It almost always stops motion detection, and human detection after a certain time and I’m not changing the settings and I’m the only account user. Idk how to make it stop and it’s really annoying and probably has contributed to belongings being stolen from my porch, ex; a bike. it drains the battery more as well

My WiFi box is 10 feet away from the camera and its always losing connection. I also don’t like that I paid for the service and can not scroll back into feed.

This is the worse camera I had they charge you for everything, even for live feed when others don’t. Quality is horrible.
ABSOLUTE SCAM
Don’t buy this product because the app for it, is awful. The only way to see if the camera even works is to pay a subscription. The subscription prices do not reflect the price you pay and the “free 3 days trial,” is not a real trial. There is no way to contact support because no one will reply. The option to add a person to the account does not work and will force log you out. The only good I can actually say is that the camera and sound is decent quality. But what good is that when you cannot see or access it! In regards to storage and recording, it will not always record motion activity and it either records everything or a short portion of actual motion activity. It is FRUSTRATING
Customer Service is awful
I’ve had my doorbell cam since October. All was going well. I even had no problem paying the $29.99 for the subscription to be able to view recorded events. I overall had no complaints with the device. Then recently, I can’t review my recorded events. My subscription is still valid. They initially responded a couple times to my requests for assistance but just wanting proof from me that I have a subscription. I sent proof. Now, they won’t even respond even though I have sent numerous requests for updates. Very annoying and very scammy type behavior from this company.
Only doorbell works properly
Does not capture everything, only works when doorbell is rung. Motion detection is delayed if even captured at all sometimes.

My camera captures motion detection when it feels like literally had someone infront of my doorbell cam and motion detection recorded nothing I had only found that out looking at my blink camera I have point out my window , customer support sucks I was writing to them for days into weeks they responded a month later to apologize for delay in reply but never helped they are unprofessional and don’t respond in timely matter other than that doorbell works good but incase of an emergency where you need footage you can’t rely on this camera I suggest you get a blink camera which is what I am going to do
Rip off
Requiring a subscription to view my cameras despite my using SD cards to record. Low battery life makes this system useless. Bad buy.
Scam
You now have to have a monthly subscription to use the camera at all. This was not the case when purchased last year. The app is loaded with scammy ads that say your device has a virus and redirects you to the App Store. Stay far, far away from this company’s products.

The live view is forever delayed. It spins for about 15-30 seconds and whoever WAS at the door is gone. Recently it won’t load at all!! I’ve logged out, forced closed the app and all. Hate it.

Customer service never responds i need help with my subscription. For some reason it wont allow me to view my camera videos . Just stopped working and my sub isn't over until September yet it tells me to renew it . Need customer service and no one answers
Do Not Buy
I do not recommend this product. The battery only lasts a few days, the image quality is poor, and the camera does not record properly. The recording plan is also very expensive, and the recordings are not stored as advertised. Overall, I am very disappointed with this product and would not recommend buying it.

So I paid for a whOLE YEAR and now it’s telling me I have to upgrade again for it to work.

It’s ridiculous that you pay for these cameras and you’re not able to just view out of the cameras without having to buy a subscription. I have 10 of these cameras and I bought them because of the good quality that I think they are and I enjoy having them but now they’re pretty much useless to me because I have to buy a subscription pay $30 per camera just to be able to see out of them and that’s ridiculous and that’s a rip off i’ve had these cameras for several years and never had to buy subscription just to view out of them. I understand having a sub subscription for storage and recording and things like that but just to see out of them that’s a scam. And it’s highly disappointing.

I believe customer support on chat may be automated, as I’m not getting a helpful response. I am being charged for two separate subscriptions for the same app: one for cloud storage at $29.99 renewing in September, and another for cloud storage 4 at $28.99 renewing in February 2027.
I have reached out to support to understand why I’m being billed twice, but the only response I receive is that my subscription is active, without any further explanation. This has been very frustrating and unhelpful. Because of this experience, I’ve started looking into other companies that offer better customer service and clearer billing practices.

Charge life
This device does not maintain its functionality for an extended period and requires charges every two weeks.
Terrible
I have had my cameras for probably 11/2 yrs and I forgot to charge them and when I did now I have to pay for using the live view? No thanks. That was free when I bought them and it should be now. I’m throwing them away. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for cameras.
Subscription Required after Purchase
The requirement to see ANYTHING on the camera requires a monthly subscription. This was not clear at the time of purchase or for the first few months.
Wish I could return for refund
One of my worst purchases. You can literally stand five feet apart from the camera and it won’t pick up the motion. The subscription for live video is outrageous. If you can afford to add $50, $60 to get a better doorbell camera, do that! Don’t be cheap like me, you get what you pay for.

Unimpressed
I have 4 of these cameras and one doesn’t take a charge via usb c or by the solar panel integrated into the unit. One camera will not connect to the network I have 2.4ghz. The other two work fine however, you cannot use any of the features without paying for a subscription 🤬. Don’t waste your money unless you want to pay for being disappointed with these.
