Very hard to advance

The Selling & Ads are to aggressive
The game sells, a lot. I can’t open the game without at least 8 “opportunities” all requiring the purchase of something. Along with that ads from other games take huge amounts of time away from game play. It’s become worse. I’ve played a long time but feel forced to delete the game. It’s no longer fun to play with the aggressive selling and adverts. Goodbye.
Going downhill
They over think the updates on everything and are making the general play of the game not user friendly. It went from great to dumpster worthy. How they update the general play with what they might assume would make it more enjoyable is just the opposite of the experience. It uses more memory and slows functionality. They lost it …. Look elsewhere. All they want you to do is spend as much money as possible for general play. Completely rigged so you have to spend money to play.

Price scamming
They charge different prices to people who try to support them. They have an advent calendar for $4.99 but if you’ve purchased items in the past, your calendar will cost $99.99. Total rip off.
Too expensive
This game is actually one of my favorites. It’s so beautifully illustrated and calming to play. However, over the years, the prices have drastically gone up and it’s nearly impossible to play the event location unless you play all day and really grind to get event passes . Some people have jobs and can’t simply play all day. There was a time when rubies and event passes were reasonably priced I’ve been playing for 13 years and can’t believe how bad the prices have gone up it makes me sad but I can’t continue playing this game and shame on you for drastically increasing your prices up like this.
Took my Money
I have been playing this for a long time. Just got offered a double red diamond offer, bought it, but it didn’t give me the red jewels I paid for. Might be timer to mover on.
Repetitive Searches
I’ve played the same scenes and searched for the same items more than I care to count. Moving on to another game.

This Game has a million ads so many ads you can’t even play the game don’t download the game.
Customer support sorely lacking!
I’ve been playing for years and overall enjoying it. You have to watch a LOT of really stupid, sometimes violent ads to get free stuff but whatever. Prices have skyrocketed lately but they still have some good deals, two of which I purchased. My game then froze and when it came back it was glitchy to say the least. Reached out to support on Facebook (my screen was frozen and couldn’t get to Mytona support.) A day later they reset my game losing all my progress from that day and my purchases. Received one purchase and some free event passes but still waiting for the other purchase to be restored. It’s the last straw! Save yourself money and headaches and find another game.
Game is a failure
Been enjoying this game then it comes on saying I have to do a task then tells me I can’t then freezes up so had to totally delete it after putting time and money in it
Not requested
This app downloaded its self to my iPad! I did not request nor did it even look for it! Would give a -5 because of it downloading without my permission!
Don’t bother to play
Some “teams” get free advantages, therefore it is not a fair or level playing field. They will try to get you to spend money to try to be competitive but when the foreign teams get it all for free - there is no way a U.S. team has a chance. I have been playing for years but have finally given up since they have refused to fix these unfair advantages.
Gives away object too quickly
I hate games that won’t let you search for more than a few seconds before it shows you where the object is.

Most invasive advertising ever
I’m here from Duolingo. This has come up as an ad on several occasions. After the 20th time of the x button failing to close the ad and instead open my App Store, I came here to just download it so I can make an honest review that it is a horrible advertisement and cannot be closed, you have to close the entire app it is playing on in order to continue.
Beware if making purchases in app
The game is OK. Guilds can be good. But - I just received a notice from Apple that I had purchased something in-game that is not even available at this point in their events. Mytona had to have initiated this charge. Mytona’s response was to provide a link for Apple and tell me I had to go through them (which I am doing). I reviewed my Apple account for the last few months and realized there were other concerning charges. There is no way to have a meaningful interaction with Mytona, and they certainly aren’t interested in fixing this or apologizing (free money for them, hassle for you).

I hate Haunted Lights + onslaught of ads
I’m not sure what matching lights have to do with words but here we are. The ads are extremely ridiculous. No phone game is worth paying actual money for be fr. Deleted.
Won’t load
After the last update the game will not load keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet. Yes I have shut things off and restarted and still no help. This was my favorite game now I have to find a new one.
Can’t open the game anymore.
Every time I try to go into the game, it tells me to check my internet connection. This has been going on for a few months now. There’s nothing wrong with my internet connection and this is the only game that says there is. Its frustrating. I’ve been playing this game for years and now that I can’t, I miss it. 😔

Not worth it you don’t spend money
This game is very hard to win without buying things . Also when you do quests they make it hard for you to collect your reward even when following prompts . Support will tell you you didn’t order correct items even though you follow all the prompts . It good for your memory but not to make good progress. Also it is hard to complete puzzles using card packs because the game won’t give you new cards unless you purchase them .. you’ll get petals and you can’t really use them to help you morre than 3 times .. yeh it’s kind of scammy

3x Ruby deal Vanished?
I used to see the “3X Ruby deal“ fairly regularly last year. Now I only see “2X Ruby deals” and am inclined to make fewer purchases. It’s beginning to feel more expensive and less fair.

I like the game but the tutorials need to be better!
Misleading
As much as I enjoy games using observational skills, this one is not truthful in its advertising. It is VERY stressful! You could search all day and never find what you are looking for if you don’t use clues. I enjoy trying to solve the storyline’s mystery, but you get so mired down in the puzzles and very little true sleuthing. I finally gave up after I realized just how much money I was pouring into this one game.
Tricky game and will cost money to enjoy :-(
I’m wondering why on the Treasure Chest mode in the rocket contest with the Gremlin … why don’t all my rockets count? If that’s the purpose of the contest. Or is it to provoke people to buy more currency?
Not enough energy to complete
While I like the colors and playing there is not enough energy to compete quests unless you buy a package
Think twice before getting
The game makers have long since struggled with originality, and now re-hash locations with few differences from older ones. Also, they resort to deliberate blurring and make items so tiny as to cause eye strain searching for them. Have played for many years but I have been thinking about quitting for the last year or so. It’s not as fun anymore.
