I’ve been playing this game for years now and I really liked it in the beginning. But now ….. This game is totally rigged!!! Less and less payouts and more and more ads! Murka games are going downhill fast! Hourly bonuses are a joke now ! The so called jackpot wheel ONLY gives you the lowest amount on there until only jackpots are left ! DON’T WAIST YOUR MONEY !!! Except for the graphics there’s nothing good about it anymore !
Horrible support. If anything goes wrong they do nothing.
They say they don’t store your card information except they do and the only way to delete it is to contact them, I have the conversations asking the games support to delete the card information and them saying it has been deleted. Don’t play especially if using Freecash. This games support team provides no player ID so that you can track progress through freecash. Then daisy it’s about keeping your game safe and yet they will save all your card information. Saying you could delete on own terms but no you have to contact their support team again to get them to delete it.

Have played for many years. It used to be so much fun. I got to over 150 billion coins and now in a matter of a few months am down to 21 billion and that’s without betting big! Once I’m out if coins it’s bye to Scatter Slots! You used to be such a good game!

The pop up asking to connect my Facebook happens constantly. Every time I change screens it comes up. Worst of all it’s bugged so I can’t close it half the time which makes this game unplayable.

I quit because of rigged programming. Can’t believe people are still playing this farce of a game. After 150 free spins I was rewarded 3,000,000 on a 5,000,000 pull. If you pay for any points then you deserve to be screwed. Now I know they wont’t post this. They would lose money. Why don’t you listen to your customers and tone down the ads! I realize some are necessary but to have to through 15-20 ads just to be able to play the game! Not to mention the ones that randomly pop in the middle of spinning!

I’ve played this for years but stopped probably in the last two years because it never wants to load. I have to go through a whole process where I uninstall it and then reinstall it every time I close the game. Super frustrating

… I been playing this game for over 7 years I think by now and the overall product makes it worth it oftentimes. However, they are so SHADY sometimes as tight wads and flat liars. They still owe me for 3 (three) $99 packages I was double charged for a long time ago and never gave me. I will never see those even though they are fake coins. Another t time I maxed out on the scatter slots with %200 bonus and my game froze. When I came back it was all gone and just as with the three $99 purchases, they basically called me a liar and thought I made it up to get something for nothing. Except I’m well into a platinum membership and have paid lots and lots so I obviously have no problem paying for things. Geez guys, they are play coins, lol! Chill out. Also, you get these green arrows to upgrade the worth of icons that you have as a spin daily bonus. These green arrows are an incentive added to coin packages and other prizes. The problem is that the icons only go up to twenty five levels and stop increasing in value after 16 levels. So if you are a loyal player and you max out all your icons that really are not worth much (again, fake coins, lol), you by nature don’t benefit from all the green arrows you accumulate for nothing (I’m closing in on 10,000 of them) so only new players have full value of packets they buy because they are still in use of them. If your loyal and capped out - you are crapped out! This was so common an issue that if you wrote customer support, they had a blanket generated response to it that explained they will would be updating the scatter feature to higher levels we would be able to use the accumulated arrows to upgrade. THEY LIED! This had never happened as green upgrade arrows only benefit new players who still have room to upgrade scatter icons. When asked about it, customer support tries to say they never promised this. They lie and lie while accusing you of lying. REMEMBER… this is all involving fake coins they are tight with. It isn’t like it’s a real money casino so why they rip you off fantasy coins and not honor upgraded game features as promised AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT IS JUST PATHETIC. I was straight burned for the $300 described above on the exchange of fake coins that doesn’t cost them a penny to honor…. yet they executed a real money scam that they got me with. Very disappointing in that not only did they burn me, they inferred I was lying! Classy!
Troubles!!!
Time to fix all the problems with games freezing all the time while the timer continues. Getting to be too much of a hassle to play. Used to be a lot of fun, not anymore.
