Awful App
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used
Not user friendly
It’s annoying to have to log into the app for you card. Not sure why I cannot add it to wallet like other businesses that you have a card for. Can’t use a thumb print to log into. That’s okay. I have no problem holding up the line during the summer.

Currently I can’t even log in to the app. Works fine in a web browser but the app just keeps saying error. I know my username & password is correct because like I said, web browser is fine.
Map & directions interface is terrible. It doesn’t tell you North or south or keep it heads up so you have to spin your phone to figure out landmarks. Directions don’t work in real time so you’re going in circles constantly. This could be so much better but it’s like a child made it.

Incredibly slow :(
The app is so incredibly slow and laggy its virtually impossible to do anything but look at the map:(, cant order food, takes 30 min to purchase tickets. Do not use this at the theme park on San Diego, it will completely stress you out :(
Dissatisfied
I downloaded this to help my family and i navigate and find the tides with the shortest wait time but to our surprise when we were go to these “5 minute waits” the real sign would say “45 minute wait”. I love sea world but please fix this issue and update the navigation system, there were so many paths that I was taken around and instead of an easier, faster way.

Yes, my pass is valid as I got it at your Orlando location. Every time I try it says it’s attached to a different profile, but that’s impossible because it’s a brand new pass! So can you fix your app so I can add my pass? That’d be great

Does work
I can’t sign in. I can’t create a new account. I can’t use this app at all during my visit to the park. It’s a real hassle given there are no papers maps anymore. Worst experience possible in a connected age.
App shows wrong park location
Desktop login works fine but I’m not bringing my giant computer to the park and the app only shows SeaWorld Orlando! There is no menu option to change location, and tapping the Orlando park name at the top just refreshes back to Orlando. I deleted app and reloaded it: same problem. :-(
Can’t even login
I’ve noticed this is a CONSISTENT complaint in the reviews, and so I’m disappointed that the developers have done absolutely nothing to resolve a longstanding issue. I can’t even login to my account to view my pass, which is- at BARE MINIMUM- a basic expectation of the app. Thankfully I’m a teacher, because I wouldn’t spend my own money at this park with this kind of poor experience.

Unable to even log into the app. Gives me a Login Error every time. Tried everything including changing my password and it still won’t let me login to the app. I have no issues logging into the website, so you would think that using the same credentials would work.

2026 new pass
My new 2026 pass won’t link to my app. Error states my email is already in use. I reported this issue through chat/email, no response back. Then in park to Guest Services at the front and pass member lounge. Helpful but no results. Then called helpful but it didn’t work after 72 hours. Please correct issue. 31792

Not accurate show times. All shows showed up as - “no shows today” Made us walk unnecessarily all around park without any planning.

Animals are suffering in small confined concrete prisons
This company makes profit off of the life of these poor animals, who won’t see freedom in their life. Imagine you being confined in a concrete prison and animals watch you, eat snacks and you just perform what they order you to. And if you don’t comply, they deprive you of food and sometimes punish you.
San Diego waiting times are completely wrong
Don’t use the app to plan your day, the waiting times in queue are always wrong. I waited in line for 2:30 minutes and the app showed 5 minutes. The map is also very confusing. We wasted a lot of time running in circles because of this confusing app.

Longer wait times
The app lies about wait times. Everything says it’s a 20 minute wait, but you walk up and the sign says it’s actually a 65 minute wait. Sometimes there’s no sign at all and you don’t know how long the wait is until you’re 45 minutes in and realize you’re only halfway through. This park would be 10x better if the app told you the real wait times
Auto renewal is a scam
They had made it unbelievably difficult. You even had to pay in full in order to submit a request to cancel your renewal. Ridiculous.
Pedestrian Wayfinding
Pedestrian experience is lacking facilities for pedestrian to stop in shade in a resting & comfortable environment.

I got the SeaWorld app in the hope that I might use it to navigate the park when I visit. The app looked like the perfect thing to have for visiting the place. However, the app required an account, so I didn’t even get to use it. Please make it usable without an account so everyone can enjoy it.

Have tried everything I could to get my passes and purchases to show on the app but nothing works. It only shows passes from 5 years ago.

The map system
I would not recommend the map system as I found it confusing and it often mislead me causing me to ask a worker for directions. I would not recommend downloading it as gps, but just for upcoming events and more.
Horrible App
When opening the map it doesn’t show live directions and on top. For directions it doesn’t show the direction your phone is pointing to. So you have guess.
Also the timetable of show is not available easily in the app.

This app has a good map but the wait times are never accurate. It always says 0 minute wait time or does not give one at all. It’s only good for keeping your tickets and passes and selling you upgrades. Super frustrating to use.
Wait Times are ALWAYS wrong
Shows times and map are accurate, however the ride wait times are notoriously incorrect. And not just by a few minutes, if it says “10 minutes” the true wait time could be 40 minutes. Instead of 25 minutes the true wait will be 90 minutes. Sometimes the app will says ride is a 5 minute wait, only to walk there and find out the ride closed over an hour prior. It feels like a basic theme park app requirement, however they fail miserably at this.
Safety feature
I was looking all over the app and there needs to be a safety feature in case your child is lost and gets separated from your family. There should be a feature that alerts park members on their personal apps and immediately alerts the attendants at the front of the park to be on the lookout. If something happened who would we tell? A teenager working at one of the stands? This would be a great feature to have and I believe make family’s feel more secure especially with the uprise in human trafficking.
Vacation
My sister and I came for vacation yet we only got to see the sea lions show; which was awesome! And the Elmo parade..
By the time we went to get on the rides the were closed due to rain. Yes it rained then after the rain 15min went by and nothing wasted time all the way.. End of August is definitely not the time to come to Sea world :/
