Failed at time of need
I’ve used this app a couple times it has a use. It doesn’t store the numbers you called with. It doesn’t always ring when someone calls the number. But worse off today, I resubscribed to use a seperate number for a particular business. on the very first day of the subscription I receive a message when open the app saying that I’m unable to use it even though I just subscribed again.
Don’t waste your time
I’ve had the number for one week. It has been suspended two times for what it says is suspicious activity yet. I’m just using it as a second number for my business with no spam or excessive outgoing calls. Customer service is literally nonexistent. If you want an answer right away it takes 2 to 3 days to get a response from them don’t waste your time it’s not worth the aggravation
Pretty scammy
I don’t know why I have to give my personal information for an app like this? Every other phone number app I have used does not ask for things like this. Also it’ll allow you to pay before even checking if you can use the number. They just care about you getting a free trial, it not working, then they hope you forget to cancel it so they can steal ur money TOTAL SCAM ALSO LOOK AT THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THEY ARE ALL FAKE HOW DOES APPLE ALLOW APPS LIKE THIS ON THEIR STORE?

I got a free trial. I canceled the free trial before I was supposed to be charged before it expired a few days later mind you the subscription is not expired yet and is canceled. They charge me anyway and Apple will not refund you. Do not download this app do not get the free subscription they will charge you. I’ve been scammed and I can’t get my money back

SCAM COMPANY
There was a nasty storm that blew through SE PA, and my companies phone lines were down. I work for a trucking logistics company, and needed to schedule deliveries to our clients (mainly universities and hospitals). After one phone call to schedule the delivery of some lab equipment, my number was blocked and my account suspended. In my confusion, I reached out to customer support who informed me that “As per the update received from the carrier, some inappropriate conversations took place from your number”. I made ONE call, and it was for a legit business purpose. They further went on to say “As for now carrier has blocked the number, but we will try again in a few days and seek their guidance and resolution. The chances are low for any kind of resolution”. I literally started cracking up laughing at how ridiculous their “carriers” screening process is for calls. Luckily I had signed up for the free trial, no money lost. However I spent time creating my profile for my temp business number, just to have my time wasted. Luckily we got a new phone system installed the day after this happened, so I am no longer in need of a second number. This company is HOT GARBAGE, as is their app. Please do not use this app or give them your personal information, I have a suspicion that this is just a data mining operation.

They will sell you a USELESS subscription NUMBER for 6.99USD/month, that is not acceptable by ANY social media registering or activation, Apps like WHATSAPP TWITTER…etc WILL REFUSE THE NUMBER. Then the real SCAM is if you want to change the number you pay EXTRA 15USD. Which is MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL 6.99 subscription for USELESS number that CAN NOT BE USED FOR SOCIAL MEDIA REGISTRATION. Changing the number will cost more than purchasing A New number!!!🤔 (obviously SCAM TACTICS). The funny thing is even if you fell into the trap and paid EXTRA 15 USD to try another number there is no guarantee the changed number will be acceptable by reputable social media like WhatsApp. I requested REFUND. I don’t intend to (will not) contact you by email. However if you want to fix it here is the last 4 digits of the USELESS Number I purchased TODAY and subscribed to. before an hour Dallas **8879 which is enough data for you to Fix if you want. I will NOT CONTACT support email. This review is enough waste of my time.
Number got canceled out of nowhere
I was using the app and it was working fine and all of the sudden it stopped working and now it says my number can’t be used anymore and I can’t use the service again. Even though I paid for a year subscription. Do not buy!!!!

dont waste your money
Been using this app for several years with no issue, then suddenly they prohibit me from using it. No reason provided, no explanation given… I have been using it the same way for years. Paid subscription of course. Also they do randomly change or lose your number from time to time. I tolerated it, but after this latest fiasco, I recommended you don’t waste your money. 👎🏼

First of all, if you’re offered a free trial, don’t take it. They charge your card anyway and nothing is free. Second of all, the app doesn’t even work. Tested it multiple times and whatever messages you send with this app, don’t actually make it to the other persons phone. Now if they texted the 2nd number, you’ll get the text, but they won’t get the ones you send. scam

Forces 'account management'
I've been using this app for awhile- paid for the 1 year service. Now it requires me to sign in with Google or Apple for 'account management'? Seriously? What an invasion of privacy. Too bad I already subscribed.
Very buggy
This is my first app review ever in all the years I own a smartphone. The apl worked fine, at first. Now the app doesn’t ring when I get a call and immediately crashes when I try to play a voicemail. I rebooted, I deleted and reinstalled the app, I reached out to tech support. All efforts were futile. The app does not work properly. It could have been great but skip it and try another one.

WAY overpriced. 15$ to change the number after paying 10$ a month? I’ve seen way cheaper on other apps. Can’t even use this number to verify accounts. Hardly any features on the app.not worth the money at all.

They are scams and fraud!! They said 3 days free trial then 1 month for 9.99$ cancel free anytime!! I subscribed and found out later that they have immediately charged me 9.99$ without the free trial!
The worst app ever
They will let you make a few calls, no texts, but a few calls. Then, the app just loads…no calls can be made, it’s the biggest scam. What a waste.
Messages error
I don't find this second number interesting at all. It does not send messages regularly. I sent a messages to someone and it cane up on receivers phone with a link
