These games are getting beyond ridiculous with wanting money to play. I shouldn’t have to spend $30 just to beat a few levels. Definitely will be deleting. Don’t waste your time!

No forced ads. At first
I wanted a game that didn’t have forced ads. I’m ok with optional ads for things like extra lives. This game was great… until about level 150. Then ads in between every round. I get it. Ads help keep the light on. Just don’t do a bait and switch.

The cost to buy things increased by over 100 coins. The cost of buying 3 extra spaces used to be 226, now it is 350. I would spend money occasionally, but when apps get greedy like this, I am not buying anymore. In most cases, I delete them, and will most likely be doing that with this one now.

Way better before the update. Left at level 447 because the update ruined the game.

Impossible to progress!!
I downloaded this game as a way to get points on my Fetch app & MY GOD it’s nearly impossible to progress in it!! I’m only on level 73! And I got stuck on 72 months ago & stopped playing the game so I opened it up today and played and finally passed that and now I’m stuck on 73! I swear it’s just begging me to buy something & I refuse to! For one thing it’s VERY expensive!! In most games you progress through the first 50-100 levels fairly quickly as that’s when the games introduce different boosters & whatnot. But this game got really hard really fast!! If you can afford to buy boosters the hammer is a good one to have. It’s really the best one to help you beat a level! I wouldn’t even suggest downloading this game. Another thing that doesn’t matter but bugs me is the graphics. It looks like a game on an old flip phone!

I downloaded Screw Jam with a promotional offer through the app "TopSurveys", played the game, and made in app purchases to receive credit for an offer. Now TopSurveys is not allowing me to cash out my money earned. DO NOT TRUST SCREW JAM!

Too hard to advance
The increase is n the # of coins needed to purchase the power ups make it no longer worth playing. I'll give it another week to see if they drop the price but then I will delete it.

Raising prices while lowering coins and upgrades has ruined this game. Greedy people

Liked it until they raised the price of the power ups. Hard enough to get gold in game to buy them, now they’re more expensive? Already time wasted with ads and now they want to force us to spend real money to pass levels. Isn’t revenue from the incessant ads enough?
Customer support is the worst
The take days to respond in the chat and ask the same questions over and over again. There is no “support” offered by the customer support. Allistar is not helpful.
They’re testing our tolerance
I asked support why once again boosts were significantly more ($350 instead of $225) and them giving us 2 skeeballs per level instead of 3.

AD DISHONESTY
I love this game, I really do. Right now it’s in my top 5. But sometimes you need to go through three ads before you get credit for one ad and if it’s a particularly obnoxious ad like Royal Match you’re looking at a minimum of six minutes of not being able to use your phone at ALL for ANYTHING. This is ridiculous. If you want people to watch three extremely long ads, just say so so we can at least make an informed decision.
Otherwise five stars. I love this game. I’m just freshly mad because of the Royal Match ads in a row I just sat through.

Stuck
Stuck on lvl 110. Not enough screws to fill the last red tool box. No support to help fix the issue.
Begging for money
I opened the app and was given, I kid you not, 12 pop ups about spending money. Immediately closed and deleted it. No thank you.
Not like the ads
The ad for this game that I played on another app was a 3D house. This is not what the app is like at all. It’s two dimensional and the graphics are way worse.
Several colors are hard to quickly differentiate
I have perfect vision, so I got frustrated with differentiating yellow from orange and dark purple from blue. There are too many other games to play.

I can’t even play through one level without getting an AD literally every single time you complete a level. It’s ridiculous. Even when you click the regular 10 coin slot, you still get an AD!!

This is an ok game, but I have uninstalled it due to the overreach on tracking my personal data. The game tracks data about you across websites and apps that have nothing to do with this game. It’s a privacy invasion.
The game has been made harder
I looked at a someone play level 163 there was a piece that swung. Which makes it possible to continue. It no longer swings. So they have made it to where you have buy your way out. Annoying!

Typical of a “free” game. Every button leads to an ad before getting you where you were going. I spent more time closing the ads than playing this game.

No way should a game like this have “lives”, this ain’t Mario. Quite a few of these levels are near impossible to complete without purchasing or watching many many ads to get the boosts that are the only method of passing those certain stages. Avoid unless u like torture

Game was going great until level 180. There’s no way possible to complete it it’s like there’s a missing piece for the first play. Regardless of how many boosters or whatever you use there’s no piece the fill the 3rd spot! Very disappointing and the worst app support, basically none actually! Most definitely a waste of time!
Went downhill fast
Paid for no ads, that became a joke. Now with its new update, it tripled the cost of coins to purchase ‘help’. The crazy thing is you virtually cannot earn enough coins. The most you can earn by watching an ad is 30 coins. It now costs 1000 coins just to purchase three hammers. There have been no coin adjustments made in order to properly match up with the triple increase. That’s just a sign it’s time to delete this game. Don’t waste your money.

Spent a lo of money on this game, including buying no ads, but I found myself watching ads all the time. It only lets you run an ad once every hour and only allows you to do that about four times per day. However, this game started glitching and wouldn’t allow the option to watch an ad to gain a booster or free coins. I contacted Support, no one bothered to answer me. If the manufacturers don’t care that I lost hundreds of dollars and I’m no longer willing to play this game, then in the trash it goes.
Ok game but disappointing support so far
Tried contacting through in app support but it’s been connecting me to someone for the last 24 hours. Got charged for an in app purchase but it said the purchase failed and didn’t give me the actual purchase despite still charging me. Also - the ads are much better than the actual game so far

two problems. this game doesn't have three dimensional buildings like the ads. the other that when you complete level 14, the game sits there like it isn't finished. close/reopen app did not fix. rebooting did not fix. delete/reinstall app did not fix. tried intentionally failing - and hit a paywall. maybe you HAVE to pay real money to pass this level. edit: i enjoy playing with broken software to see how far i can get. i feel this was really rushed to production. i dont recommend purchasing the paid cheats, as they have the same bugs as the rest of the app.
Cannot get refund for duplicate purchases
I’ve tried to receive a refund or credit for duplicate charges on purchases with no help from Rollic. Their customer support option leaves you on read and doesn’t answer!

This game’s ads aren’t even accurate. It was advertised as a 3d game, when the game is actually 2d. And it’s easy to get soft locked unless you actually spend money!
