Total disappointment. I downloaded to try it out and see if it would be a suitable solution for screen sharing without WiFi, and I after finding it was not, I canceled the subscription right away, only to find out if would cancel one year later. I’m now locked into a useless subscription for the next 12 months and likely won’t be getting a refund.

The slowest platform I’ve ever seen. Also the title of the free trial is “1 week free trial”… it’s 2 days. You can’t use without paying but it sucks when you do. Genuinely biggest waste of my time and it would’ve been easier to just buy a new TV. If I were to be given a free trial for this, I would blow up my TV and my phone. This platform sucks and does not do what it says. Also trying to scam me out of seven bucks a month for something that doesn’t work. That’s insane. I also don’t want the feedback of “weak Wi-Fi” or anything like that because it’s the app that’s the problem not my devices.
False advertisement
I did a Google search for a free iPhone Mira cast app. This app came up with this completely false claim. I will never use a company that lies to you out of the gate.

In a time when we have chromecast, airdrop and smart TVs, it’s hard to see this app as anything other than a shameless money grab which delivers no real value.

I tried this app. It works but it’s very laggy. I tried to cancel and I couldn’t find anywhere to opt out. I ask for app support and it took me to a different place unrelated, asking if I wanted to join the team. Very frustrating experience!!

Using an iPhone with the normal delete application process this application displays a menu of help us what went wrong, and then launches a window to subscribe
I had to Google how to get rid of an application on an iPhone that’s not behaving normally
I would not buy this app.
I’d love to file a lawsuit against them, but it’s just not worth the time.
If others are interested in filing a class action suit, I am more than willing to purchase participate.

NOT THE OFFICIAL STAYCONNECT APP!
Note: this is not the official STAYCONNECT app. I’ll also add that this app accomplishes “screen mirroring” by recording the screen and forwarding the recording as a stream to the tv. Which is fine except many video apps such as Netflix block its screen content to be recorded for copyright reasons so they WILL NOT WORK with this app. This is a technical design issue with this app and not an issue of wifi or weak network etc.

Not compatible too difficult to use
This app was kind of difficult to use. I was in a hotel. It wasn’t compatible with the television or the network. I did all the instructions follow through cut off cut on. It still wouldn’t compare with compatibility so got to let it go.

App flat out doesn’t work, app crashes, I tried canceling the subscription and that crashed. I ended up losing about 40 bucks before i even noticed that out of the 7 times i tried to cancel the subscription, none of them worked. Genuinely if you want to cast to your Hisense tv, find another way. I’m genuinely very doubtful that Hisense actually made this app, it’s incredibly scammy
No go w/ Hilton
It’s used in Hilton Hotels to connect to TV it won’t work unless you subscribe to their service!!! As we checked out another couple complained to front desk on misleading info and we are sending info to corporate as well!!!
