Was fun but energy replenishes Too slow
It’s takes so much energy to complete the orders… the energy replenishes way too slow…. It’s not even worth buying the energy because the items require so much energy to fulfill the order… Outside of that I enjoy playing this game. For me, it’s to expensive to continue to play and really no fun moving at a snail pace waiting for energy to replenish. In the beginning I was spending money on energy and rubies. I’m not going to spend $10 just to play this game for 10 minutes…. It’s not worth it. Developers should stop being so greedy. As I write this review I’ve decided to uninstall this game. Writing out my grievances has helped me realize it’s just not worth it…. Thanks for ruining a fun game by being so greedy….
Scam
I played this game for a while and eventually deleted it. About 15 days after deleting the app, I started getting charged for in-app purchases that I never made. I contacted Apple Support, but they were not helpful in resolving the issue. Based on my experience, this feels very misleading and concerning. I would be extremely cautious before downloading or spending money on this game.

Too addicting
This game is too addicting. I found myself in a pit with debt of over 200$ which resulted in my spending being turned off. This games convinced to buy a bit of gems over 20 times. I’m convinced it’s hypnotizing. This game was so distracting I found myself playing it when my Apush teacher was giving lectures.
Not playable after some time
This game is not playable meaning you cannot even complete one order after awhile. The way to get the items requested take sometimes 3 steps which are not clear at all for some. After having this game for over 3 years, I am deleting it. Talked to support, and they pigeonhole you there even though they read the message.
Can’t go further without buying a package

Im done spending hundreds of energy points to never get the piece needed. It was fun but the high level secondary items with no progress is not enjoyable.
Don’t waste your money!
You can’t get any satisfaction playing this game unless you spend exorbitant amounts of money. The price of everything goes up the more you purchase and the purchases options become limited to higher priced packages. Some events are impossible to win even if you spend an extra forty dollars trying. Playtime is extremely short even with purchases of extra energy. Energy drains very quickly. Looking for a better option now.
Why?
You NEVER get to help the Mother and daughter. You do everything else but that. Only reason I tried playing it.

I’ve spent several gems but not many to finish a few customers request but the game won’t award me the oranges that I spent gems on after trying to contact customer service for help I just get an AI bot

Energy runs out so quickly and takes ridiculously long to replenish. If you want extended play, forces you to buy energy packs and unlock additional energy passes. Enjoy the game but I’ve spent too much money on what is ultimately nonsense.

I found this game by a happy accident and continued playing because it’s cute.
However the last content update added so many additional merges and the gameplay doesn’t recognize me using 4x the energy, it has become a lot more irritating. Merges that took 4 levels to get to max now have 8 -10 levels so they take even more energy and energy refill starts at 20 gems not 10! I was even more irritated because the items I had on the board were downgraded when the update happened, there was no acknowledgment of the content update nor any kind of “credit” energy or gems for what was downgraded-it just was a push of a button.

Today I uninstalled this game, I really love playing this game and played it for almost a year without ever purchasing anything. I decided to put my card on and started to purchase gems, but noticed I was being charged for purchases that I did not make or when I was not playing the game. It’s not worth it to play any game if it’s creators are going to steal your money.

Needs more updates!!
I love playing but waiting weeks for one new building is ridiculous. You guys need to bring more than one new building each time. Also when I’m waiting for an update, all the orders don’t include building parts to stack so I get no tools to accumulate in the meantime. I’ve spent hundreds of real dollars possibly over thousands to play this game and you guys can’t keep up with me. Please create more buildings faster.
Short play game
This game is a VERY short play game as your energy maxes out at 100 & once you reach levels in the mid to late 20s you burn through it in under 5min, without really accomplishing much. You miss out on events because what you need to merge to even think about being competitive requires more then the tiny bit of energy they give you. Yes you can merge energy in game but again that too takes forever to do & & even if you do you burn through it so fast before you even get 1/2 way to what you need. If you enjoy a snails pace slow game where progress takes forever & game play is less then 5 min then this game is for you. If not then pass it by as it causes more frustration then relaxation.
Used to be my favorite
I was so obsessed with this game! I would never drop my phone and I was constantly opening this game. I loved that it was easy to open new places and the items to merged change so it never gets dull! Unfortunately nowadays it’s so frustrating because for some reason it only asked for high merge items now. Everyone wants the items that take 400-600 energy… and unless you’re willing to throw your life savings into this game, it’s just not worth anymore. It takes me 3-4 days to complete one order.. then I get to do it all over again, yay! Im willing to spend money here and there but this is way too much. I’m extremely sad because this was my favorite mobile game!

i love a good merge game but holy cow the pop ups when you open the game. there’s like 15. i deleted it because of this.
Happy until now
Loved this app until now. I have been stuck on the computer chip card for over 2 weeks because they will only give you so many numbers and then you have to wait until it recharges itself, sometimes over an hour. If you have to have an impossible hard item to get at least have some other items that you can get while your working on the rare one. I have even bought missing numbers and still not even close to achieving the computer chip.
Fun game but very cleverly designed to induce lots of in game purchases
I really enjoyed playing this game but had to delete it because I got sucked into spending serious money and time on it. The first week or so was great for getting rewards and playing more, but as time went on, the old you have to play to win and pay to play started. If the developers want to keep people playing, they should allow coins to be used to purchase energy to play- they now can only be used to build, and I had well over a million by the time I deleted the game (using maybe 20-30 thousand per building session…).
Rigged Rewards
It’s a great game, but I don’t like that when there are bonus spins, it’s always rigged so that you only win the same reward of 25 life points. It never fails. You never win anything more than that.
Give it a rest
After I’ve hit level 100, I am pretty sure I understand how the purchase items are. It’s so annoying getting waked through the upgrades every week. Almost worth deleting the app.
Upset!!!
Been playing this game for over a year now and I’ve always loved it! Never had much of an issue with anything, I don’t spend any money just save up my gems and play with whatever energy I earn, and I’m actually very invested in the stories. With that being said, I really don’t like this new toolbox update!!! I really enjoyed actually merging the tools and getting to see for myself how close I am to the next, rather than just gaining a “percentage.” Petition to put it back to the way it’s always been!! :(
