So hard to use
There’s clearly some kind of problem with the app because it keeps rotating pages over and over

Buggy
Worked well for a short time, then kept freezing. Even tried to delete a reinstall no luck. Wanted me to repay the trial fee. The google app is free and works much better.

I’ve lost SO MUCH INFORMATION
This app crashes every few months and gives you no choice but to delete the app and redownload it, causing EVERYTHING that was on the app before to be gone forever.
Free trial cost me almost $70
Less than 12 hours after downloading this app it somehow switched me from free trial to YEAR LONG subscription with out my ok! Awaiting response from company and Apple!
Didn’t work
Paid for it to Convert typed document to a word. When scanned only two of the three pages converted. And of those many types, horrible spacing and alignment. Had to go through the entire document. Would have been faster to just re-type the whole thing

I tried contacting you Through your app, but it said the email did not go through. It was not a valid email address please return money back into my account as I need that money. next time notify people that you are going to take out almost $100 out of their account all at once and it will not be a monthly charge of five dollars like what was initially Proposed. How frustrating that’s why I don’t trust apps or review reviews.

Don’t be fooled.
I was referred here as a free app on the web, after I downloaded and gave it access to my photos they want to charge you to do anything, without paying this is useless.
Looks good, but…
At least allow a trial period where NOT charged. I want to know how it serves me before paying for an App…Scan Now falls into the category of expensive and pushy. Turned Off immediately.

Agreed to free trial. App wouldn’t scan my doc so I canceled trial. App CHARGED ME TOTAL OF $60.93 bc it KEPT RENEWING even though I canceled it AND WASN’T EVEN USING IT! Refund DENIED by Apple. SO SICK OF THIS!

If you’re scanning handwriting to digitize text, don’t bother
Absolutely horrible handwriting to text app. I write very quickly when taking notes and it’s admittedly far from perfectly written letters but any adult human that speaks English could read it. When this app tried to generate a digital copy it generated absolute gibberish with nothing even remotely close to what was written. And compared to my parent’s generation(age 71), my writing is WAY more legible.

This is awful, I had a doc I needed and it gave me nonsense after I scanned a written document.
