Too expensive
This game is actually one of my favorites. It’s so beautifully illustrated and calming to play. However, over the years, the prices have drastically gone up and it’s nearly impossible to play the event location unless you play all day and really grind to get event passes . Some people have jobs and can’t simply play all day. There was a time when rubies and event passes were reasonably priced I’ve been playing for 13 years and can’t believe how bad the prices have gone up it makes me sad but I can’t continue playing this game and shame on you for drastically increasing your prices up like this. Why are you making this so unaffordable ? 30 dollars for event passes.
Game loses progress
I have been playing this game for several years and have always loved it. But the last two locations events every time I play it lost my progress and lost any purchases I make. Reloaded game multiple times. Contacted customer service and they told me I need to send screenshots of each location and progress. How if progress is lost? I am deleting the game and it makes me so sad. I love this game.

Disappointed
This game will not load. It says “gathering evidence” with status bar not moving. Based on reviews this is a great game. I’d love to find out!
Done playing
Been playing the game for years and enjoyed it. The latest update, though, destroyed it. The game no longer loads. The couple of time I got it to go through, the game immediately crashed.

I installed the update and now, it acts like it's loading and then suddenly closes. I've tried multiple times.
Normally a 5, now a zero
Whatever they did with this latest update made this game unplayable. No matter how many times I try opening the game, it crashes and shuts down before it even opens. Highly annoyed.
Pop ups are insane!
I have literally never played a game that has so many pop ups. After you download the game, every single time you open the game to play, there are a TON of pop ups. I’ve downloaded many games in my life and none have had as many pop ups as this game. And the pop ups are all either asking you to spend money or notifying you of new games within the app. If I want to spend money, I know where to go in the app to choose to do so! If I want to play a game within the app, I know where to find it because they’re all displayed along the right side of the game! Stop with the pointless pop ups!!!!!!!!!!
New update crashes app
Can’t play, app crashes upon opening
What a shame,
I played this game a long time ago and just started it again. What a shock! It used to be a fun game. However, at this point in the game you cannot progress unless you spend money. The game asks you to spend money over and over again during game play and it’s quite annoying. It’s obvious that money is the only thing that matters to the developer.
Very hard to advance
Unless you pay to purchase additional coins regularly, it is very difficult to advance. I don’t mind purchasing from time to time, I consider it part of the cost to play some games, but I don’t like it when the developer forces me to.
The Selling & Ads are to aggressive
The game sells, a lot. I can’t open the game without at least 8 “opportunities” all requiring the purchase of something. Along with that ads from other games take huge amounts of time away from game play. It’s become worse. I’ve played a long time but feel forced to delete the game. It’s no longer fun to play with the aggressive selling and adverts. Goodbye.
Going downhill
They over think the updates on everything and are making the general play of the game not user friendly. It went from great to dumpster worthy. How they update the general play with what they might assume would make it more enjoyable is just the opposite of the experience. It uses more memory and slows functionality. They lost it …. Look elsewhere. All they want you to do is spend as much money as possible for general play. Completely rigged so you have to spend money to play.
Lost everything
After years I was encouraged to save progress of game. I signed in with Apple & lost EVERYTHING & could find no way to restore. Extremely frustrated with support
Price scamming
They charge different prices to people who try to support them. They have an advent calendar for $4.99 but if you’ve purchased items in the past, your calendar will cost $99.99. Total rip off.
Not senior friendly
Unreasonable time limits and too many updates
