It has been over a month since I have received a response for help with accessing my QB Self-Employed. I can not access the account to get the information that has been uploaded to complete my tax filing.

Heckling your customers until they rage review your app is not an effective strategy.
The app is fine. I would have given it 3 or 4 stars if it weren’t for that infuriating pop up request for an App Store review every single time you log a trip. So here you go, Self Employed, here is the review you have badgered me for relentlessly. 1 star for a cumbersome, aggravating, irritating pop up that slows me down and is overall just a pain in my *** every time I categorize a trip. In the spirit of actually providing useful feedback, the auto tracking of trips isn’t that great and usually misses about 1/3 of my drive. For the most part though, this app is decently okay. Does what I need it to. 3.5 of 5 stars.

Poor UX
Constant pops in your face to pay or leave review even before you can really see what’s app capable of. Failed to use my existing intuit account. Lack of automation for expenses.
Terrible! Customer service non existent
So I am unable to open up and view stored receipts I scanned in from last year (Nov and Dec 2025). When I click on them an empty jpg file opens with nothing on it.
Also no agents are responding to any of my questions in the app for 3 weeks! This is unacceptable!

I’m so mad because I have had the other self employed app and it kept glitching. I deleted it to redownload only to find out it was discontinued and now I have to get the new

This app intentionally makes itself look like the Quickbooks Self Employed app to trick you into downloading. Upon opening, it forces you to sign up for a $90 yearly subscription with a 3-day free trial in order to get into the app.
Do not fall for this. This app clearly is made to get your money. Make sure to cancel your subscription immediately if you accept it.

Terrible customer service
I cannot get my mileage reports for last year and I have an active subscription. No one answers and there is no customer service response ever. I am in a panic because I need the mileage report. 0 stars recommended.

Not intuit and not quickbooks. Don’t waste your money the image on the logo and coloring is misleading.

Sending invoices not as simple as it should be. In addition, they won’t let you cancel. It logs you out as soon as you try to cancel. Shady way to keep subscriber numbers up

Wont let me do anything without asking for a review. I don’t have another way to track my stuff as a self employed person so hopefully this makes it go away. Horrible strategy to get good reviews.
Not everyone has an email
Not every customer I have has email and I can’t save a new customer if I don’t have a valid email for them. Guess I’ll be moving on to another digital invoice software company.

They want you to pay 49.99 and when u sign in they want you to pay even more to get access to all the good benefits. The “free” verison that isnt even free is the bare minimim. I should have just gone with quickbooks. At kest they dobt charge you 49.99 just to use the platform.
Doesn't Work
This app $UCK$!! It crashes and the drives I make don't end up in the DRIVE section. Very basic functions don't work, and now I'm stuck with them for a year. COMPLETE waste of money.

I thought this app was great, but now it will not let me go past a page where it asks if I want to pay for the premium version . If I don’t wanna pay for the premium version, it won’t allow me to use it at all now.

It needs to be more mobile friendly. It’s taking me forever to put in information and it doesn’t go through all the time. When it analyzes the receipt, it doesn’t show anywhere or keep the scan and what is it scanning when I have to put in all the information?! This sucks!
Asked to rate after every little action
The software is glitchy, not nearly as intuitive as I'd expect, and asks for me to rate them in the App Store after nearly every action. Literally. Not very impressed so far.
