Not helpful to my small business
I started my small business, and I got this app to help with phone calls an text messages. The app has been hard to use, setting up my custom voicemail was a joke potential customer don’t even hear it. The fact that I have to pay for credits to access my voicemail is absurd. I have have used up so many credits and still can not get my voicemails, I’m a new business owner with a limited budget. This app does not help me at all. I still have text messages and voicemails that I can not access. . There is no Helpdesk email. It is just in all around bad app. I do not recommend this app for some small businesses starting out it’ll make you look unprofessional

False advertisement
This app assured me a three day trial period I just signed up yesterday and I woke up today and it would not allow me to use the number. I was forced to pay 999 to be able to continue to use it during the three day trial period so once this week is up, I will not be renewing my services because of the false advertisement.

This app requires $8 a month subscription and limits 95% of what you send. Things like where are you located. Flagged. What time are you available. Flagged . Worst app I ever used period

During my free trial, someone else was able to use an account linked to the phone number that I had selected! How was this possible? Some apps won’t accept this app’s phone numbers when making an account.

It does not work to use as a business second line, dont waist your money. Tech support doesnt even receive or reacch out, if you are running a business its a waste of time and money. Stay away

I do not recommend this app at all. You can’t even text common phrases without the app blocking you or thinking the text is suspicious. If I’m paying for an app I should send what I please and having an app tracking what I send and blocking my account after I paid is not cool. Do not recommend at all.

This app used to work fine. Now no matter what I do I can’t add a number. There is no option to pick for country code and even if you bypass that during set up non of the options to add a number will work once clicked.

Total scam and Apple won’t refund even after providing picture proof of The number I got when trying to update my WhatsApp biz, was not a valid US mobile number. I tried to reach out to their support providing same proof but when I went to submit it wouldn’t. I tried many times. So I tried to request a refund through Apple. Even with the photos showing that this was not a valid number they denied my refund requests. This is an app that Apple approved by having it available to purchase and I now feel it’s apples fault for allowing this app to be in their App Store. I submitted refund request same day and gave all the pic s of proof showing it’s not a working app and I feel if I don’t say anything that this will keep happening to others because Apple allowed an app that doesn’t work to be available. So now Apple just scammed me and I feel like they stole from me by not taking responsibility for this fraud app. Don’t purchase! Please! I’m trying to make it so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I wanted to use this mainly for signing up for things so I could DND the calls and texts but it doesn’t work. My phone still rings constantly and I have to use my own phones dnd so nothing comes through.
Always an issue
I use this app so I don’t have to use my personal number for clients. There is constantly an issue with this app, like when I try and list a time or send a group message to clients and it blocks my account because it thinks my messages are scams. Or when I receive messages notifications they don’t appear when I open them. I have to delete the app and reinstall it just to reset it so that it works, and the customer support is a waste of time. Highly do not recommend this app and would suggest going elsewhere.
