Inappropriate
I’ve used this app for 3 years and have loved it. The past 4 times I have logged on there have been photos of naked women on ads, this is completely inappropriate and is available for 4+ this needs to change immediately
Not great
Made me make an account after using it for months then lost all of my tips for 6+ months after making an account. Half the time it takes minutes for it to load and now it doesn’t want to load at all.
Doesn’t work
Owned the app for 2 days and it no longer wants to log in from any device. It asks for too much to do so little and don’t even work.

App won’t load, years of data lost
I’ve been using this app to track my tips for 6 years. 6 years! And all of the sudden today it stops working, won’t load. I gave my phone a hard restart, didn’t help. Next I deleted the app & downloaded again, and unfortunately now I can’t even log in. It’s stuck loading perpetually. 6 YEARS of data lost.
Bug
Ive been trying to get into the app for over an hour and it wont work. Absolutely livid.
Trash
I can’t log back in to the app. I was seriously signed out. Every time I try to sign in it won’t let me proceed forward. I try to chat with the IT guy named Jason, but every time I log out of the app, it deletes the chat history. This is so frustrating because all my records are on here.

I would have given a 5 star review because I love this app. It’s very helpful and helps me keep track of my money BUT this is now the second time all my data has been randomly erased…. So what’s the point of even having this app if my data just vanishes?!?!
Deletes Your Info
I have been using this app consistently for over a year. This is the second time it has randomly deleted all of my information. There are several reviews saying the same thing, and most of the support responses say you must have logged out of your account and into a new one. I do not have multiple accounts, I never have. I didn’t log out of anything, and there’s clearly an issue with this app if there are this many reviews saying the same thing.
Fix your glitches
I am so highly disappointed as whatever update that just was done to the app, it has caused all of my information from the past 7 years now to completely disappear! I have never had an issue with the app for 7 years!!! until today when I was attempting to input my tips for the day and nothing is in there what so ever! Unless this is fixed, (I want all of my information that was input into the app) as I have paid for this application I will NOT be using this any longer and will be looking for another that will not delete highly important information. To be honest I would put Zero stars if I could at the moment because of this happening.
App deleted all of my info
I use this tracking app for very important financial progress and it has cleared my history twice in the past year leaving me with no records of my income. Very inconvenient. Ruined my life.

Useless
Had the app for 4 months and recorded my tips daily. The accounting where I work was way off this year which made the recording of my tips extremely important. Today I opened the app and all of my data was gone. Do not download this useless app unless you just enjoy wasting your time!

When I have to either choose to work as a profitable event or vacation with family. Or if I need to suggest we staff more due to a high volume event. I compare my years to budget for my slow months and when I purchased my work gear. Last year, I went to log in some tips I was manually writing down, and it was saying I did not have an account. To reiterate, I’ve had this premium on auto subscription for years. I reached out to customer service and they said in quote-
“I want to be transparent - your account was mistakenly removed due to an issue in our inactive account cleanup process. It should not have affected active subscribers, and I’m sorry that it did.
Unfortunately, we’re only able to restore data from the past 30 days, and your account was deleted before that window.
I truly appreciate that you’ve been with us for five years. As a thank you for your loyalty, I’ve extended your premium access by 7 months beyond your current renewal date.”
Now, im devastated, mad, but trying to be understanding and accept the loss, go with their make up decision. But now, not even 7 months they can’t hold their word and wanting a payment from me. I have cancelled this app. And I will not return. Super unfortunate.

Lost everything.
I’ve been tracking my income for months, had premium and my account linked with apple. Logged out and only receiving the “Logging in…” page. Verrrryyyy upset. Can I get help somehow??
It’s so slow and glitchy
I really liked using this to keep track of my tips until they added pop up ads and now the app barely works. It’s so slow it actually infuriating. I’m disappointed
Ads are out of control
Yes it’s free so I understand the need for ads. That being said, the ads are just out of control. I’ll give it one star for being a decent calendar that keeps a monthly total, even though the change after the decimal is 8 digits long. Not sure where that comes from when doing simple addition. Bonus star for being a free app!! I suffer through the ads cuz I’m not going to pay for an app that does something I could easily do myself with just a simple calculator.
Been using this all year to track tips
It now makes you sign in and won’t let me see what tips I had been detailing and keeping the lady 11 months so I guess that info is just gone..
Don’t Log Out!
I really like this app. I’ve been using it for about 6 months. It’s basic. I suppose I could just write down my tips.. and I probably will from now on. I accidentally signed out. When I logged back on, all my information was gone 😡. I know I don’t pay, but I thought a basic feature would be the ability to log in and out without loosing my information.
Long time user and everything is gone
This app is so frustrating I’ve been using it for 3+ years and it’s happened twice now that it just clears everything I’ve entered in ever. Despite having an account, this is a major glitch and I’m super bummed I won’t be able to see me earnings from the past three years.
