This is the worst app ever I paid for a subscription and it won’t even show live feed for all devices it makes u pay for all devices separately even when u have a subscription for one device it don’t allow u to watch live feed it lags bad and just spends it stay stuck for days customer service sucks as well when u reach out they fix the live feed for about 10 mins then it’s back to not working don’t waste your time or money here I just ordered me a new device and I’m about to delete this app and never use it again

When I first got this, it was good. Then a month in the device started to become intermittent with the WiFi. It would work some days of the week & “device offline” for the rest of the week. Now after having it over year, the device is now always offline. I bring the device inside and it connects. The WiFi capabilities are weak on this device. I’ve paid for this app and get no response from the “support” team. I do not get full functionality with my device and I am extremely dissatisfied.
Refund issues disappointed
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I requested a refund, but the process has been frustrating and unclear from the start. The only way to get any support is through Apple, as there is no direct way to contact the company itself-no email or accessible customer service.
This makes resolving issues much more difficult and time-consuming. I’ve been unable to get clear answers or proper assistance regarding my refund. For a service that handles payments, I expected much better communication and support. I would not recommend this service based on how hard it is to resolve a simple issue

There’s a lot of better cameras out there

Potential to be great
Very affordable however There are too many adds and it loads entirely to darn slow if you could fix that this would be so much better. It shows a good picture but login is slow and the battery doesn’t stay charged long either. Also you can’t view anything unless you pay 29.99 That’s scammy I will report to bbb might as well by a ring camera what a waste of money.
Limited functionality
Does not record longer than a few seconds. Human detection box will turn of randomly leading to short videos although human is in view. No way to manually set recording time

This program is 100% a scam. They don’t let you use your own camera unless you pay them money. Even after you already linked your camera up and set up everything. Had this for months . Could view the camera just fine and the suddenly now I have to pay them a subscription to use the camera. Not record the camera. Not rewatch a recording saved onto their systems. But to just use the live camera. Scam, scam, scam!
Denied Refund - App Stopped Working After 2 Days
I paid $30 for a 6-month subscription, but the app only worked properly for about 2 days. During that time, it had multiple glitches-it didn’t capture all footage and would randomly stop recording.
By the 3rd day, it completely stopped working, even though I had already paid for a long-term subscription. I took screenshots and reported the issue, but no solution was provided and my refund request was denied.
Very disappointing experience. I paid for a service that didn’t function as advertised. Would not recommend until these issues are fixed.

Not good
I’ve had this camera for a little over a year and there has been several times the camera doesn’t record doesn’t pick up on movement and just stops working. It logs me out and I have to re log in and nothing is recorded of that day . There’s moments when it turns off and I have to reconnect it in order for it to work .

TERRIBLE customer service, camera hasn’t worked since I bought it. There’s no direct customer service line to reach. They offer a chat through the app; the response time is awful. The company actually offered to send me a working camera and gave me a fake tracking number.. Seriously, just pay a little extra and buy the name brand. This has been a total waste of time and money.

I paid for a year of service and had to change my email associated with my account. I did everything asked of me including showing a screenshot that I had paid for a year of service but they have still not fixed my service. It shows that it is recording yet I can’t access it because it says I don’t have a subscription and I do! Do not buy this service. You can only communicate in the app. They may or may not respond. There is no telephone number.
Hasn’t worked properly since I bought.
Have issues with recording and the human detection shutting off. It will record if doorbell button is pushed but not for the correct time of for very long. At least it wasn’t much to buy but yearly recording sub is not worth the total cost without getting the use of it.

Forced charges
I have had my camera over a year and it was fine. Until recently where it is now FORCING me to purchase a subscription to even have access to answer my ring camera. I’m not asking to record. So I don’t need icloud. Why the forced subscription all of a sudden?
Live view
I was loving the camera and app I was able to see live view outside my house up until yesterday when I had to update the app now I can’t see anything it’s saying pay for a subscription why on earth would y’all change that feature I already couldn’t press play or download to see when someone was at my door I was fine with that long as I could see outside. Man y’all just ruined that for me

This doorbell worked fine at first, but after a recent update, the company locked previously free features behind a subscription. That’s incredibly frustrating and feels misleading since those features were available when I bought it. Changing core functionality after purchase like this should not be allowed and raises serious legal and consumer rights concerns. Customers shouldn’t have to pay extra for features they already paid for. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
Poor quality
Unable to see activity. Only audio is working. When you change to portrait view , you can’t zoom in or out. Very bad product even with the membership. Would not recommend to anyone.

My cameras are overseas all I wanted to keep an eye on things back home, not look at a playback recording, but just to able to log in live I had to pay for 1 year subscription 😡longing in to see live should be free this is ridiculous.
Issue
Camera takes a very long time to pull up and to view the saving of clips it always goes to two days behind. Kind of pointless if you can’t see the now factor .
Zero customer service
I have a cloud subscription paid for through October which inexplicably stopped working. Customer service has an in-app chat which has never responded to me. There is no other way to contact this company. TOTAL RIPOFF.
Can’t veiw live
We should not have to subscribe just to be able to view our live feed on the camera we purchased, I understand for the other stuff. But as a mother that had to purchase outside cameras to help protect her children and family from a crazy person, going from not having to pay to view sucks and is not something that I can afford.
Pay to Watch
Amazon sells a cheap camera from aliexpress, has basic functions met so really cheap and cost effective, then app starts to pop up adds and charge for literally any function. You cannot use your camera as a camera. You have to PAY to look through your camera. Now it’s just a fancy doorbell.
