Wait. App has so many bugs
I would say wait before using this app. There is constantly bugs with integrations to the platforms. I have also had it not take down something I sold and so I got dinged when it sold again on another platform. Could really be a good app but they are still having too many issues. Have asked for them to work with me on a small refund for all the issues and all I ever get is a sorry and they move on. Don’t suggest the app as it is now

I had signed up for the free trial, made some posts and within the trial realized no one was looking nor did I sell anything. So I cancelled the trial and subscription was cancelled. Charged showed was pending with Apple when I reached out to support for no future charge be made due to early cancellation they told me how and that I would get a refund since charge was pending with Apple so I waited as told. Once charge went through I contacted for a refund and was denied refund and told they couldn’t do anything about it. Now I paid for full month service but can’t use my subscription which I paid for because it was cancelled. Now I’m stuck paid for something I didn’t use. This app is a total scam and fraud DO NOT USE! Vinted is much better for selling no subscription needed.

App is Awful, Unresponsive and Useless
This app takes forever to load a single function and ultimately crashes out. I was unable to sync any of the integrated marketplaces and it wouldn’t even load the EBay sign in page. Complete waste of money, time and effort. Please Do Not download this app. The app also glitched out when I was selecting the 3-day trial and it signed me up for the full monthly subscription. Downloading this app was a terrible experience from start to end.
Big disappointment
I signed up was not aware initially that there would be a charge. Either way no hits or request for 30 days. I start receiving a lot of spam calls could or could not be related. Big waste of time trying another app where I get instant feedback.

Initially I set up the app and linked eBay and Poshmark and listed a few items. I paid for the year. I tried to log in to create more listings and the app asks me to pay again. I closed and reopened and it will show up to a second and disappear. I deleted the app and installed again. Same thing. Super unreliable
Failed subscription
I am somehow subscribed but not able to access my account and only being prompted to subscribe again. I used app support tool and the page doesn’t work. I’d like my money back please

I invested in this to start selling full time . Nothing but problems. They ignore you when you have problems. I had to invest in a different cross lister because they messy up my inventory so bad . Never helped me fix it . So yesterday i informed them in the chat I will not be renewing their awful app. He asked why I started to tell him and he blocked me from chatting. He unfriended me on discord so I can’t talk to anyone. I have the membership until November . Jeff the founder blocked me . Do you want to invest in an app when you disagree they block you .
You have BEEN WARNED
I subscribed to SellRaze specifically for its advertised core feature: automatically delisting items across marketplaces once an item sells. Unfortunately, this feature does not work reliably, particularly with Mercari.
I have experienced multiple confirmed sales where the item remained active and available for purchase across platforms inside SellRaze, creating a serious risk of overselling, forced cancellations, account defects, and lost revenue. This defeats the primary reason for paying for the service.
I reported the issue multiple times and provided clear screenshots showing:
• A confirmed Mercari sale
• The same item still active in SellRaze
• No automatic deletion or delisting occurring
Support has acknowledged the issue and escalated it internally, but there is no fix, no ETA, and no reliable workaround. The problem continues to repeat.
This is not a minor bug - it is a failure of a core paid function. Until this is resolved, sellers are forced to manually monitor and delete listings, which makes the subscription unjustifiable.
I cannot recommend this app to serious resellers until the automatic delisting functionality works as advertised.

Takes about 20-50 minutes to post , a lot of errors. Better off doing it by yourself.

App is garbage. Buggy, does what it wants with no way to edit certain things. People running it don’t care. Avoid and do the work yourself. They Just want your money.
Lost account
I signed up for the account on the 11 of February and today the 18th I just canceled. Everything was fine the first few days. One night I went on the app and posted something around 2am. Woke up at 8am my account was logged out. Tried getting back in I was not able to because when I signed up I just used my Google account to connect directly. I asked for a new password and once updated the password and logged in. I had a brand new account starting from zero even thought I already paid for my subscription when I first signed up. No way of contacting support. I gave it two days thinking it was a glitch but still nothing today. Will not waste my money on something I can’t use so I canceled my subscription with my Apple Pay. Disappointed

Great idea, terrible execution
Great concept, but the execution just isn’t there. The app constantly has issues, and basic features never seem to work reliably. My Facebook login refuses to link no matter how many times I try. On top of that, Mercari listings won’t post correctly because the app keeps switching them to free shipping on its own. It’s frustrating and makes the whole experience feel unfinished. Really disappointing execution for an idea that could be so useful.
Didn't work at all
Downloaded and was hopeful this would help post across platforms. After 30 minutes trying to set it up i gave up. Error after error.
Keeps Crashing
What happened to the app? After installing the latest update, 4.8, it keeps saying it needs to update, goes to App Store and shows open icon, and now when attempting to use it takes a while to load, does not load pictures to be recognized and have to try again… out of no where it has become extremely buggy.

They claimed a 3 day free trial but then charged immediately $10, they have tricked lots of people with this, may the people behind this app live a horrible cursed life filled with diseases🦶
Extremely Laggy
Everytime I try to use the app it is extremely laggy when trying to identify items. It either takes minutes to load or will crash completely. I’m lucky if it even identifies the item correctly in the first place when it decides to work. Really great product but needs a lot of work and development
Seems like a scam
They charged my card $9.99 on day one of what was supposed to be a 3-day trial. If I had seen this in a review, I wouldn’t have even given it a chance, so I’m posting for others.

You have taken away so many things. We can hardly update anything. Do better!
Biggie Not for All
Very biggie. Great when it works. Not really suited for heavy sellers. At 100+ listings it becomes difficult to navy quickly. Pages slow to load. Editing in bulk slow to load. Like but Elite price not worth time.
