You know how the ads say this game isn’t like the other merge game with the freezing woman and child? This game is EXACTLY like that game! The storyline is the ONLY thing that’s different. Deleted within 10 minutes.

It’s a fun game initially but really quickly requires purchases to be able to actually make progress. Some of the merges are almost impossible to make. Have used almost 2000 energy over the course of 2 days and still am not given the pieces needed. Even though I’ve spent some $$ on this game, will be deleting it due to this.
New update is awful
If it continues as it is now, I’ll likely delete the game. It shouldn’t take 250+ energy to try to make 1 item.
Editing to add a response to the developer: I’ve addressed the problem right here. As the game developer, you know what changes were made with your latest update. There is no need for screenshots nor more discussion unless you change it back to what it was. I’m using up my diamonds, then I’ll be deleting the game.

don’t believe the ads
Ad I downloaded from said you would receive a $100 game pack. game is always free. constant options to pay to play and no $100 game pack. then when you try to contact support, you can’t proceed without a screenshot. who screenshots ads?
Please fix.
Recently an update was added where it added more to the first aid kits, making it harder to get items and added more items instead of keeping it simple. Please change it the way it used to be.

This game has been my hyper-fixation for a few months now. I play it as a mindless way to pass the time and unwind. However, the new update is terrible. If you want to make newer items have more levels to complete, that’s your prerogative but don’t change existing items to make them harder to upgrade. That doesn’t make it more fun, at least not for pre-existing players. I’ve already spent a ridiculous amount of money playing this game and this new “development” is unbelievably frustrating. If this update is not reversed, I will be uninstalling the app.

Более того, несколько уровней измерили и усложнили, ставишь x4, они выдают с уровня x1)) В общем, интересно, но сильно разочарована, рекомендовать не буду! До тех пор пока люди будут вносить в эту игру деньги, разработчики, к сожалению, ничего менять не станут.
More Merge Items / Harder to fill orders
I was already getting bored with this game because how many Energy Bolts needed to fill an order. The newest update added 2 more merge items on many items, making it even more difficult to fill an order....yawn. I think I'm done.
Another lying ad
I downloaded this game through an app in a different game. That ad said you would get $100 in game gift pack upon joining. I never got it so I contacted customer service and I even had a picture of the ad and what it promised and they’re saying that it just meant the rewards you get for moving up in levels. That’s absolutely not what the ad said and they’re just another merge game lying in their ads and offering rewards that they actually never give. I’m sure they’ll reply to this was please contact our customer service, but I already did that. They’re liars don’t support them.
RIGGED to get more money out of players
For almost two weeks I’ve been trying to put together a level four framed picture to complete the 12th order in a set.
These come from the cakes you build. Highest level cake produces flower bouquets OR Framed Pics.
All I get is flowers. I filled out the help section within the game and all you get is some blanket statement that does not address the specifics.
I recommend the App Store remove this game.

The ads advertise a completely different game than the one downloaded.
False advertising
I ended up deleting the game due to all of the ads that either completely misrepresent the game, lie about gift-giving, etc.
This game is super fun to start, & I’ve enjoyed the story so far; however, I’m at a point in the game where some of the generators cost 6 energy just to generate one item, then those items need to be merged at least 8 times, meaning I don’t make any progress for days or even weeks sometimes. Please stop making item generators that require 6 energy just to get one item out of them. It’s frustrating & makes me want to give up on the game entirely. I understand you want people to spend gems & money, but the level of frustration trying to get a bouquet of roses has made me want to delete the game, not give you my money.

Was fun but energy replenishes Too slow
It’s takes so much energy to complete the orders… the energy replenishes way too slow…. It’s not even worth buying the energy because the items require so much energy to fulfill the order… Outside of that I enjoy playing this game. For me, it’s to expensive to continue to play and really no fun moving at a snail pace waiting for energy to replenish. In the beginning I was spending money on energy and rubies. I’m not going to spend $10 just to play this game for 10 minutes…. It’s not worth it. Developers should stop being so greedy. As I write this review I’ve decided to uninstall this game. Writing out my grievances has helped me realize it’s just not worth it…. Thanks for ruining a fun game by being so greedy….
Scam
I played this game for a while and eventually deleted it. About 15 days after deleting the app, I started getting charged for in-app purchases that I never made. I contacted Apple Support, but they were not helpful in resolving the issue. Based on my experience, this feels very misleading and concerning. I would be extremely cautious before downloading or spending money on this game.

Too addicting
This game is too addicting. I found myself in a pit with debt of over 200$ which resulted in my spending being turned off. This games convinced to buy a bit of gems over 20 times. I’m convinced it’s hypnotizing. This game was so distracting I found myself playing it when my Apush teacher was giving lectures.
Not playable after some time
This game is not playable meaning you cannot even complete one order after awhile. The way to get the items requested take sometimes 3 steps which are not clear at all for some. After having this game for over 3 years, I am deleting it. Talked to support, and they pigeonhole you there even though they read the message.

knows when you’re winning
game doesn’t let you win an event by any means necessary. Won’t produce the item needed until you’re out of energy. Having to go through over 2000 energy and still not getting done with an event is crazy since you can’t even get energy easily. I like the game but don’t know how much longer I’ll put up with the unfairness.
Annoying Woke Background Story
Fun at first but gets repetitive without progression. The only thing that progresses is the woke storyline in the background which you can ignore by tapping the OK button at the bottom.

This game used to be achievable and fun without the need to constantly buy more energy. With the updates, they added more items in existing production pieces that result in having to use more energy to achieve the same items you could access before. But the wait time to generate more energy didn’t get reduced. So you are waiting just as long and spending more energy. It’s disheartening to play a game, use your energy levels, and achieve none of the goals. A game should be achievable and fun, not a drain.

So much energy is needed
I love merge games and have played so many but it’s insane the amount of energy needed for items. I just had 77 energy and couldn’t even complete a lifeguard tower. You need so much to build the tower and it doesn’t spit out much and so many of the items come from that tower and it takes hundreds of energy to complete one task from that generator. I usually spend $ to buy energy but it’s not worth it for this game. Probably going to delete. Otherwise it would be so fun

I want to play the game that is in the ad. Where do I find that? The game is completely different
