Disappointing Experience
I had a frustrating experience with this app. The service did not work as expected, and I encountered issues with reliability and performance. Customer support was not very helpful in resolving my concerns. For the price, I expected a much better experience. I hope the developers address these issues in future updates.

It doesn’t ring when you call anyone or anything. The second phone number sucks.

I was looking for a second phone number for my business. I paid for a year’s subscription then learned that I would also need to pay for credits too, making any volume of use too expensive. So, I won’t be attaching the second number to my business and will be searching for an alternative service. The number I selected apparently saw a lot of use. So I’m burning through a lot of credits for text messages I don’t want - two credits per each text message. It is a poor business model.

Do not use this app if you value your privacy. They track and monitor everything and will suspend or block your account if they determine you violated their extremely subjective terms of service. Horrible customer service, horrible reception and coverage, and a complete ripoff.

Bad app all around. Makes you buy it before you can try it. The voicemail is a joke and I don’t trust their terms and services. I got this for my business as I did not want to give out my personal cell to clients. Waste of time and money. Junk

The plan shows $69.99 for a one year subscription. The app charged me $98.48 with no explanation for the over charge.
They will ban you for next to nothing.

This App is useless. No matter how many credits you buy it won’t let you make phone calls. I’ve tried everything, I even bought the most preferred credit package and still nothing.

This app is a scam. The scam is that you cannot access the before you subscribe. But before you subscribe, we are not told that even after that subscription fee, you will keep getting charged. Those charges are hidden. I paid a $65 subscription for one year only to discover that I had 700 credit credits, (each credit= one cent), to call or text. The app charges two cents for each text message you sent or receive, and each call you make or receive.
You have no control over spam callers texting and calling you, and you're charged for all of those cals and texts. The app does not have a block feature to block unwanted calls/meseages. So you just keep being charged until those credits run out I’ll have to buy more credits, even though you’ve paid for a subscription.

Not free as advertised
Advertised as “100% free” but you have to choose an annual or monthly plan. False advertising! Don’t waste my time.
Not helpful to my small business
I started my small business, and I got this app to help with phone calls an text messages. The app has been hard to use, setting up my custom voicemail was a joke potential customer don’t even hear it. The fact that I have to pay for credits to access my voicemail is absurd. I have have used up so many credits and still can not get my voicemails, I’m a new business owner with a limited budget. This app does not help me at all. I still have text messages and voicemails that I can not access. . There is no Helpdesk email. It is just in all around bad app. I do not recommend this app for some small businesses starting out it’ll make you look unprofessional

False advertisement
This app assured me a three day trial period I just signed up yesterday and I woke up today and it would not allow me to use the number. I was forced to pay 999 to be able to continue to use it during the three day trial period so once this week is up, I will not be renewing my services because of the false advertisement.

I tried to cancel my subscription and it still tried to bill me for a month after the free 3 days and I didn’t have the money so know my Apple account won’t let me download anything because it says there’s a problem with the billing info because it keeps trying to take it out my account
