competing tasks. I am wondering if this is done so we all have to upgrade to Pro? Please get this fixed and get it together. Thank you.
